Crikey...the Chair looks nervous...
They all look nervous to me!
Lying through her teeth.
Nervous as fk.
Stock loans were supposed to be for IM.
He now saying it was cash to pay DW?
So lied in the rns?
I planned to be there but work got in the way. Does anyone have a live link?
In between hundreds of "EH`s" is news that the company is not going bust. Pressing on with his paradigm...
F me. what is he talking about....?!
TAG..Eh is not insolvent...Thank gawd.
Hippo ,maybe leave it to those invested. Back to schoolwork. Breaktime over.. Cia Bello :)
Not today anyway
This is torture with no link and little feedback.
You have to work very hard to get a new idea away in this sector. A new mousetrap if you like(EH) He could have given up ,he has not but time to take share options instead of cash until delivery. Also ,like last year why no Driector buys?
Marionette, I reckon I've been in this a lot longer than you. So I think I've earned the right to hear something concrete at the AGM, not endless waffle.
He is answering popular Q`s bit I reckon there will be little time for Q nd A for those in the room. Speak up Peak! and you big buyers at the IPO.
Questions like "where is my £500K?" will I get it back?
Correct me if I misheard, but he said, words to the effect of
"the purpose, WHETHER LISTED OR NOT, is to produce revenues"
???
He did indeed.
He also said he's not happy with the share price.
All good stuff.....
FFS
NO ONE has been in this a LOT LONGER than me. I started with a very small amount and have averaged down.
Why some would plough fortunes into a start up. especially a new business model is beyond me.
Wht I fail to understand is why some in from the start have not doubled their holdings at a fraction of the IPO price.
Daft not too..if you believe you do that1 if not you sell at a loss and put it down to experience.
"Wht I fail to understand is why some in from the start have not doubled their holdings at a fraction of the IPO price."
What I fail to understand is why people even think there was an IPO.
Thank you to those that attended, and questioned what is/has been going on.
Marionette......you were the first person to buy into this share?
I think some ppl (myself included) invested more than they should of because we believed az's lies in his interviews, I was quite new to investing and didn't think ceo's would be able to lie.
That's also probably the reason a lot of lth's never averaged down, they realised az was a lying scroat and didn't want to part with anymore money.
Why lth's haven't cashed out and left is because it's not worth taking what's left, prob about 95% down though, but we live in hope that we might get some of our money back.
If this all goes tits up, will you be here saying the ppl who never averaged down done the right thing at not throwing more money at this and that you were the daft one for doing so?
Perfectly put unicorn. Pretty much described the situation many lth are in.
The same Marionette asking when was the best time to buy into this a few weeks back?
It is amusing how many are using the Az tactic of scrutinising the wording of question and peoples understanding of the company rather than what was was said by the board (absolutely nothing).
Being told its unreasonable to ask for an independent on the board shows the shear lack of intent to accept any scrutiny of the obviously poorly managed 'business'.
Belief has turned to hope
In terms of an independent on the board, wouldn’t be an interesting idea to have a shareholder representative on the board? Then the board won’t look so surprised every AGM that their world and myopic view of the company’s situation is questioned.
Maybe one of those who had the confidence and courage to pipe up at the AGM yesterday would be good for starters.
Southstand - That proposal was put forward by myself a long time ago. I agree it would still make sense but unfortunately, this board doesn’t seem to go for good sense directives!
