I think we will get news before Christmas, and it will put some value to the project. These are my projections for what they are worth. The deal will will include the rail spur to the project as the cost of transport is an increasing issue, discussed on here some 6 months ago. We will not be involved in mining, so a straight sale or royalty. What it will do to the share price I can but fantasies. The last raise was at 0.28 when it was fully subscribed to people who bought into the story, so it is going to be way north of 0.2. Personally I would like a straight sale, when we can simply divide the sale price by the number of shares in issue, so the MM’s can value the company.
He will call you next week as he’s no doubt in vegas and placed all his Sres shares on red. Lol
The calls may be superfluous if he comes up with a deal soon to benefit the shareholders.
He is still in Nevada.
I am on that call list too, I think a lot are.
So I'm guessing this call was just a leg-pull then? or was it end of *next* week?
Dips is spot on and excellent post. Caddy they’ve asked for your phone number. Get some genuine questions ready and not a rant (not that you would do that) as pc will make arrangements for a call.
Not investors job to encourage new nvestors is it .think you’ll find that’s down to the bod and that elusive pr machine . And that I’m afraid had been none existent
Constantly ****ging PC off does the world of good doesn’t it, you think he looks at the comments and cares what’s said, whereas some weak investors might sell, who knows, like I keep saying.. look back at the RNS’s and there’s not a bad one in the last 10, and it looks like he’s giving sres his full attention now, so onwards and upwards, there’s customers out there who want what we have
Nonesence! You of all people should know that these forums do not affect the sp in anyway. Even if none of us had even said anything over the course of the year the sp would have drifted away. If the sp were to move on investor comments, all it would take is someone to write on here that they know a deal is done and the sp would rise. Which it won't. Don't believe me try it. All of you who have stayed positive, great well done. But comments on here are meer speculation. No facts involved. Unfortunately out of boredom those posting facts and figures are getting them from completely different companies, which actually has nothing to do with sres. It sounds and looks nice but doesn't help us at all. Fact is pc has been bullied into being silent, and that which it seems from a company planning on buying our product. We could speculate if he is willing to be bullied at this stage. What might they offer. To me it seems they will be pulling our trousers down.
The PC bashers have done their job of reducing the SP, so applaud them for that, maybe they’ll buy back in if they can get it any lower, now with PC fully concentrating on SRES things should start moving, all the ducks are lined up, and I can’t see a down side here, when the RNS drops boom time gla invested
I actually posted in May that I think Sunrise as a whole could be sold.
If the CS project was sold independently there isnt much left in the Sunrise portfolio.
As you say interesting times ahead. Maybe Patricks handing over his interest in TYM as retirement is just around the corner.
It is also notable that just after he mentioned PC was on sunrise business that PC was also handing over the reigns of the tym projects to Mr Cullen, could this be a clue to Patrick focusing solely on sres as the deal is imminent,
I just noticed a post on TYM with their new MD Patrick Cullen talking to Alan Green;
https://youtu.be/_DpRb03lQ6Y
Not listened to it all yet but at 4 mins in Mr Cullen says he met up with our Patrick who he says is on Sunrise business!
This sounds interesting to me guys
Caddy - me too. We won't get anything significant but I suspect we will get some news before the end of the year.
I do agree Dubs - marketing is a core part of my professional toolkit and with over 25 years of experience in literally every facet of marketing and comms I can wholeheartedly say that on both aspects SRES are terrible.
Investor relations is critical - especially in this sector and for an explorer soon to be proven as a developer/producer hopefully. I do understand the frustration, just suggesting that it may be worth us all collaborating and requesting an update collectively but I would like to wait until the results personally :-)
I do have to say - it has been a torrid year for the sector and that has played a part also here and other explorers I hold.
Treestump - like it!
Daddykool - stop it you made me chuckle!
Caddy I reckon they might want your phone number so that PC can call you.
A reminder from me that when I last spoke to PC he said that if negotiations with the CRMC ended we would get an RNS so as Dip suggests things are likely to be ongoing. Our complaint Dip (and there seems to be some consensus here on this) that it would have saved a lot of shareholder angst if PC had simply issued an RNS to say discussions are ongoing; no other info would be needed.
Anyone else see on twitter a tweet this week from Alan Green showing Patrick Cullen and I think (he had his hat on) PC on one of the Tertiary prospects? Per the post from caddy we do know he is over there so just maybe he is working on something for CS too; would be a nice Christmas boost to get positive news.
I do have to appologise . I have now got a reply saying PC will reply to me when he gets back from Nevada at the end of the week. Also asked me for my phone number. Not sure why?
I always have a response every time I contact them.
They don't tell me any privileged information but I don't just get a stock response either.
I have emailed the company on their 'priority list' several times and have been completely ignored. As you say I would just like to know what is going on, even if it is not all that positive.
I'm waiting to see if we get a reasonable update with the Final Results, else will be contacting the company, I do think negotiations are ongoing (surely the company has obligation to inform us if otherwise) but you have to expect a very lengthy laborious process from my own experience of these matters.
They actually seem to be tweeting regularly these days - perhaps someone tweets for an update and a few likes from everyone here and polite (as oppose to rude) comments may work too, otherwise email the company is my advice - moaning and arguing amongst ourselves on boards never accomplished anything :-)
FYI here are the Final Results dates for the past few years:
Fri 11/12/20
Wed 19/02/20 (postponed via RNS on Tue 10/12//19)
Tue 11/12/18
Wed 13/12/17
Wed 14/12/16
Mon 14/12/15
Thu 11/12/14
Thu 12/12/13
Wed 12/12/12
Thu 15/12/11
Tue 07/12/10
So as Dubliner says, 2021 is expected within the next week or so.
Not exactly I would sale when the opportunity arises.. I would add my shares to a collective of shareholders whom feel it’s time to ask sunrise PC questions regarding progress or not with commercialisation. After all it’s the shareholders who own a PLC
You are offering 15m shares to someone who can get an answer?
