Wents I don't often disagree with you mate, but I don't think the continual drop in the sp is the mm's playing games, there's simply no buying demand, they are just taking their small percentage matching trades. Like I keep saying come September imagine where the sp will be if a few ppl decide to dump up to 100 million shares over a week. The sp will be destroyed and if they carry on being silent and don't come up with the goods this will happen.
It looks like the Mm's have decided to walk this company down each day, until a Rns lands saying what is actually happening.
The situation could be that there is actually a real JV on the table, which will move the share up or if there is a JV with a delay, or a placing or just another nonsense Rns not saying anything with real clarity and open to interpretation , then the markets will really destroy the share price.
50% of the company
I personally have kept lowering my get out target. Would be over the moon with 0.5p now.
BEAR TRAP ALERT
Sinterklaase. I was thinking along the same lines. I'm in POW and have dipped my toe back in KAT. Rick Ruke would be a Godsend for us!
Sometimes truth is stranger than fiction!!!
The MCAP does put things into perspective, doesn't it? Most Premier League footballers could buy UFO with just a few months wages.
Max it is good to have a positive spin on everything but if you are correct why has the MCAP fallen to £7m?
You can buy alien ltd in the pound shop
Fancy Rick Rule, Sean Wade, Paul Johnson, Gervaise Heddle and Bill Brodie Good ❤️ to come knocking, their Power Arabia private co, IPO into KAT.L, sell some GMET shares and buy Alien Metals. Bill knows the projects, Power Australia.
If not them somebody will see value at some point, still fancy a Min Res JV, due to close proximity and exploration, mining, road construction licences. Why let someone else JV with us.
@cjmorley When they are unable to raise any money it will go for what ever ,major shareholders knows exactly what they are doing.
A bid would require a shareholder vote. Most major and PIs are underwater.
A low ball bid would be rejested. But it would likely start a bidding war
Anyone wanting a JV with this outfit will hold all the cards they will know how desperate they are for a deal. or they will be able to buy the whole outfit for peanuts at this rate
There have been some critical posts regarding UFO management failure to clinch the JV with Anglo American.
May I remind you that on 30 May 2024 the takeover by BHP fell through.
It has been only one month in which to resurect the JV. Patience.
Just on the points above did we throw a celebration for Max 8000th post on this company? Nothing but negative yet he’s still ‘buying up’ no doubt haha
Max still pumping this come on people. People stating he knows his stuff are you kidding me. Look back at his posts he’s wrong plentiful your be a fool to listen. Go back a few years and get his wisdom when he has stated time and time again Alien won’t need more funds and low and behold. This stock stinks and is going nowhere but down. Alien have had funds a plenty and what is there to show? I called this would be a buy at 0.12 many months back and was obviously laughed at. DYOR - and GL
Selling IOCA now will be like committing infanticide.
JV is best option.
If a JV partner comes in and takes a controlling say 51% ownership, they will quickly be adding resources by drilling. Considering less than 5% is explored, then doubling, tripling or quadrupling the resources is very achievable at Hanc0ck/Mallina alone.
The Development Study is set up so that production can go in sprint capacity via double shifts and more than double production to 3Mtpa.
So UFO can still be shipping the same amount of tonnage (1.25Mtpa) and be earning EBITDA of ~A$39M. This is huge.
Also increasing scale means lower Opex.
Plus the project becomes significantly derisked with the expertise of experienced professional DSO operator running the show. Literally a win-win for all.
Hang in the Slim. ATB
*with us
Just sell IOCA and put us out of our misery. Not sure anyone is going to go for a JV with as things stand.
Max I’ve never once said anything against you and your knowledge is beyond doubt however even I am really struggling to take anything from this at the moment almost £80k down while I genuinely hope and prey I’m wrong I’m starting to think this is gone now
Now Mining Lease has been granted, my money is on a JV partner coming in soon to run the show at Hanc0ck adding significant resources and scale.
Also don't forget our haul road unlocks stranded neighbouring deposits.
Lets see who will be right. Hmmmm
Steveiom. Max's problem is that he appears to feel compelled to comment. Maybe he's on someone's payroll or maybe he's just addicted to commenting on a share he's better house on. We'll never know.
Might the share price drop even lower without the comments made on this message board? My guess would be yes.
So, maybe we should let Max, and Chris2, comment to their hearts content?!?
However, our problem is whether, or not, the BoD are capable of getting someone to build a little road, hire a few diggers and haulage trucks before we all lose our shirts.
Do they have the capability, commitment, and cajones, to get the job done? I have to admit that it's looking less, and less, likely!!!
Regardless of semantics, @Max111, why has the AA 'deal' not progressed or ever been mentioned again. What has happended to this agreement that provided 75% of CapEx and 100% offtake of mined products? How can this BoD be trusted when we cannot achieve anyhthing even when it is being literally handed to them on a plate?
Pure comedy gold.
"Good to know our contractor Maramara/REGROUP are currently working on a BHP site at Newman:"
Quickly change the subject, you've been told so do not be disappointed, we will not be mining now so forget roads being built, forget port agreement being signed and forget hitting the Q1 2025 ore on ship target. So now enlighten me as to why I should buy more shares.
Hmmm? Am i bullish? Well i have the kitchen sink in this and won't sell while so much under water?
I will chhance hanging on for news and maybe increase my holding WTF
