@raypointer - actually Adam is ramping
Adam has put it out there to be shot at. Don’t you think some other scientist would have put him right if he was talking out of his backside?
Do you honestly think he would ruin his reputation just to recuperate his money on VAL?
How is this not a cost-cutting exercise?
“The Company has been reviewing all corporate activities to optimise cash efficiency and direct its resources towards building value in both the Inaphaea service offering and progressing the development pipeline. To this end, ValiRx has closed the Nuneaton office and is consolidating the central operating office into the Inaphaea facility at MediCity in Nottingham. In addition, the Company is assessing options for streamlining a range of back-office functions. Progress has already been made in reducing the costs of IP management, PR and IT services.”
At least read the RNS.
Pre clinical testing can cost millions a service Valirx is providing. Porky clearly does not understand that the contract values will be huge. You will not see the likes of GSK etc paying 9k don't be stupid.
He lost all his money on 4D and is now bitter. He has zero money to invest anywhere since those days.
Just because he is talking sense you have to bring his other investments in conversation. So mature!!
I am sure you have never lost money of AIM lol
Whilst an 80% rise is not to be sniffed at the reality is that an 800% rise would still leave many here with a huge loss. I sold out at 6p a few months ago. I see plenty potential here but with a downside of the same BOD, still no revenue stream and increased costs meaning another fund raiser is still around the corner.
That was the old board more than 4 years ago who did clinical trials and had different objectives. With the current board we have only 130 million shares, world class compounds, we have gone through the building phase and now roll on the news. Our cash spend is roughly just over 1.5 million which is outstanding and plenty of cash reserves for now.
Cash until H2 next year which will very likely be extended as we have about 11 clients at the advanced stage waiting to be signed up.
The biggest upside would be a deal. CLX, 201 and 401 are all in play and this can happen at any point this year. 5 Million market cap and so much news due.
Low risk, high reward strategy. All about getting an early preclinical deal and we know that attracts large upfront payments often in excess of 10/15 million and huge milestones 100 million plus some of which gets factored in the market cap.
At 5 million we are very cheap. We should move towards a more realistic market cap before a big deal maybe 15/20 million.
Why would they need to pay her when she is resigning and in the notice period. You talk some garbage to fool people.
Yes. Valirx had raises but that was the building phase. We have now approached the delivery stage. Raises were needed to bring stability and growth but now it is all about value adding. The RNS highlighted that. Still we are only burning just over 1.5 million for a company doing so much.
Cash until H2 2025 and plenty of significant revenue to come. Lots of news due during that period so even if they need money next year hopefully we will be 15/20p.
Just remember all those who listen to the bullish rhetoric; 20 million traded yesterday= easy to trade.
3 million today= not so easy.
Tomorrow? Well just remember only a very short time ago folks were saying 'can't sell' as in no liquidity.
@Terrier54
That's how they get locked in and end up "waiting happy" lol
Liquidity drops off and you cant get out as easy as you got in. There are a few here with VERY short memories, confirmation there was going to no raise under any circumstances as funds were landing before the end of the year and meanwhile striking a deal with Shard with those in the know shorting knowing they were guaranteed to buy back cheaper. Not to mention BOD taking nice fat bonuses at SH expense.
Well this time, raising more cash wont be as much fun for them. You can only fool some of the people some of the time. Unless Adrian drains the swamp and moves this from a lifestyle play i think a penny raise will be touch and go. Time will tell.
For any newbies here and are wondering who this pig is and why he persistently posts negatively. This is what he was like when he was invested…. Every time you post porky I will paste one of your previous Val posts when you held stock

Are we Better than Peer Average?29 Sep 2021 07:09
Well, it’s a rhetorical question really, hell yes of course we are…
With Peer Average for a Biotech at these stages being £52m mcap pre licencing, let’s be conservative with a capital “C” and say we are just 10% better than the average at the moment allowing for nervous markets, difficult trading times, swing traders etc, I make that about £57m mcap.
We currently sit at circa £20m mcap
https://www.hl.co.uk/shares/shares-search-results/v/valirx-plc-ord-gbp0.001
So as a rough calculation, that should see us comfortably at around the 88p SP range pre licencing, that’s the direction of travel.
Get the first license deal over the line and for sure we break our first £1 this year, probably put us in the £1.50 to £3.00 SP range depending on the deals struck.
So, what can we expect from here, well as I see it, we should attract some decent long-term investors, maybe some family offices, some institutional buyers IF Cenkos can earn their keep, and of course us Retail Investors buying in, some of which will be traders dipping in and out of the stock?
As stocks never move in straight lines, some will try and time every wave, with limited success thinking “should I sell at say 38p and buy back in at 35p” that’s 10% and we will get some Pea****s here for sure, seen it before worn the T-Shirt with comments like “Oh, look how great I am, I sold those Valirx shares and made 15% last week”, of course what you rarely read on these boards is “Oh Fck those Valirx shares I sold at 15% profit are now 20% more expensive to buy back”. Each to their own trading style, I guess.
You can make good money buying and selling at the right time, You make REAL money if you have the balls to go the distance.
Of course, the big factor that will catch the traders out is the day news breaks of the first licensing deal here, those that sold out on an uplift wave totally miss the boat with a gap change in the Share Price and it will come! you don’t want to be out when that happens! I bet there are a few kicking themselves today that sold out pre the presentation that wished they had held with that bit more faith in the company.
Anyhow, personally this Piggy is a bit too old, Lazy, and knackered for the swing games, as such I will be quietly adding here, watching the fun, adding some positivity here and raising a glass with a few of you once we escape the pennies and move back into the pounds with deals signed.
GLA whatever your trading style, at least the boat has now finally set sail on its journey….
Pork’s
Yes that’s porky saying we should have a market cap of 57 million and that’s before we had clx001.
We currently have a market cap of 4 million….

@OB
Well i believe you create your own opportunities, I had been following for six months before i made a decision to support, but its still very early days, I continue to add and i do see this stock trading north of a few quid.
Sareum (SAR) – MCAP £ 227 m
Valirx (VAL) – MCAP £ 20 m
See no reason why Valirx shouldn't be rated a a similar valuation and be north of £3+ in a relatively short period of time. We will soon see but, i remain VERY positive here.
Take Care
@goomer
only problem is you are quoting me before suzy dd that **** deal with a two bit start up and gave 201 away. then followed more raises and more squandered cash on her lab pet project and diluted share holders with yet more raises whilst jacking her salary and benefits up and the payroll in general all at your expense.
market has moved on significantly in that time, jam tomorrow is all well and good but without any delivery forget it, raises for wc now are absolutely brutal. look over at gdr a few weeks back 80% discount, apta 80% discount they are all there. if they get this away at 1p you will be lucky and my view is that if this bod is the same without any changes then you can kiss goodbye to it because i cant see anyone putting a couple of mil more up for much of the same.
will know soon enough.
Ohhh look at this porky you didn’t like someone doing what your doing now…

Having just requested removal of the thread i think its time for lights out for A1b2c3.
The poster is clearly here to disrupt and for what ever reason and wont give it up. If the poster cant behave its our only option. I believe in freedom of speech and he is entitled to his view but he is now on the edge of trolling rather than contributing and i think enough is enough
