Mr M you seem to forget something more fundamental with your comment reference fly ash .and that is it’s gonna run out at some point in the near future isn’t it ! .nice to see you resurface every six months ( seems to say more than your flash comment )
Mrmoagi a rather negative comment, but I will give you the benefit of the doubt with your comments and take them as true. The market is currently awash with fly ash, great I am sure the CMRC is stocking up at these cheap prices, while they then get a 27 year life mine set up! I am sure the CMRC company has a longer time frame than next week! Please think before you post, and also think about your motivation for posting!
Mrmoagi, the basis of our assumption is that we read the RNSs and multiple of these have indicated we are in negotiation with a CRMC. Below is from 17th August for example;
Two commercial concrete pours carried out by large Cement & Ready- Mix Company ("CRMC") as due diligence towards commercial agreement.
I have also talked with and had email correspondence with Patrick and it is 100% clear he is hoping to do a deal with this CRMC. Of course we all know that this might not get over the line but your post suggests we are all imagining this.
Yeah I would love to hear more about this good authority for the flooding of the market of this increasingly rare and increasingly expensive resource.
As for who we think a deal will be with, well with the CRMC that we have been told we are in Commercial discussions with. Wasn't that obvious?
Would you be able to provide a reference for this good authority?
Just checking in as I still watch this stock after selling my previous position.
Noticed the thread about mini.
Very sad to hear.
Atb everyone.
People here are expecting a ‘deal’ to be announced.
Why? Who with? Who gave you the expectation that a ‘deal’ was soon coming?
Check your basis of assumption on that perhaps.
Sadly, I have it on good authority that the mid-West /eastern side of the Rockies cement and concrete market has been flooded with cheap fly-ash.
Pozzolan is not as far advanced on CMRC product acceptance tests as we all had hoped.
PC has had ample opportunity to get the pr machine rolling , incompetence is an understatement on the pr front
Although the article is very positive, it certainly is not new and I based my investment on those details some time ago. This should now be flying but unfortunately my main investment here is 30% down. He has to get this out there as people should be lining up to buy.
Pc's PR is totally useless - no buyers , no sellers, no interest - which is ridiculous when you consider what we have, in the country that we have it in, fully permitted and right up there on the green agenda ! - Current SP = Joke
When the deal comes it had better be a f**king good one .....
Just need continuity in relation to our pr .pc very weak at this aspect of things and certainly needs improvement . Needs to get the message out there .unfortunately at the moment it’s more sign language than words from him !
Yes it does read well and is an accurate description of where we stand. All ducks appear to be in line, just a matter of the deals and what they are worth. Surely they will be well north of our market cap. The market however doesn’t care about prospects and jam tomorrow! It is too jaundiced IMHO, a great opportunity is my view. I believe the rhetoric and believe our assets will do the talking for us. We are at the start of a sunrise industry, and the PR is starting! A bit of humour, to help with the depressed share price!
It’s a good overview of where we are at the moment
So all looks good apart from the SP which to me is the most important thing. It would appear that all it would take is for someone to pull a finger out and get a move on.
“…Sunrise has a clear strategy to serve a well defined market, offering building materials that will become ever more important as the global economy takes on the challenge of greening one of its most carbon intensive sectors. The company is well positioned to take advantage of the particular conditions that apply in the western US construction sector…”

Or a Pat - rick - !! boom boom - I know it’s the way I tell them !
Any news would be useful .....
Thanks for that Sam. I note that Cullen says he is going out to spend some time with PC. Not going out WITH him. Hopefully that is a sign that PC is already there and hopefully writing THAT RNS. I have had a feeling (big deal) that there may be some news on my shares this week. SYME released and ADMe released - not game changing but nevertheless a welcome and long overdue update. Hopefully there is a hat-trick this week.
Cheers Duds. I still have my 35,862 SRES shares lol.
You guys have been unbelievably patient and hope you get a great deal. Sad news about Mineralex.
Good luck all.
Thanks Sam, will take a listen and good to have you back posting here...

Both PC's (Patrick Cheetham and Patrick Cullen) off to Nevada within the next 2 weeks. Let's hope it's to sign some deals for you guys. Good luck chaps.
Holcim Capital Markets Day today, launching their “Strategy 2025 – Accelerating Green Growth”.

"The company will further fuel its growth with bolt-on acquisitions in mature markets in the aggregates and ready-mix concrete businesses."
The Economist, 6/11/21 I think, in the Science & Tech section, discussed the problem of CO2 emissions in concrete production and the innovation of pumping captured CO2 back into the mix with beneficial results. It mentioned the use of flyash in passing. It did not refer to any cost comparisons.
Mmm, difficult to answer that one Safe without lots of nuances.
For a start one investors reasonable expectations SP wise is likely to be a huge fail for some investors. It is clear there is a wide range of expectations on what might be achieved in the event of a deal.
Based solely on the current SP then the BOD have not delivered what investors would have hoped for thus far.
We might take a fairer view though and say that PC and the BOD have done well to get us to where we are with a fully permitted CS deposit and negotiating a deal with a Internationally recognised CRMC. It will all now be about if they get the deal done or not and what the terms are; time will tell on that.
Many thanks for your post Gazzleberry and your response Dubliner. This disruptive technology clearly has the capability of potentially affecting our position in the market place. Is it possible we are deliberately being held at arms length to see where this goes ? I don't think we can simply dismiss it.
It does not matter these days what industry you operate in, there are always companies looking to disrupt the market. The longer we stagnate, the more exposed we become to this.
