LONDON (Alliance News) - Anexo Group PLC said Thursday that it expects annual adjusted profit "slightly ahead" of current market forecasts after a year of "excellent progress".
For 2018, the legal services provider expects adjusted pretax profit of no less than GBP16.0 million, with the market currently expecting it at GBP15.8 million.
"2018 was a year of excellent progress for the group and since Anexo's AIM initial public offering in June, its strategy continues to be delivered and trading has been robust," the company said.
Looking ahead, Anexo said that 2019 has started well with positive momentum and continued investment, while its board remains confident in the company's future outlook.
Anexo will publish its annual results on April 9.
Anexo shares were trading up 2.4% at 121.85 pence each on Thursday.
