AIM Rule 15 Update
Further to its announcement on 18 January 2021, Phimedix (AIM: PHM), the AIM Rule 15 cash shell, announces that the proposed acquisition in the life sciences space will not now be proceeding.
As no reverse takeover will be completed by 14 March 2021, being the date six months following the suspension of trading in the Company's shares, the London Stock Exchange will cancel the admission of Phimedix's ordinary shares to trading on AIM ("Cancellation") with effect from 7.30 a.m. on Monday 15 March 2021.
After Cancellation, the Company will explore its available options, and keep shareholders informed as and when appropriate.
Honestly can't see this relisting,PHM board had loads of time to organise a RTO.people are screaming out for cash shells so I've got no idea what they have been doing for the last 6 months.ive emailed Nichollas half complaining about the situation and got this response:
A crushing blow for me. We learnt two days ago that our RTO candidate had pulled out – no explanation has been given to me.
We become a private company on the 15th March without the ability to proceed with another transaction.
Personally I think the BODs left it to late and ended up putting all there eggs in one basket.10k down the drain
GLA on future investments
Remarkable coincidence....also I see Open Orphan CEO also director of Raglan.....would hate to think Phimedix lost out on any prospective deal OO might be up to....hmmmmmm
They will now have to relist, an RTO would have been easier. The BOD’s have messed up big time. I hope they are not taking any salary because of this incompetence. Companies are crying out for empty shells, they have no excuse for this and need to be held accountable.
Dammit!!! Our shares are to be cancelled so what’s next?
Very frustrating....PU in a brewery springs to mind
Is it the 24th thats the official date ?
13 days left...tick tock.
Could/should be close....
Last rns does sound promising.hopefully hear more end of Feb.
15th March is the deadline to relist. I'm optimistic all will be sorted before then for a RTO and hope we all make a good profit out of it.
Early stages.they better hurry up and do DD so we can move forward before March delisting

Potential RTO candidate and Shareholder Loan
The Board of Phimedix (AIM: PHM) is pleased to announce that it is in early-stage discussions with a company
All good things come to those.......
Seems so difficult to get any information.
Encouraging if there is hearsay they are near completion, but confirmation would be welcome.
The company are working on a RTO and have been for months. Shells are in demand at the minute and I know for a fact they have already turned companies away telling them they have one that is fit for purpose.
In the half year results, it mentioned that they have not yet found anybody....and that came out on the 8th Dec. So our time is slowly running out for a deal in 6 months...around 3 left.
Wish I did.cant seem to find any information since it got de-listed.does anyone know of an announcement from the company regarding what they was looking to invest in.wish it was RMS
Does anybody have any updates on this share. Been on the website but that hasn’t been update since Sept.
Forget that post - wrong board. Apologies
