(Alliance News) - Abcam PLC on Wednesday said its board has formally approved the change of its financial year-end from June 30 to December 31.
As a result, the Cambridge, England-based life science research firm will report its results for the six and 12 months ending June 30 before September 30, and its results for the 12 and 18 months ending December 31, 2021 before March 31, 2022.
In addition, Adcam will release a pre-close trading update on the day of its annual general meeting, which will be held on July 1.
Shares in Abcam were down 0.8% at 1,357.21 on Wednesday in London.
