I was wondering who was trading under £100 trades
So it's just kids having fun with free trades that from online platforms
I reckon we start seeing the share slowly move north wards
Over half of yesterdays trades were for under 100 quid. This is mostly noise by people using freetrade, robinhood etc..
Strange isn't it , most posters on here agree it's good news and one step closer to our pay day
But if you look on the trades monitor... Many are selling on this news maybe fed up with all this Jam tomorrow news...
We really need this in black and white
Hahahaha
Anyway, good to see the share price reacted to yesterdays good news by falling today.
Totty, yes I saw that and it is potentially very interesting.
Firstly this is nothing to do with CS, it is in a different location as per this from the RNS;
"In a separate development the Company, whilst researching pozzolan opportunities, has identified an
opportunity for the rare industrial mineral sepiolite near Pioche in Nevada. Sepiolite is a clay used as a
viscosity modifier in a number of industrial materials, as well as an absorbent. Claims have been staked
and positive initial tests by a European industrial minerals producer led to a successful joint field
evaluation last week"
A bit of info on Pioche I just googled;
"Pioche is an unincorporated town in Lincoln County, Nevada, United States, approximately 180 miles (290 km) northeast of Las Vegas"
Those who have had involvement with TYM know that PC (and in particular Richard Clemmey who left TYM for a new role elsewhere have connections with a large European Company who were interested in Fluorspar which has not progressed due permit issues (Sweden) and quality issues (US deposit). So perhaps PC was approached to look for this particular mineral by the European Company. If they already looked at a sample PC must have had someone look at this prior to this trip and they must like what they saw as I guess the joint field evaluation last week was with a rep from this Company.
All a bit two and two equals five I know but it is interesting I agree as is the new Pozz deposit in North Nevada
DYOR and a message to Aviator on the ADVFN board, GAFY (you can work that one out).
Sounds like another Jv time me
"Recent JOINT field evaluation" what's that about ?
From yesterday’s rns
Claims staked over rare sepiolite industrial minerals prospect in Nevada. Positive testwork results from European industrial minerals company. Recent joint field evaluation suggests the potential for an extensive deposit.
Is this something new sres has targeted in nevada , or is it part of cs project . Sepiolite ?
(Also, MMM's involvement may have been delayed due to their Lehigh acquisition.)
Hi Dubs & Andy : Yes, you may well be right, as I said it was just the reference to "the President of the CRMC" rather than "a President" that threw me slightly.
I'm now thinking Martin Marietta may well be the "second major building materials producer", as that would describe them well.
I did notice that CEMEX also have regional presidents, one being the region of the CS project which covers south nevada and south california and another region with another president for north neveda and california which from the annual update yesterday is the next traget for the CRMC and new pozz developments - so this could be a possibility
Hi SGD, as you know my 'favourite' bet for the CRMC has always been Cemex who are a pretty big fish and defo can be classed as an International player. A quick google for Cemex management team and I find any number of folks with the title of President including a Mr Muguiro who is President of Cemex USA;
https://www.cemex.com/investors/corporate-governance/management-team#navigate
Looking at another link below you can see a number of locations in Nevada including one in Reno;
https://www.cemexusa.com/find-your-location
Hope this helps.
Of course this is a pure guess on my side with no inside info and I might be miles wide of the mark etc.
Should our CRMC be of this stature and we can tie up a long term deal then of course we will be in clover so to speak!
@ terrafin,
i picked up on those points, however i would assume PC is letting it be known to the potential JV partner that there are potential alternatives and he won't be pushed into a poor deal, and of course any RNS would have to caveat that any potential deal may not materialise, i've seen it on quite a few rns's,
That said, we will have to wait and see how this plays out, but one things for sure we are all more informed about what's going on than before and I for one am looking forward to 2022
Morning,
Very nice update yesterday but before we all get carried away and to add to the puzzle a couple of statements caught my eye and got me sweating a tad:
1. The CRMC's manager of mining completed a due diligence field visit to the CS Project and discussions are at an advanced stage for a joint development of the CS Project, although there is no guarantee that a suitable commercial arrangement will result.
2. A second major building materials producer has also been testing our materials during this year although discussions are at an earlier stage.
I really do hope PC can get this JV over the line in favorable terms for us all ....... Tick Tock
I know I'm a bit over-analytical, but here's a puzzle. Two quotes from the RNS:
"The CRMC is an internationally recognised company and has a substantial ready-mix concrete business."
"I met with the President of the CRMC last week..."
So we're looking for an internationally recognised CRMC which has a President, and I'm struggling with that. I can only reconcile the two by either using a rather weak definition of "internationally recognised" (Eagle & Martin Marietta), or the President only actually being the boss of a US subsidiary company (Cemex).
Any thoughts?
Any JV will cause a significant upswing in the share price. It is also the confirmation of explorer to producer. I would very much doubt this will go any lower now in fact likely a steady rise into news which can be any day.
The market is not logical for valuations, it can over shoot and under shoot just as easily. This is PC’s chance to put some value to the company and hopefully the share price. The market is short term, it wants it now, so if the deal is a royalty over 28 years starting in 2024 it will put very little value on it. If however the deal involves cash upfront and a smaller annual royalty, which PC decides to pay out as a one off dividend, then the market will love it. If the last raise was at 0.28 and PC’s average is above today’s figure, then I would hope when news breaks we will multi bag. One does not take the risk of investing in an Aim minnow in the resource sector for the last so many years on a hope not to multi bag. I can’t believe the price is so low, when we should know within the month, the culmination of 11 years or so work. All the blood sweat and tears to get it so far. A willing seller with some leverage and a rich willing ‘must have’ buyer in a sexy commodity. What is not to like, and brings on fantasies? The market however has spoken, and doesn’t see what I see. I might be right or wrong, but this is what gives me a buzz from investing. Good luck all. SRES the pension maker! I hope to attend the AGM travelling first class!
Have to be honest I had an awful 24 months and sold out of many losing trades....
But have always had a good gut feeling with Sunrise has potential to be a Banker I be happy with double bubble.
Thanks Andy
Looking forward
Hopefully we finally see our Sunrise here :-)
Anyone guess what the market makers will price us going forward once all signed up :-)
Think the board of our crmc would of not agreed to a JV without knowing all the details such as ,duration ,cost, ratios, profits etc .more agreed than what pc has stated so far .
What's the feeling guys? More news before year end or not? Got an email from PC this morning, basically saying he hoped the RNS addressed my question to him about updates, which it did. But of course, we still have questions he can't yet answer. However, things are moving on in the right direction with discussion ongoing with a potential partner plus another prosective customer. Then there are the other silver and gold projects etc. Exciting times!!
Less of the old Fulmar !!!!- sour I can take :)))
