LONDON (Alliance News) - Ariana Resources PLC on Monday said Chairman Michael de Villiers bought 4.6 million shares in the company at an average price of 1.0 pence per share.
Following the purchase, de Villiers owns 24.5 million Ariana shares, or a 3.1% stake in the company.
Shares in Ariana were up 8.8% to 0.968 pence on Monday.
