A partnership deal will be the cherry on top of the mustard 😂
Thanks, LedZepper, that is exactly what I was querying. I have never heard that turn of phrase before, and many different options turned up in Google (about half of which were positive, half of which were negative).
“Mustard” in this context means that they are extremely good - if that’s what you were querying
Hmm, what does that mean?
They're absolutely mustard when it comes to giving presentations.....

Good presentation, great products, have faith in the management, they all have skin in the game, buying on the mini dip.
Poolbeg Pharma Chief Executive Officer, Jeremy Skillington PhD and Chief Business Officer, David Allmond present an overview of their current programmes and opportunities, focussing on POLB 001, their oral delivery platforms, exclusive option agreement and their AI-powered research using human viral challenge data, followed by a Q&A session.

idiot you are a bull****ter
At this stage is the right phrase, I sold most of my holding when it first hit 14p.
Only have a couple of hundred thousand left, will add more if price retraces.
Like the company and the management, expected earlier news with "top team" parachuted in.
You can't expect anything more or less from a company in this stage as there's literally nothing of note that they can talk about and either a deal will come or it won't. They can't discuss a deal if one is in the works and they can't magic one up if it isn't.
Set yourself a timeframe for a deal to materialise or if you can't be patient then why invest in a developing company in the first place
Meant to say in trouble in terms of !!!
Morning Id10t. The strange thing is it is more likely a deal is near when they give the inpression of being less excited. They cannot announce their belief a deal is near. If any potential deal fell through they would be in terms of misleading the market through false information. So I will hold tight and try to be patient

Big news tomorrow ⚠️ 🤣
Never been a big fan of parsnips, but maybe I just need a knob of butter on them, definitely food for thought, no pun intended....
Time for some definite , nailed on progress that results in significant share advancement.
Past the promise, and potential good news for the future stage. All these conferences may be good craic and promising, but promises don’t butter any parsnips.
Meaningless, could have penned it before they left the UK. I hope at least someone stayed home to actually do some work or do they all have to attend every junket?

Sounds like they had a good conference.

But on a positive one Jeremy and Cathal have just bought over another £1 million between them, CF now holds 37million shares and JS over 1 million. Also private investor MK has bought 24 million shares...follow the 💰. JMO Adyor.
An accomplished interview but just a repeat of everything that’s been said many times before.
Jeremy has been talking about a deal with big pharma for polb001 since last year and until that happens and on what terms I can’t see the share price moving any further north for the time being.
“…With a clear strategic vision and a very talented team Poolbeg Pharma is on course to drive long term value…”

POLB001 partnership deal must surely only be a whisker away, probably just dotting the i's and crossing the T's I right now, could well be a muti bagger I reckon !! 40p by the time I go on my summer hols in July !!! All good things come to those who wait !!!
300k purchase at 13.0p and a 600k share purchase above the ask at 13.35p...something brewing?
Big news coming on Polb-001 I wonder or something else?...Price is creeping back up again after last month's spike to nearly 16p? Investor event going on this week.

Nice summary of the status quo. POLB-001 really looks like it could be a game-changer and has the chance to become a standard adjunctive therapy for immunotherapy with high CRS risk.
Try this link as they didn't like the directors one.

Follower of what exactly
Hi there Moniman. Good advice !!
Hallsworthy also added to the Green bin yet another Totally Deluded follower.
@Spuddy just filter them, I saw 3 green boxes in quick succession, they're annoyed cause they've been given a taste of their own trolling medicine on their favourite spamming boards.
Of course there will be no fund raise before share price rises 200/300 % and perhaps prior to Nasdaq listing. 12m sterling is in the bank and prudently managed. Polb-001 is becoming more valuable every day. I get the sneaky suspicion that Polbeg are looking for orphan status for Polb-001. If granted it would make it even more valuable. Obviously before concluding a deal you want all details relating to Polb-001 denomination resolved plus extensive IP patenting in place. So whilst the shorters play their games the wise investor should hold and be patient. We will be rewarded very nicely !!!

Why does it smell like a placing exactly? Or was that a lazy throwaway remark. It's down because it went up too fast, simple as that. rsi too high, macd just crossed negative, stoch on a sharp decline. 11.75 is pretty much a certainty, with 10 the next obvious level of support then 8 after that. I don't expect it to hit that low, but if news doesn't come before year end, that could easily happy. You pays your money, you takes your chance
Have they spent the £12m?
@ 10p
Smells a like a placing enroute.
Ah ha - Looks like a worked sell of 600k+. Hopefully now they are out, we can continue upward!?

Where is this presentation please tiger, normally I can find stuff, this I can't.
New presentation out featuring Behcets disease.
Good luck to all here to and have a good weekend to :)

@Peterrr, yes, agreed, good to see.
Ultimately, POLB is up approximately 25% since IPO, and although patience is required, I am very pleased with the quality and quantity of the development pipeline — plus a team with a good track record and the right expertise.
I am particularly enthused by POLB-001 and its application in therapy-induced CRS.
I do believe that POLB-001 could potentially be valuable in relapse/remitting autoimmune diseases where it could be used in short-term bursts to tamp down 'flares'.
In those cases, the issues around non-stop long-term use are greatly ameliorated, especially given it may avoid patients having to progress onto systemic steroid treatment.
Very interested to see where that goes in future.
Mms filling orders again. Watch the but after hours or later on in the morning
All good, management remuneration still heavily weighted to performance based equity, so not so much cash burn. Nothing unexpected in the accounts.

Impressive TLY - only down a mere 68% from this time last year ! & 46p to 7p in under 2 years ! You really do have Warren Buffet shaking in his boots with your impressive tipping skills :-)
You must be over the moon with that one.
There you go, as expected, lots of churning over the past few days.
Who was gullible enough to be buying at 15-16p?
I see TLY is up another 8% - I see the Polb/HVO boys are quiet on that one.
Mms hoovering as many shares as they can.
I'm just as bad! lol!
obviously I meant stt1
Stti - below comment ??????????

The fact that we are close to hitting 15p is fantastic - I dont think many would have predicted this a few weeks back. Maybe some 'after-timers'!

Thanks @dustofnations, I did listen to that Friday night but didn't catch some of the bits referenced in the post.
@Bing007, I believe this is referring to the recent Investor Meet Company (IMC) conference which featured Jeremy, David , and Tim. You can find a full replay on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U8CoXkLLWRw
Adzy,
"Stt anyone who has even a single brain cell can see (and verify for themselves)"
Is it not reasonable to highlight evidence that offers a different perspective to some of the other posts?
I say on here and other threads, readers should do check and verify everything posted by anonymous posters. It's your money.
The company newsflow and facts are in the public domain.
Contrary to Adzy's claim:
"There's not even been a first placing"
I proved, with a link to the company's rns, there was one 3 years ago.
They raised £25m 3 years ago in the first placing.
" Oversubscribed fundraise which resulted in an increased raise from £20m to £25m despite some investor scale back"
https://polaris.brighterir.com/public/poolbeg_pharma/news/rns/story/w95134r
Always best to check and verify info posted by anonymous posters.
Look at Byot, trmr, nano etc ... I posted company newsflow, facts and opinions based on those facts. Byot crashed 99.9% and was delisted last week, trmr crashed from 850p to 230p. Nano crashed 60%

I recommend everyone block stt1. He shall remain a green box to me.
Sealion Singh is a poorly-educated liar, fraud, and loser who will go on parroting his lines despite having been thoroughly debunked on each and every occasion.
He's here to disrupt, annoy, and dissemble; he's not a good-faith actor. Such is the nature of the sealion https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sealioning - engagement is his lifeblood.
Don't waste any of your weekend on him!
Assume that anything Singh says is a lie (misquotes; use of comments from other parties; outright fabrications; selective information).

Unless they do a deal before then
Placing by H1 2025, ie by end of June next year.
3 years ago they raised £25m
"Oversubscribed fundraise which resulted in an increased raise from £20m to £25m despite some investor scale back"
https://polaris.brighterir.com/public/poolbeg_pharma/news/rns/story/w95134r
Last week, they said they have £12.2m cash remaining, as of Dec 31st 2023. That balance figure is 4 months old.
" Cash balance of £12.2 million as at 31 December 2023"
https://polaris.brighterir.com/public/poolbeg_pharma/news/rns/story/w1kgoex
Their admin costs have been increasing and with the new recruits, I think admin costs are now likely to be around £4m pa.
Therefore, as of H1 end 2024, end of next month, I think they will have around £10m cash.
They have had NIL revenue over the past 3 years.
I, therefore, think they will need a placing by end of H1 next year.
