0.35 to 2.675 not surprised it dropped a bit after. Next leg up coming by the looks of things, asset backed, similar rise?
;)
-8%......as predicted dropping
RNSs were displayed on both the SOLO and SCIR pages for 2 days to inrform people of the change over.
Now all the RNSs are only shown on the SCIR pages because the SOLO ticker is obsolete
Chat is now on the SCIR board
https://www.lse.co.uk/ShareChat.asp?ShareTicker=SCIR&share=Scirocco-Energy
I have just been to Scirocco on LSE and they had an RNS yesterday saying about the name being changed, but there's nothing on Solo. How weird!!
with this Share. I have looked at the RNS's and there is nothing new to explain this. I know that there was talk about a name change, but no RNS it's just gone. Has the name change happened and the B.O.D forget to mention it?
mannnan agreed.......sold all my holdings on the rise.........dont think ill reinvest unless under 1p.....but gla to all those still in....
Nothing going to change until the rns. Release
Not really. Don’t take dummy sell
Let’s move the chat over to the new board SCIR
AEX rising back up... why i cant see SOLO ? change of ticker?
Sounds desperate, is the flash cash short stalling?
Yes Crusty, the main difference being that solo are prepared to fund up the next step of development whilst they wait for an appropriate offer that values an asset that's 75% funded to production and probably an 8 well development gas export project, whilst not being influenced by a 30% holding by the Zubairs, who now seemingly both own over 50% of the Ruvuma asset and run Aminex.
Is the asset not worth more post farm-out and 75% funding than before?
A very similar argument could have been made for the AEX valuation when the recently completed F/O was originally proposed - indeed we were both vociferous about the AEX Board selling out at "fire sale" prices. Just because the sale price considerably undervalued the assets it didn't stop the farm-out happening......
I was going to ask if you knowing the board intimately as you appear to. Chris ,do you reckon some On the board may have accounts in Leitchenstine!! I sincerely trust the figures on your last message don’t represent what they are proposing to accept ,if so it stinks of corruption and in dire need of investigation ,I trust I’ve misread this
25% sold for $2.5m of cash and $17.5m of "credit"..... that is not the same thing as $20m
25% of 2 TCF GIIP and 756 BCF 2C 75% funded to production and probably full field development.
Any mug with less than 10 minutes research knows it's worth a lot more than the current mcap of £13 mill, when 25% just sold for $20 million and before the 75% funding.
Expect lots of noise from all that see it and the price.

I am trying to work out the best price we could possibly achieve for a complete sale.
Very difficult as we don’t know the potential buyer.
Would probably get more from a larger company.
If valued at a cove energy sale value about 60 million dollars would seem about right.
All imo and based on my arithmetic which could be incorrect.
Seems someone has caught the Tanzanian go slow bug over at aminex.
I know it will all go through but why is everything at aminex and here always done at a snail's pace.
Once ruvuma out of the frame should start moving much quicker.
Chris, I also feel that Helium IPO is a long way off yet, although it's an asset that could potentially be very exciting!
Just watched it.
Whilst I think it's good to hear from them at long last, I interpreted it as no closer to any deal to enter the European market.
Unless they get a move on with either committing to or selling our 25%, I just see more debt and dilution.
Let's hope they provide some actual news in the near future.
The positive takeaways for me, even if most not new.
Ruvuma, group of perspective buyers with a number of parties reviewed data & talks restarting now the FO has been approved. SOLO willing to fund through debt if no offer at the right price.
Ruvuma value considerably in excess of current market cap, no surprise there.
Helium-1 IPO looks like it will be soon with drilling next year (will it actually happen this time?)

I also watched it and mostly reiteration of what we already knew, nonetheless it was comforting to hear, also the first interview since last October so keep them coming.
Watched interview.
Didn’t give any new information.
It will be interesting to see if Ruvuma is sold completely.
They are keen to reinvest income into future investments.
My hopes of a special dividend seem to have all but disappeared.
Just listened to the interview with Tom Reynolds. I thought he gave some very frank an honest answers to the questions and I like the fact that he reiterated that Solo in his opinion was an attractive share for new investors as the company is valued significantly below its NAV.
Also, I liked his statement that 'their priority when funding is to find sources of non-dilutive capital'.
Interesting times are surely ahead for Solo and I only see growth from here (IMO)

Thanks Jack.
