Greetings fellow loyal shareholders!
Anyone still here? Kicked off Asset Match, as a weird consequence of Brexit and we have an yet another EGM next Thursday. The big boys keep tipping money in so must see something. What do you make of it?

Good morning,
I'm sure you're all aware by now but since the cancellation RM2 have put a facility in place which allow shareholders to trade in the shares if they so wish via the Asset Match platform.
If you would like to be kept updated with auction timing's, pricing and company newsflow simply email dealing@assetmatch.com and we'd be delighted to add you to that list. Similarly if you have any questions surrounding how to deal etc then please feel free to get in touch.
Many thanks,
Ben Weaver

Woodford is not in a position to spend at the moment , me thinks. Investing up to 6 million in this dog is extremely brave or stupid. Good luck to anyone who thinks they can turn this company around. Richard may have now become a majority shareholder and perhaps sees a possible return but there is nobody else lining up to invest. We pi’s are finished here. But hay ho...
How desperate can a BOD be these days?
All the potential of this company has been discussed and pubished by the BOD since the company set up shop. All the investment that we and Woodford have pumped into getting the pallets produced and into the market. Then, just as the company is getting into a position of positive cashflow on the horizon and some major company signings, they suddenly decide that they can't raise money from the shareholders or from a financial institution at a reasonable rate. So they agree to sell to an opportunist insider who will pick up a majority holding in the company for next to nothing.
How can these thieving twxts get away with paying themselves huge wages for screwing the very shareholders and investors that made the whole thing possible?
Is Woodford in on this with some sort of backdoor deal? With all the cash he has pumped into this company, why isn't he in the frame for making this deal instead of Richard "Cashin" (what a name!)
Legalised robbery by any standards!

Looks like we are going for more funding and shares. Hopefully Woodford concentrating on this as one ,as his project to make portfolio performance improve .

Sorry to ruin this moment for you all but Jupiter inherited the mandate off of Woodford, you'll see the same with Xeros and a handful of other. Not sure Jupiter will be taking part in the fundraise and don't think anyone else will be either.
Probably best bit of trading Woodford has done in ages....
Woodford offloading 7pc to Jupiter. Jupiter must see some value in it. Bodes well for a re-listing.
New RNS, holdings in company. New investor maybe?

Still no news ? Is this the end
Have you heard any news ???
Have not got the gambling funds available to buy anymore of these. I agree with the previous posters this is a spin of the coin now. Funders are not convinced yet. Woodford has his funds tied up elsewhere ;-)
Oops....

Yep - didn''t think it was possible to reinvent the pallet. Forgive me if it is more than that - but from my brief look at this company that's what I assumed it was all about
Better odds sticking it all on black.
Cash at bank 3+ mill andash burn (monthly) 2.3 mill. Result, misery by the end of June (strictly speaking early July).
So, shares to be suspended on Monday ("temporarily '). Buy now at present price and when/if funding appears before total collapse, the price probably jumps back to somewhere like it was this morning. But, no funds, no recovery, total wipe out.
That's a proper binary bet. Do we feel lucky?
Massive drop?
I have no sympathy at all for the likes of Paul Walsh (ex CEO of Diageo ), Stuart Rose and some of the other fat cats who are invested here. They are very wealthy people, who will most probably offset their loss making investment in RM2 against their tax bill. I do feel very sorry though for the many ordinary investors who are now facing total loss !!!
Yep, imagine we are in the final death throws now. Without finance this is finished. The only consolation is some of the bod have invested a fortune here on the past and will be feeling our pain.
Looks like final run no press releases no agm meetings no feedback on anything come on RM2 someone must still be at the office . Let your share holders know som information

afrc....I was invested in Invesco perp but money was elsewhere when Woodford started his new venture, thank god. It’s hard to stomach and harder to fathom how he got it so wrong. This is going to get dragged down to a penny share again.
What sarcasm, i am simply stating the facts because sadly , i am invested in his WPCT from inception and i am down 42% because of his bad decisions !
Afrc... I detect a hint of sarcasm ;-)
I imagine most of his investments are in the same boat. Will he sell, if he can sell, hence the sp will crash. I doubt he will sell Rm2 as it is virtually worthless now...
Another star investment from the illustrious Mr Woodford. Well done !!!
20’s coming soon...and these were people who allegedly knew how to run a business !
Last post: shatter, 7 Jun 2019 17:25
This must be one of Woodfords problem shares. Used to be in Invesco Perp many years ago and considered investing in his new venture but luckily didn’t... surely funding news cannot be far off ? Good or bad...

All quiet on the funding front ! Very scant details as usual on the contracts !
Well not according to the RNS .. they are looking into debt financing instead. I doubt Woodford can stomach another placing.
"the Company is currently in discussions with sources of debt financing."
Getting ready for another placing maybe?

I think that is the first time I have ever seen the share price move up (barring reverse splits etc). Glad my post below galvanised management into impressing the market (up an impressive 11% ATM). I should write a few more posts.
If only.....

150k pallet movements per annum, them 2 pallets are going to be busy
Making progress finally.. good news !
Never thought anyone would reply to my moaning !
On 7419 shares traded. Very illiquid stock due to institutional holdings, Mr Woodford mainly. A few Global Distribution contracts with Their smart pallets & this could seriously re-rate.
The Company is at last moving forward & winning some major contracts. I do believe this could really start to move forward rapidly, with a teeny MCap and low share count after the consolidation this could turn around big time. At last is all I can say.
