Definitely tumble weed time and baited breath...Lucky L might be about right .
Could be weeks more.
At least the weather is good in here :)
Hopefully we do not get the AIM flop. Announce with no reaction. My god that is the killer!
When the news comes in I'll make a reddit post on R/pennystocks
*If* the people there decide to buy a penny stock, it has a nice rise.
The Indian election results will be announced on 4th June (Tuesday).
Auction scheduled to start later in the month.
Personally, I will be disappointed if there is no shareholder update in the next 6 weeks on this.
Etj...do you have anymore info on the auction starting next week?..I thought it had finished...or is it results next week.
Thanks
Nothing beyond the links previously shared:

Must of missed that one..the last one I saw was it held I think a couple of Wednesdays ago and we where just waiting for formalities...bit of a shambles by the looks of things.
I am taking the view that the whole reason we are here is India is an inefficent beauracratic mess.
I am factoring in delays, bad auction process as being expected. In some ways it is comforting as this was our issue.
On that prior link for critical minerals that is a specialist sub type and i expect they have trouble getting interest ( unlike ours).

Hopefully the incoming administration will want a few political quick wins in the immediate afterglow of the election and the auction will be held sooner rather than later.
Hopefully.
I think india is beauracratic. Multiple parties will need to agree to reach a decision and the government agencies ( like civil service) will be a constant
I can see why pat do not want to discuss anything while an auction is proceeding, we can only annoy people and there is no gain from that.
The probably does not have much impact on our case anyway, we deal with historical information and i think a 7.3m oz mine is all that is important
Says on the International News today that GOI Election result expected on 4th of June with current government expected to be elected for a third term when all the hype was saying that the opposition party would win. No idea if this is a good or bad thing for our case?
I would have thought good for continuity.
I dont really want a change, it might open more false promises and delay things.
Hopefully they just keep going as planned
Come on MB/Faskin's....!!! 🙂🥰😍🤩😂
Most exciting and boring situation!.
If this drags on we will get a fund raise before the news. Anyway.
I look at green ex to.remind myself
Announced on ITV news this evening that result was a hung parliament out there. Hopefully this will mean less corruption going forwards and a faster resolution of our case. We can but dream, LOL.
All i want are some comms :)
There must be a reason for not sending the damn letter.
Now nearly just three weeks to go for the 6 month cooling-off period to expire. Once that point is reached the BIT arbitration protocol for unilateral referral to tribunal takes effect. Though PAT can presumably submit the referral application ahead of that date the process cannot formally start until then and I would have thought it is usually best practice to wait until just before that point and to then file the application promptly.
Hi apple,
I wasn't aware that there was a 6-month cooling-off period - it's not mentioned in the January or April RNS releases relating to Bhukia. Please can you elaborate?
In the January RNS, it was envisaged that the Notice of Arbitration would be issued in around 3 months, and then in April the RNS stated that the opportunity for amicable resolution was ongoing.
If there is a 6 month cooling off period, and the Notice of Dispute was issued on 2 January, presumably this means that this expires on 1-2 July?
Hi..if I could just add to ejt message.
If I recall correctly somebody on here got a direct response from MB which stated ( or very similar) the 6 months only applied to Bit when country v country cases not business v country..
It was me.
There is no 6 month cool off period.
That is only for country vs country. Not country vs
company. I confirmed with CEO who confirmed with lawyers.
The reason for not going to next stage is probably related to something else. Maybe still working on something who knows.
Thanks Gall..as a guess only, waiting for new government maybe to be formed?..then
My line has not changed.
The auction may not have much impact on our claim, but we are keeping quiet out of politeness.
Decisions in India are made jointly and annoying people while they are doing the sale is pointless.
No point getting peoples back up.
Even if gov changes i am sure many of the civil servants and GSI will be the same.
Just keep everyone happy as possible
A bit of a red herring for us then - thanks for the clarification.
Any idea whether the 350,000 share (£23k) transaction this afternoon was a buy or a sell? Pretty big for PAT.
