Block Listing Application
SolGold plc (LSE & TSX: SOLG) has made applications to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") for a total of 33,778,125 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the Main Market of the LSE, respectively.
The Shares will be allotted and issued from time to time to satisfy the exercise of options over Ordinary Shares, which were exchanged, in connection with the acquisition of Cornerstone Capital Resources Inc. (Cornerstone), for options granted by Cornerstone over its ordinary shares to certain of its directors, employees and consultants.
Well that's us fully parcelled up and ready for a sale now. We're making it as clear as daylight and probably can't do any more to make our intentions plain.
Of course this can smack of desperation and backfire, but I'm hoping it will lure out a cheeky lowball stalking horse offer that will spark a bidding war.
As always all we can do is be patient and wait. We've nailed our colours to the mast. Only one way forward now if at all. Bit all or nothing for some people I'd imagine but the alternative doesn't bear thinking about.
Sean, do you think today's RNS is us being 'packaged up'? How do you feel this makes solg more appealing to a buyer than we were, say, yesterday?
Looks like more dilution to me. this won't help the share price recover.
Don.t know about packaged up. stitched up more like.
Sean is desperate for a sale as he needs 32p to retire and as you can see that is nowhere near happening and extremely unlikely as Solg have been ripe for a takeover since BHP took a stake many many years ago. Add NCM’s recent news only makes that even less likely until their situation is sorted out which will be quite a while.
BHP does not get out manoeuvred very often and no reason to think they will here.
Add political uncertainty into the mix and nothing will be happening here for a long time…………..
However that will not stop DBW et al….fantasising about a sale……..
Tesla 1 - Yaaaaawn! Your like a broken record with all your de- ramping!
Tesla1, let's spare the rest of the board our bickering.
I'm going to ignore whatever you and the other 3 members of the Four Stooges say on here to me or about me.
Let's just call a truce and ignore each other. There are about a dozen of very good and very informed long term posters on here who have quite rightly had enough of it. I haven't covered myself in glory either.
Let's just draw a line and move on.
Sean, will you explain your comment earlier about today's RNS meaning we are now parcelled up for a sale? How does this make us more attractive than yesterday? I know you're not one of those informed posters you speak of, but you do post a lot, so let's at least see if any of it has substance, yeah. So: the floor is yours.
Just read my post of 11.28 about not engaging with the Four Stooges again AgArCu - you're one of them.
Let's just give the board some peace eh?
Absolutely. We've seen your earlier comment was unsubstantiated, as I expected. We're done 👍
👍
FTJNY
lol de-ramping, very amusing.
Had a quick check of the facts, 11 posts in 30 days, you 3 posts in 30 days, let’s pick a random ramper DBW 86 posts in 30 days.
I also note you would not post on a share you don’t own and have plenty of other stocks but you don’t post on those, so why post on SOLG then…….hmmm
Tesla - You've already said you dont own any Solg stock so why on earth would you be posting on a share which you don't own?! Think the answer is very clear to anyone with a brain cell! Like I said " Broken Record" Borrrrrring Yaaaaaaawn!
Curious as to why you feel the need to ramp on Solg and not on your other investments, could it be that they are actually decent investments as opposed to this one…..lol
For gods sake, just do what most are doing now, ignore altogether, stop being drawn into childish provoking nonsense.
For everyone’s sake, atb
Mathersfinger, all I see is just green lines all dat long on this BB. They certainly are working very hard.
Here's one for you... I wonder where they will all go when SOLG is sold and the BB has closed??
Amazing on they seem to be on SOLG bb but no where else. Such dedication.... tells you all you need to know.
The more the post the closer we get to a nice juicy offer. Then when that's all done... just watch them disappear.
Personally I can't WAIT to have no reason to be here !
