...is that this project appears to have had such limited media publicity ! Plastic litter is a largely worldwide curse to most of us apart from the morons that drop it and I think the general public would be delighted to hear of our solution turning a nuisance into energy! Let's hope PHE do more to maximise publicity when the kiln is up and running!
Unbelievable news like this and only 3%. Jumps of 70% were happening here because of funny news. And now 3% when people have completed almost all the puzzles 😂
i think most people are blind. here you have a company that has put together almost all the puzzles. share costs like some ****coin on crypto and people don't buy incredibly
I think you're over thinking what has happened / been achieved. It's just a part of the kit, admittedly a large piece but no different to getting the control systems in place. They're not in the business of selling just Kilns, it's fully working products people are interested in.
Wait my friend, everyone has been waiting for THIS GOOD NEWS, discussions are going on here when the part will arrive from China. And now that the part arrived and people took pictures with it, nothing? Well, there were jumps for less valuable news, I've been here for 4 years
As a non-professional investor I find it so strange that anyone would sell shares in PHE when they have just made a major (and very positive) announcement. Even if you aren’t buying you’d think they would hold on to see what happens!
I think that these big sellers are normal in a volatile share as this and it is part of the evolution towards a more stable share. If you can make a few thousand on short term good for you, and for us LTH it could be good that we lose them!
There's a persistent seller keeping the price down and TBH not enough buyers. I know this seems like really good news, but everything PE says, is that the company is a start up, so people may consider it's overvalued at £60+m and too many shares already in issue.
Most people will want to know when the first commercial unit will be turned on, which is probably 2 years away.
We all know with this share the next couple of days we will see steady rises. I have lots of PHE shares and I'm holding, would be interested if others have sizeable holding so we could club together as a consortium
Red: I always appreciate your input here so can I ask: why is there a persistent seller? What is their upside? If the share price rises then surely they make more money? Or am I being really naïve and very stupid!
Salopboy
Because those selling believe it shall now fall back. And there's a good chance that is what will now happen. For that is the nature of start up companies on AIM as they enter a phase such as the one Powerhouse is now embarking on for the next several months. This technology has to be proven at full scale before any substantial rise takes place. Today's RNS is great news. But it was expected. The kiln has been on the boat for weeks. Is the stock market really going to mark its arrival by a surge in the share price?
There's still a long way to go here. Open minds and probing questions are required as Powerhouse steer towards their end goal. It's just a pity that those doing so, who ultimately believe in the technology, are shouted down as derampers.
DrAl: I have a considerable holding but you’d need to explain the benefits of a consortium. If we get to 5p in the next 2 years I would be very happy & at 10p I’d be joining Castle in cloud cuckoo land 😂
yeah no **** if everyone sells of course it will drop duh !!
Hi Salopboy,
I think 15LIVES has put it well about the lack of excitement of this arriving.
In terms of the seller; it could be as 15LIVES says, people feel this is the latest spike and think shares will drop back - maybe to 1.3p???
Going against this, is there doesn't seem to be matching buys at the lower price to support this. That might suggest it's a holder with a large investment, looking to get out completely; which could be for all sorts of reasons and is not necessarily a negative thing; for example someone who bought a lot at 0.3p taking what is still a huge profit!
Other reasons might be they are moving on to what they see as better opportunity, they need the money out, reducing their overall holding and so on. Of course there is always the question if it's a member of the White family.
RoleKing - 4 years is not a long time in PHE terms.
I was here about 12 years ago and I'm sure others for longer, although I think most of us sold out. Different company then TBF! I know a few of the very LTH holders have bought back in and out a couple of times.
I'm just trying to learn from my mistakes!
Is how small those fire extinguishers are....
It's not raining today .
Consortium? Is this DrAl the same chappie as DrA - certainly sounds like it.
If I remember rightly the good DrA have a sizeable holding, so he said which
he was aiming to collect £1M from at 13p per share. In other words he claimed to
hold 8M shares. That was then - now his 8M shares ar worth £880000 less so it is
time for a consortium to get him out of the mire.
I wonder whether the good Dr has been on Hui's wacky-baccy...eh?
I have just shy of 18m shares, a consortium makes sense as we could then stop these warrants being issued
Alkin: I imagine that if it gets to 10p you’ll be joining me and Castle in cloud cuckoo land! 🤣
dear paul, please get that kit fired up asap, folk here are going limp...

Lol divvy, just another possibility. The end of the blue pill as a by-product of the process haha.
I'm at just over 15m also interested
'Alkin: I imagine that if it gets to 10p you’ll be joining me and Castle in cloud cuckoo land!'
Not if his average 10p 🤣
What would be the benefit of a consortium? If you had 10 people with 10m shares each, that's not exactly a lot in the scheme of things, ie 4.2b issued shares - so less than 1%.
