It must be bloody Christmas-even old Sour is getting positive and sending everyone Cheer :-))
Was there really any need to keep us in the dark so long ?
Upwards and onwards from here. This has the potential to be a 10 bagger from here in the right hands. Lets see where this BOD take us.
We need real meat on the bones now - numbers on the table and agreed. Finance for the mining infrastrucure / equipment. This is not dwep mining, so it should be far simpler and easier to agree.
2022 should be a dwfining year for SRES. We have all earned what is to come - just no give away deals like our placing history. PC needs to remember, finally we have the cards in our hand and we need to play them well for the bigger prize.
Gla, and a very Happy Christmas to you all (even Rodster ;) )
It really won't take much of a deal to get this share price moving, especially if its a long term arrangement.
If there was a bit more attention on this share price, or Patrick was banging the drum a bit louder, we would see concerted rises over the next few weeks before any deal is done.
are there any examples of joint ventures that have been agreed between a concrete company and an exploration company for pozz that we can use as a reference that anyone knows of, along with the financial details
@Shel-what you or I "prefer or want " doesn't have a lot of sway-But I am amazed that an £8m minnow with assets required by the market has not been taken out yet ! But if that happens after a JV then all the better.
Well I for one will have a better Xmas after reading the Rns , the future looks bright for sres, glad I held and bought more gla
I thought the whole point of a JV was that it provides funds. I’d prefer an outright sale here. I don’t want years more of the share price depending on SRES board’s operational/project management capability
I don't think it's the right time to speculate about a fundraiser. As said here we have cash which should see us through until about June ish. By then I am hoping to have seen figures of the JV. Perhaps with the right deal we won't need to raise funds. You can all start to speculate about what kind of deal is possible. That should keep up busy until next year. I am very happy that pc has answered some serious questions. He also gives some hints towards who the CRMC is. The Sherlocks among us maybe be able to guess who the CRMC is.
a JV or take-off will both provide immediate cash and continuing revenue, but saying we have a general agreement and signing one are very different.Looking for and buying further licenses is either enthusiastic or he believes CS is "nailed on"
I agree a fund raise may be needed, however with an agreement for joint venture in place it may be possible to raise funds through loans rather than going to share holders, but only time will tell,
that said its a very positive RNS and brings a lot more clarity to the direction the company is going
I have suggested for some time it would more likely be JV than an outright sale and today's RNS confirms this.
I have skimmed the RNS and note our cash position at end Sept is £371K at Group level. I posted on 12th Nov that my best guess was a range of £300-400K so has come in at the higher end of that.
We probably have enough cash for something in order of 6 months as of end Sept.
So the devil is in the detail now, it is great that the CRMC want to do the deal but my hope is there is some up front funding for us otherwise we will need to raise funds sometime next year.
As others said without hard figures in the RNS the SP is not likely to take off just yet but hopefully will do if Patrick can agree favourable terms.
In summary great news for holders but a bit more patience is required.
Overall pretty upbeat and positive, even though it’s still a hurry up and wait
https://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/amp/news/968963 Sorry
https://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/amp/news/968963Maybe i missed it
Glad you feel more optimistic comeonsres and hope safe etc. also more appeased going into 2022, I know it's been a long hard slog here for LTH's!
We're still going to have to be patient as things are unlikely to move at the speed we want on the negotiations but this update is detailed enough to warrant continuing to hold here IMO as our product is essential for the future of CRMCs, it is just a matter on when, not if I feel.
Will be interesting to learn more about the new prospects too in time and great advice by Rodster for Caddy, get that phone number to them for a chat! :-)
If you read PC’s letter to shareholders it explains a lot. I was wrong about a sale, joint venture at this stage! Very positive about future prospects, maybe we are in at an early stage of the concrete industry moving over to pozz. A real pension maker! The market does not care about the RNS as there are no figures to value it. Hopefully we will get some financial details beforeChristmas.
Yep this is really positive news - real progress being made for such a small company. I am reassured.
outcomes are key here - mcap looks low so should be great upside - we shall see.
That's a nice thing to read, fingers crossed they do not take months and we should see this move north.
Got this in an email this am and thought it looked really positive although I need time to go through the detail. Can't see anything happening before Xmas but feeling much more positive again.
I do believe it’s load up time??? Or is that an understatement happy Christmas
Scroll down to pc's statement. Now that is the detailed information that I have been wanting for years. He even acknowledges the delays, and goes into detail as to why. Thank you pc. In one rns you have actually given us the info we needed and answered nearly all my questions.
President of CRMC confirmed his Board's support for a joint development of the CS Project in recent meeting with Sunrise Chairman and detailed financial terms are being discussed.
Would be a nice if us loyal Sunrise shareholders was toasting a sale here on Christmas day
Champagne all round
Over to you Paddy :-)
We’ll articulated, and let’s be positive about the future unlike the usual negative peeps, what will be will be,
Have a great weekend
