Today's the first time I've been in the red on this share since I started buying in June 2020. Come on PC, let's get this over the line.
well at least selling from the trading account to transfer to ISA at these prices is a little better, with less CGT liability, and maybe another sell will dip the price more for the buyback ...
will just go find my spare boots now as the others are all full ...
PC should get some official news out there .off the cuff comments are clearly not acceptable .something more needed Patrick !
Someone desperate for Xmas cash, I’m waiting for a happy new year gla
I have also £5280’s worth. Better be a good deal.
I've just had a small top-up, should show soon, wonder if the price will rise to reflect it?!!? wishful thinking!!
Don't think anyone is going to have a happy Christmas as far as shares are concerned.
Don't think anyone is going to have a happy Christmas as far as shares are concerned.
Thats a bit annoying off the back of one very small sell! I suppose the markets are a bit all over today.
Come on folks. Think positive. Pc is always late on everything but late q1 2022 will be the start of sp flying.
Great holding
I hold about 20 million. Started buying in June 2020 and haven't sold any. I'm always trying to analyse things with a minimum of wishful thinking on one side or the angry pessimism you see from others on the other.
Do you really hold shares in sres with your last statement. Glass half full I suspect.
So, yes, let's hope it gets changed in next years FR :-)
The identical wording has appeared in the "Risks & Uncertainties" section of the Final Results for the last several years, so I don't think it should be interpreted too literally.
"The Company maintains a good network of contacts in
the capital markets that has historically met its financing
requirements. The Company’s low overheads and costeffective exploration strategies help reduce its funding
requirements and currently the outstanding directors’ fees
are settled in shares. Nevertheless, further equity issues
will be required over the next 12 months."
I wonder if this expectation changes after a JV signed and finances agreed?

Better get a new battery on our jcb me thinks, don’t want it flat as we start digging it up
that PC was probably given the heads up by CRMC CEO that they will be wanting more than SRES can produce short term, hence the rapid expansion of claims and exploration which PC and TYM can progress rapidly to mine plan and permitting without CRMC having to hire their own team.
watch this space ...
I am just pointing out that in the negotiations, the CMRC might waft a bird in the hand analogy, to help the deal go through if PC wants to pay a one off dividend to patient shareholders. I haven’t a clue how PC wants to play it, but it is how you define ‘best’ deal. Short term or long term, if you ask aim investors, they want it now. Nothing helps more with company valuations than cash in the bank, with no more need for capital raises, and a regular guaranteed increasing income being paid out in dividends. Exciting times we will know soon enough.
Generally,if a company is desperate then a deal is concluded quickly. It doesn't appear we are desperate !
I think the market maybe waiting for final results, and or director dealings. Usually around next week each year. Hopefully then we will start to rise on speculation of a deal at any given moment. I have no idea how long proceedings take with contracts. I'm guessing pc will give it time so the deal is right for us, and possibly a chance for the 2nd possible customer to make any offers. A wild guess from me will be March 2022
It would appear to me that we are in a better position now than we were when the SP was at .3p and flying, just before the placing at .28p dropped the anchor and put us into reverse. This should be a lot higher now and I am sure it will be, but when?
Justone, the market does not know how to value this and even us shareholders are guessing to a degree what the deal will look like. The CRMC will be getting access to a Pozz deposit that they want that is permitted for circa 17M tonnes but with a NE zone that is likely half as large again so prospectively >20M tonnes at CS.
We have the permitted deposit, they have the grinding facility, the transport, the manpower, money etc.
So my guess is we will be the unequal partner but it still can be very lucrative.
This is a JV so the CRMC (relative to their worth) will be getting this 'access' at a fairly low upfront cost versus say buying us.
What we will want is them to fund the mine setup and the reclamation deposit for stage 1 (we only paid for the trial mining phase stage so far). Total guesswork but this will be only a small number of millions of dollars because for Pozz intially we only need minimal infrastructure onsite.
We will want them to commit to offtaking Pozz for n number of years at a particular minima tonnage.
We will want some funds for us to pay G&A until the money starts rolling in.
We will want a percentage of all CS processed Pozz sales.
The numbers for these things are very much guesswork.
Be interested to hear what others here think on this.
Other questions in my mind;
1. If the other customer testing our Pozz also wants to buy will the CRMC want to supply them or will they want exclusive access.
2. What do the CRMC want to do with the Perlite.
Going to be interesting, are any folks planning to attend the AGM?
We know that negotiations are going on, and we have no idea what type of deal we are going to end up with. The market doesn’t think it is going to be worth very much given the current share price. With inflation running at over 6 percent in the USA, commodity prices rising, with the cost of capital at a low. It is in both sides interest to get a deal done that involves some cash on day one. Securing the long term supply agreement for the CMRC and satisfying PC’s credibility, as this deal is the pinnacle of the last 11 years. Maybe it is just me over thinking it, and being too positive! All will be revealed in time, but after the last RNS at least we have a direction of travel. We just have to wait for sign off.
