I'm not going to get involved in the arguments anymore on here. Waste of time. Like I said nothing adds up. Safe is 100% correct in what he is saying. Now that you are all beginning to doughy pc I am going to sit back and laugh at you pretty much repeating the words of safe and I. My faith is gone. Either the project is a nothing project or pc isn't in any talks and has lied to us. I know which one of those I believe. You can all guess.
Gazzle, don't think it has been discussed. I have seen it and obviously with Aramco's dosh behind it then it will no doubt have some success. What I understood was that it was very much aimed at pre-cast right now so a specific subset of the market.
I expect Patrick was asked to sign an NDA or something like it to enter negotiations.
I believe the CRMC was first referenced in the RNS, Number : 9151I on 17 December 2020.
So coming up to a year - can someone answer me this :
- why has the CRMC not been disclosed after such a period of time , what commercial advantage is there for us or them by not knowing their identity after nearly a year ??
Have we not had this discussion many times on here? You can't compare share price from 5 years ago and reach many solid conclusions, the amount of shares in issue is totally different.
Our sp on the 16th of November 2016 (5 YEARS AGO) was 0.19 - currently 0.205 - so we have increased our sp by 7.9% in 5 years not factoring in any inflation during that time, or taking into account numerous give away placings. This BOD have quite simply destroyed the relative real value of the company - current Mkt Cap - £8m - after all these years - what an utter disgrace !!
Some people have been beaten into submission to even suggest that they would accept the 0.55 to 0.65 range. If this company were in the hands of an effective BOD, I genuinely believe we would currently have a market cap of circa £100m which means we would need to do an 8+ bag from here. AIMVHO.
Does anybody on here genuinely feel our current BOD are doing a good job and will deliver a deal to meet our reasonable expectations ?
I take your point, at the same time pozz has proven to be stronger and greener, and with coal plants shutting down, crmc have been doing tests, it could be first up best dressed situation, a jv with a large cement company looks most likely
Sunrise does not have the balance sheet to be able to do it by itself. That is the leap many a high quality exploration company is unable to make.
Whilst I understand your point about silence potentially meaning something is being worked on, the other side of that potentially is nothing is being worked on.
If that were the case, what does that mean?
The CMRC companies are supposedly interested in pozzolan as a fly ash replacement. What if fly ash currently is a well supplied product to the CMRC companies. Do they look to make the switch from a tried and tested and proven supplementary component of their production processes to something that, as yet, is either not as well proven or as readily available as an established component. Getting large players to make changes to their supply chains is usually never an easy process from my experience - it usually ends up taking a lot longer than anticipated.
All that said, I am not disputing the place of pozzolan in the supply chain of CMRCs. Rather, all I am suggesting is getting to the other side of that component switch might take longer than punters typically imagine it should take.
I think the only reason for the silence is because a major deal is on the cards, if you think about it, we have the goods, the crmc want them, we have the license, we have everything we need to start scraping this pozz from the ground, it doesn’t cost a fortune to
Mine, this deal is being hushed up for a reason, if no deal, we do it ourselves, we have no worries here, we’re in the driving seat
PC is not daft, he knows all shareholders are in limbo just waiting for news. PC has waited many years for this, he has over 6% of the company, and we just have to wait. He will release the news when signed sealed and delivered. I don’t think we are in a bidding war, that would have to had an RNS. It could be days, weeks, months away, but my bet is that it will make our share price fly from this base level. Patience is required.
RE: Are we nearly there yet?
Hopefully those tweets are for the long term faithful just to hint all is well??? The price has increased the there is going to be a bidding war well that’s how I read it? Fill your boots
No doubt he'll mention the extensive social media campaign run by SRES in the next webinar.........
Another twitter post from sunrise today :
https://twitter.com/sunriseplc/status/1460553386588266497
“…The more than $1 trillion infrastructure bill recently signed by President Biden is one of the most ambitious and largest upgrades of U.S. roads, highways and other transportation infrastructure in a generation…”
Only hand full of people see these tweets PC - do some proper PR - this is becoming tedious ....
Sadly we can’t talk about anything when this bod don not tell us sweet fa . Hence the silence on the bb. Why should investors seek info and post it , pc needs to pull his finger out of his backside or he will be facing a backlash from investors come the agm .
So another 3 months have trickled by since our last meaningful update on the CS Project - if you can call the last update meaningful.:
So will the next RNS be the one we want or a holding one to see us through into next year ?
I fear at this stage the latter - I hope I am proved wrong but if the next news isn't a company maker the SP could drift badly .... C'mon PC give us LTH's something exciting to chat about ........
Dear Mr Moynihan, please could you provide me with the small sum of $4 trillion. I do solemnly swear to use it only for positive things. Yours sincerely, SG
This is great news! Plus plans for a greener economy on the horizon - all whilst working with China to reduce carbon emissions. Pozz. & Perlite are both awesome minerals for the future. Let the good times roll https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-59298981
Bazza that's cute. How long have you been invested in sres? 2 weeks? Everyone is upbeat at first but don't gob off to those who have been through what pc has put us through for over a decade. Trust me you would be happy to see your money back. So pipe down before you decide to give it the bigger here.
"Wall Street is ready to foot the bill for a green revolution
"Enter Brian Moynihan, chief executive of Bank of America and a member of the Financial Alliance for Net Zero, with Glasgow lesson number one. He rejects the idea that limits on governments’ ability to tax and borrow are also limits on the ability to cope with climate change. Moynihan pointed out that there is no shortage of capital to cover the estimated $4 trillion required annually from 2026 to 2030 to transition to a carbon-free economy by 2050. It is, he says, “not that much money”
Wow. I hope you don't give investment advice. 10+ years just to get back your original investment!!!!
Minus inflation losses and opportunity cost obviously.
No wonder you are bitter and blame others for your failings.
Rodster I wouldn't care if it went to 20p. I don't look back once sold. That would drive me crazy. Like I said at this stage after all this stress I will just be extatic for my original investment back. I actually feel sorry for you, after all pc has promised and not delivered you still suvk up to him like he's some sort of God. I mean of that's your way of living then great.
Do we reckon that was actually a buy or would that have been the sell price at that time?
.67 and your gone as sold up. Out of curiosity what will you then do when cs is sold for 2p and your a distant past. Moan to pc that you were conned out of selling cheap . Lol lol lol
No probs sgd as the 49m sell is mini. That’s his estate starting to finalise I suspect. I reckon if mini was telling the truth another 40m to go. As safe says we need pc to step up to the mark . Poor mini as he saw the full potential here and would have held. Can’t wait for sp to hit .67 and come on gone. Lol
Replying to rodster (yesterday 21:38) :
I sold a few million on Tue & Wed - so none of these biggies was me.
Still holding plenty, but dropped out of the 1% club :-(
