Dr Horrible : Where do the "prompt" and "timely manner" quotes come from ?
I don't remember seeing them in an RNS, and, though I could have missed them, I did a quick check and couldn't see them.
BB
BB, its from this SAMR Government Doc on the procedure.

No wellsite, I am thinking if By-Health had went with the original plan to get Blue cap then all I could see from By-Health would have been the introduction of blood pressure products with Fruitflow.
They have now decided that a change to the health claim register is the way to go and to try and get an entry for platelet aggregation or similar. This will open up a whole range of products that by-health could introduce with FF.
The question is.... Once the health claim register is changed do B-H have to submit for Blue Cap for platelet aggregation or will the fact that they have used FF trials as evidence mean Blue Cap will be automatically added to FF.
Nice one - thanks Gixer.
gixer
I get that. Is it your understanding we are applying (applied ?) for a blue cap for bp as well as changing the health claim register
- sorry for being painful but to me there is a lot of ambiguity in the messaging from IF on the BH front re exactly what bluecap(s) BH are going for.
W?
wellsite,
This is what was said in the interim results.
"By-Health’s regulatory clearance preparations for Fruitflow were originally focussed on obtaining blue cap
health claim status for some Fruitflow based products in China, under the existing 27 permitted health function
claim structure.
By-Health is now working on an extensive regulatory submission to the SAMR for Fruitflow, seeking to establish
a new permitted health function claim for foods such as Fruitflow"
To me, and I could be wrong, that says that they stopped work on Blue Cap to focus on the health function claim.
Not sure about that gix, this paragraph from the last interims would suggest that they are still pursuing health claims under the existing set up ,”Fruitflow is well placed to play an important role in the Chinese cardiovascular health market under the permitted health function claim legislation, and we look forward to working closely with By-Health seeking to maximise the commercial success of this agreement for the benefit of both companies.”
All the sells are in fact buys. , news imminent imo
Remember we talked about not needing much buying to get things shifting a short while ago?
There could well be a bigger buy which we can't see yet IMHO
Explains why my order at 0.95p was never filled today !!!!
2x1 million and a 998k buys still to show.
Think you may have to up it. Seems someone has buy order in for 1p+. Let's see how many more they want
Kievs
unless we get good news it'll slip back as per usual. The MMs might even go fishing to pick up stops, so see no need to pay top dollar atm.
- of course I hope I'm wrong.

Our buyer is still picking them up , £40k worth !
Yes another 3.6 million.

Almost identical to the 3.6 m bought on the 9th , does look like someone is accumulating !
Right at the top of the range too. Confidence?
Did you get your buys at 0.95 today
Kievsky
