The sp was 5.6 peak in Jan this year rightly so on the back of a good RNS. The sp was based on the understanding of the majority shareholder’s support , as communicated to the market.

But he overplayed his hand and now he still has 30% at 1p with no room to manoeuvre- he’s £15m down on paper from the heights and 79 years old. That’s the market; what’s he going to 👈🏻

You can’t read the market from one day. The sp is a result of long termers reducing to the point where others tentatively buy which is where the TB factor is neutralised . Assuming he’s not giving up, it’s up to him to get value for himself and his saviour placing family 😂😂But at this price, I’m extremely happy with my psychological punt , psychological in terms of what 30% control can do. That’s the current market, throwing down the gauntlet- our potential loss is nothing compared to his.

It does seem that semantic who wanted to discuss the business and move away from the shenanigans does not actually want to discuss the company. He keeps being very cryptic eg TB has sorted out succession but then doesn’t elaborate.
