Volkswagen going to invest in mines to become a big car battery supplier for north America and European car makers you can have SOLG for a billion as far as I'm concerned!
Just need a break even price for my somehow big holding and get rid of this nightmare. VW, CHinese, BHP....whoever.
Eyup S*** long time ,no see.
Asked a question about the major shareholder list
Got this back
“Thank you for your question. You can expect to see the updated Shareholders List on the website next week along with some other updates as well.
Best Regards,
Chris Robinson
Think Fawzi must be toast
Chris Robinson, flashing a bit of ankle for the boys. Looking forward to it.
'Along with some other updates'. Sounds promising.
BTW, who is Chris Robinson?
See you Monday gla
In the news today
EU Proposes Designating Copper and Nickel as Critical Metals
Inclusion could expedite permitting and financing of projects
Miners expects copper to face deep shortages in coming years
Yes Bubble, judging from Chris Robinson comment RNS more than likely on Monday morning
Or just updates on the website which may tell their own story
Companies don't typically release an RNS when they update their website, Bog!!
"Solgold (herein: "the company") the company are pleased to announce that they have got Tim in IT to upload the shareholders list and rejig the bit of the website about staffing. He's also had a good crack at getting the latest presentations online but one of the PowerPoints is corrupted so he'll have to do that from the office on Tuesday. In further developments, Greg thinks he's found a cheaper paper supplier and Hannah's booked a week off in the summer."
Our resident green poster been busy last few days ,trying his best I guess haha
Greg’s new paper supplies must have been the new efficiency savings Scott was shouting about at the recent PDAC conference.. he had nothing else to talk about.

Take a look at the about us section on the website
Our team …… been completely decimated
Fawzi gone too
Slimming down ahead of the much anticipated takeout
Bogota maybe we are getting a new crew in that could actually build a mine :<0
In some ways I understand the slimming down of our management team.. it’s been bloated and overpaid, for very little return over the years.
However, I would like to hear Scott square his multiple recent statements about having/keeping more of the skills in house, instead of using outside consultants, to progress any studies to keep costs down… yet at the same time reducing our in house team.. seems like contradiction.
More interesting articles concerning our Gold Deposit in King World News today:
March 18 (King World News) – James Turk: “First of all we are only a chip shot away from a new record high in gold and we are already seeing record highs for gold in currencies around the world. The way things are shaping up, Eric, I’ve been talking for a long time about the collapse of the US dollar and it looks like it could happen this year. And that makes me a little bit nervous..........
So no one knows who Robinson is?
BTW, I've heard a rumour about the update - they've got a new set of photos of the bakery.
Add have you seen just how small the team is now ?
Well, there is a group exe utive exploration at Newmont mining wth the same name:). Trying to keep one s sanity waiting for the promised exit point.
Some great commentary on Gold & Copper in this Jay Martin interview from earlier this week...

'Global copper inventories got down to 1.8 days' only a couple of weeks ago. Gold only going up thanks to $ decline.... fundamentals looking very strong for SOLG.... I still think we need to see those investment protection and exploitation agreements signed before anything significant happens. All the best. C
DBW, yes, I had a look at the web site last week and noticed how thin on the ground we are. Quite why such a small team needs three offices is a mystery. Maybe they haven't heard of Zoom.
Metooo, I also checked him out on LinkedIn, maybe Newmont have already taken us over and our lads have forgotten to mention it.
