Anyone one know what would happen to shares if i do nothing and just left them...would they be sold on my behalf when Nasdaq happens or just tranferred to Nasdaq shares. Thanks
Hi Antium,
I was really hoping somebody would reply to your question regarding your holding of Tils shares on the IG trading platform. I also hold Tils in my share dealing and ISA accounts with them. Did you manage to find anything out by any other means. I tried emailing IG direct but they failed to reply.
I have sent two emails to ig trading, one to the help desk one to the new accounts team. See if I get an answer to questions, if not then I’m putting in a complaint. Can’t see any reason why a paying customer can’t get answers to these questions, especially when IG trading boast about being the best trading account and advertising that their ‘here to help customers 24hrs 5 days a week’
From IG:
Thanks for your email.
You are correct. Once the de-listing occurs, a re-booking will occur on your account (executed by IG) and the new US listed line will be visible. In addition, it appears the US line of Tiziana will still be eligible to be held within the ISA wrapper.
If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Really appreciate that Redz10. Thanks for sharing that with all the other concerned holders.
Nice one redz still waiting for my email having tweeted ig and sent to two emails to different ig emails addresses.
It’ll depend on the type of account you have with IG. I hold a bunch of this disaster through a CFD, I have enquired with my account manager and they will transfer to US shares, provided I hold on to my silly losses, due to me already trading in to US markets and having completed my BEN something ages ago…
Reply I got from IG trading today Re: tils in Isa account allowed or not, trading the share on ig when listed on nasdaq… to be honest confusing answers. If it is still allowed in Isa after nasdaq, then how is one to trade it on ig if it doesn’t meet ig requirements
Thanks for your email.
You should be able to keep the shares onto your ISA account for as long as the stock is ISA allowed which is generally a decision made by the regulators. With regards to your second question we need to wait first for the equity to list on the Nasdaq, from there our desk will asses if it still meets our requirements in order for us to continue offering the share on our platform.
If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
