Am I missing something here? Stamp is selling this as some amazing deal but long term holders have been shafted
Yep another mugging....
no idea .
But it being cancelled on AIM means I decided to exit and take the hit.. again, no idea how this will pan out in the future..
(took a 5k gbp hit on current bet here.. but did well in a long range trading journey here previously so no complaints in the round.. sad for me to be finished with my involvement here though..... but good luck to the rest of you in whatever decisions you make here and generally in life)
Still listed on NASDAQ, only delisted on AIM.
NtM, I feel you pain. My 2k is now worth £100, but as they are currently BO I may as well just keep them.
Even if it's just to remind me, not to be so stupid again, and again, .... and again. ........,and......!
ps all proposed is subject to shareholder approval, of course..
(and my broad feeling is it's a sad day for current share holders Investments / bets here.. but maybe the nasdaq listed co comes good in the end .. hopefully for sick people waiting for new gen med and for shareholders and for employees of this company that turns out to be the case)
Yes only any good for those buying in now, and quite appalling for existing holders unless they want to wait a while to hopefully sell higher on Nasdaq, just shows how difficult it is to raise, luckily I sold 90% of my holding here a while back.
I could recommend a substantially better pharma investment on the verge of major breakthrough, but for the sakes of inappropriate cross ramping will not
GLA here, hope it works out
Well that's sorted. Lets just all say no :)
Nice2- You still around? It's been some long time since I posted and gave this up for dead long ago. Reading through the proposed merger, acquisition not sure exactly how it all plays out, but maybe its a good move? Any way this has been far too long in the making and by the looks of the upcoming trials they have one patient registered, so you really can't ,make any conclusions on that. I may and that is a maybe "tip toe" back in here and there and scoop up some on the cheap. looks like a quiet time for the next few months as the phase trials get patients registered. Good to you Nice2 and take care. I still like me F&C's with a couple of pints at my favorite spot.....LATER
Not been a player for couple a years now and sold out all shares some 20-30 months ago, this has just gotten worse by the day, week, month since then. Don't see any posts by usual suspects that I chatted with back in the day. Now reading this latest RNS seems game they plan to makeover the whole firm, dwindle down everyone's positions, drop AIM get new blood from the states on NAZ and start over with a whole new direction. Problem is its like basically filing for bankruptcy and starting over but only the shareholders are the real losers here. Good luck all....I won't be a buyer again at least not until the dust settles.
Have they not already had 2 consolidations? or is it just the one
What a total balls up in July 2020 these were trading at 87p
