Given the previous extension to takeover talks expires on 5th November we should get a further update on Monday.
So what will it be? Takeover offer submitted, another extension or offer withdrawn?
I am hoping it will have been a topic of discussion at todays AGM and we could see something today.
Well we’re priced currently as if it’s going to be withdrawn! The only plus of that is there’s limited downside & maximum upside
Just written a whole post which disappeared
Basically theT/O offeree needs to up their offer
Shareholders won’t agree to 1.50 even though 100% uplift from
current SP
We are back on track, next ME funding round due soon
With IP/Patents and all we have achieved in world of accessible alt finance
we should at least have highest price paid in last 12 months which is nearly 5
We are worth I would say 12.00
They have deep pockets so somewhere in between?
Spread here by MM is ridiculous and unnecessary
IMHO PJ
The problem is the difference between what the market values it at today vs its potential value in the long term. The combination of geopolitics and RS missing deadlines and simple stupid mistakes like the CLN has put us where we are today. There have clearly been funding issues since the failure to raise $20,000,000 last and this year. The more recent fintech problems in the UK haven’t helped.
It could be argued that 1:1 share in new company OR £1.50 a share, when sp is between 65-80p is good value. Personally I agree, I think it’s worth more. But that’s a long term view, not how the company finds itself today.
None of this is ideal.
No RNS by 18:30 last night re extension of PUSU regs. I think this is a good sign. The trading update RNS was as up to date as it possibly could be. Gut feeling is we’re getting a definitive RNS tomorrow re the takeover. Might be worth a little flutter if not released at 07:00. I don’t think the people mounting the taking private bid are walking away. Good luck everyone.
