Think you are right here - fundamentals unchanged just a large discounted placing which has soaked up all short term demand. A bounce seems likely I agree although maybe not until after Easter!
Still in the same financial position so hopefully should go back up ... reasonable yield now so more reasons to hold ... added 35,000 today so hope I will be proved right.
And here we are 4 months on Mary back to 142p the price when you posted in November
The China recovery story and the US orders firming make this a screaming buy - nice revoery going on here and iirc the forecast were held desipte the China slowdown. £1.60p near term.
Looks like one to accumulate. Fallen a long way and not yet recovered even after a strong rise yesterday. Progressive divi an good prospects so looking fluid at the monent. Buy
Thanks - strange no RNS on LSE. That's 170,000 shares he's sold, it would be nice to know how many he has and why he is selling them.
Jefferies raises TI Fluid to 'buy' (hold) - price target 150 (125) pence

TI Fluid Systems plc will host a teleconference for analysts and investors at 11.00 am BST on 8 August 2023 following the publication of its H1 2023 Trading Update.
Guess there will be aprehension ahead of the results next week before either the confirmation that all is great or the slowdown in China is worse than feared.
Take you positions !
TIFS appears to be slowly breaking out !

The issue that scared the sheep ie China looks resolved so expecting consolidation here and upgrades going forward.
HOLD4GOLD
Every reason to be bullish my friend.
Not only are the results very positive today, the sp after the rise is inexplicably still below covid lows.
Fair value looks to be around 190-200p, so holding out for at least another 50% from here.
Could be the start of a reversal (and reinforced if their Chinese segment recovers). I'm slightly bullish on this one.

All down to costs, they say it wii recover with price increases . It looks like a long slow ride to recovery.
What do we make of the results, on one hand revenue rises and on the other hand it made loss.

nice trading in around the 112 to 124 ranges before the next move up. Nice and tight to buy and average sub £1 and then hold.
Count me in too. I can't see any good reason why this should trading below its covid low of c140p.
A reasonable target price to me looks to be around 200p, which is got to - and exceeded - every year from 2017-2022
Let’s hope it’s a signal for a nice rise back up to £3. Been sat on these for over a year now .

will recover to 180p + in 2023 according to my crystal ball. These low levels will be history as China ramps up activity now the infections are falling rapidly.

It is a downgrade from Jeffries to hold from buy price target 1.95.
it will be bit of a struggle with current world situation as it is expected, war, supplies issue, inflation, etc.....
Was over 3 pounds a share at one point ,I wonder if this could well be a take over target now ....
There is still a huge stock overhang. I suppose a trade buyer could step in.
I'll take that as "this is a share noone is interested in" :D
Anyone got any thoughts as to where this SP is going? Its a decent sized stake, is this just another uninteresting share??

BUMP. Exceeded my expectations midway through the year. Might of course retrench if the market gets jittery. Still lots to like here and a decent share to have in your PF in reasonable market conditions.
Decent results and knocking on the door of 300p. TP now 350p by EOY. Gonna reinvest my divi here as the yield is decent alongside the capital growth, The cimpany expects to outperform in 2021.
despite the economy being fluid due to the virus. Not surprised TIfs is a warm order today. 6p divi whivh I will be reinvesting into more shares. More to come and I can see 300p by EOY 21.

bump. Tipped in Shares Mag today which should put some petrol in its tank. Been a good share for me having punted it in the lows of 190 and 220p.
Very much out of kilter with the resuts. Still the 5% fall drives up the yield on top of yesterday's notice of a doubling of the dividend. Looking to add more and I am sure 300p+ is coming at some point.

Confident and paying the skipped divi. Not many companies doing that these days. I regret not buying in this morning on what was only a small rise at the time.

Very interesting company to have in one's portfolio. Exposed to many diverse manufacturers with a strong customer base. For a 900 million market cap with sales of over 3 billion this is far, far too cheap for what it can deliver in the next few year. In for the long run because the SP could hit at least £5 in a year or two especially when the world economy recovers. A good entry point to position oneself.

07-Nov-19 TI Fluid Systems (TIFS) Peel Hunt LLP Buy - 335.00 Reiteration
I think 250p would be more reasonable. 290p has been its peak since listing and although that would be good upside. it has some way to go to justify that valuation. Very disappointing that the Director sell has skittled us when we were on the edge of breaking out.

these directors that sell into strength. It is like they don't have faith in their company. Ok people's circumstance differ but you can see today what signal the TIF director's sale has sent to the market. The sale at 217p becomes a bigger nonsense if this gets to 250p like i expect.

as the SP accelerates. It looks like further consideration of the update has persuaded investors to hitch a ride. It was tipped in Shares Magazine previously as a buy so I would say some wheels are in motion there to honk the horn as a reminder of their tip. Now that the path to recovery has been signposted I will be looking to get back in myself for the journey.

Still Out Jonny? A relief rally today with the suggestion that things are back on track or at least stabilising. Been useful for me buying amidst the gloom as well as nabbing the divi. Only wish I had got my mitts on more at 180p.
CLearly somebody knows something.. fall on trade update?. So many better ones out there. ANIC.L Agnonomics has just had 4 TR1's this week Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs over 3% in a company of 10m MCAP.. own 7% of Simply foods featured on CNN It's a no brainer.. just broke through resistance and is rerating it's easy money this has lost me money for the last time! OUT.

Been tipped by Fool.
Hi
Yes. Never seen a rise like that after hours. Think this is a great share and I especially like how different it is to other things in my portfolio.
Hi Skeletor,
i am invested here. I have been sitting on the sidelines for a while and bought in recently as the price began to move.
Looking at those huge after close sales today suggest i may have timed something right for once.
GLA
Anyone else on LSE invested here? I have a small amount but after today’s drop I’m thinking of going in for more. Just don’t understand the valuation on this... that reasoning has got me burnt before though.

Quite a fall in share price against a backdrop of a solid trading update. Keeping a watching brief for now; but may be worth considering at these levels?
