Roll the dice and it might make some money in 4/5 years time. Then whether it pays MOS a distribution of same is another thing. Chokes.
System :: you have said it in a nutshell.. Foreign laws; across an ocean; no overall control; different language; obtuse accounting laws and national customs with little control.. The Mexicans could bury MoS quicker than building a tunnel under Trumps wall..
To assess the chances of winning any litigation (assuming you have the funds to pay a local lawyer and time on your hands .. you may wish to read this independent report on the Criminal and Civil Justice system in Mexico : it also deals with corruption of the Judicial system.

Lothbury may I ask why you are posting this - it bears no relationship to MOS aside from the fact it is about Mexico ?
It serves no purpose at all especially given the fact you are purportedly invested.
Based on Ignite and previously Krunch and how they charge Mos for services (and solely owned by Mos BOD members) how can it be checked if ME is taking a wage directly from Estadio as well ,or if ignite is charging Estadio directly for services? A Q&A would be nice
You clearly don’t understand company structure do you Lost Money - please stop trying to fabricate potential problems where they don’t exist.
They are not interested in chasing the gift of 400000 they gave to Quanta. This little investment is much less concern.
Like you say city ,I’m not a business person so I probably don’t understand the structure ,so what have I got wrong, from RNS information Mos purchased KRUNCHDATA for 1.4 million the only staff /owners were Mos BOD members this was to ensure and stop external payments and platform security ,now at this same time igniteamt ,only staff /owners ME/Mos BOD ,was charging KRUNCHDATA for platform services and rent but this second company was not included in the deal 🤔🤷🏼♂️now igniteamt was not mentioned (on mos RNS) till it was identified on this BB 8 months ago . So ME /BOD was charging one private company directly to a secondary private company (all information from Mos RNS ) with nearly all money originating from Mobile Stream dilution… So yes it it confusing ,So according to your post I’v fabricated something about this structure..what have I got wrong
Was Krunch not purchased for 1.4 M for the reason in RNS
Is igniteamt not a private company that charged Mos 127k for site maintenance and rent and the owners are only MOS BOD members
The reason for the above payment was because KRUNCHDATA, (ME private company) used to pay igniteamt (ME private company) for rent and services directly and since Mos/ME bought Krunch those payments continue.
Company house show only people involved with igniteamt as being MOS BOD members (same for KRUNCHDATA)
ME owner/employed by two private companies (at one time) and Mos all charging each other directly and indirectly .so ignite/krunch/mos charging each other for rent and services
So I now go back to my original question what stopping capital media and igniteamt from dealing with each other directly, after all ignite and Krunch did ? And ME and other Mos BOD members are taking a wage directly from ignite and Mos ? So what is stopping ME being paid directly from Capital Media as well ? I’ve not even started to try and include TS in all this …so definitely very confusing.
So what in the above statement is fabricated as that is what I’ve based my earlier post on ?
So that’s how I see the company structure,
finally this BB and the other one was full of investors starting during the hive Q&A they wanted to get clarity on capital media structure/ownership etc. then ME cancelled hence my last statement about Q&A on the earlier post .So please highlight the fabrication.
In conceptual terms you are correct in suggesting that Krunchdata may have a contractual relationship with IgniteAMT and in business IgniteAMT could deal with Mobile Streams Plc and perhaps Mobile Streams Plc could deal directly with Krunchdata.
Krunchdata and/or IgniteAMT are also free to negotiate and deal directly with BET or indeed Capital Media Group or indeed Capital Media Sports or directly with Estadio as a wholly owned company of Capital Media Sports.
I guess you may have missed or maybe you did not miss the fact that Mobile Streams Plc could also be dealing directly with Capital Media Group as maybe it is fair to note that it seems clear that Mobile Streams Plc is dealing directly with Capital Media Sports and BET as Mobile Streams Plc have announced their investment into each party.
So Lothbury I now go back to your original question what stopping capital media and igniteamt from dealing with each other directly? It would seem nothing can stop them as that is the beauty of business and long may that continue.
I would also add maybe you should consider whether Krunchdata and/or IgniteAMT is dealing directly with all or any of the Capital Media Groups 16 radio stations or maybe a TV station or two (directly of course). Is that acceptable to you or does that pose further conspiracy theories for one?
Let's take your concerns further as you have opened up a deeper discussion I feel. Could Krunchdata possibly have struck a deal or a formal relationship with any other Mobile Streams Plc relationships. Heaven forbid Krunchdata are dealing directly with Necaxa FC or Atlante FC. Sacre Bleu. What could this all mean. The cloudiness continues.
Could IgniteAMT be renting an office to Cadiz FC of could have some deal in place with Pumas of Mexico City.
Does in your words "So what is stopping ME being paid directly from Capital Media as well" stretch to ME and the Mos BOD taking a wage directly from Capital Media Sports or BET or Cadiz or Pumas or Atlante or from other such contractual relationships in the MOS stable?
The business relationships seem endless it would seem.
Thank you for pointing out the complexity running through your mind.
This conversation needs to run and run I now feel whilst quietly in the background the company can continue on its path.
Bernie I’m not Lothbury, it not Krunch and ignite might have a deal , ThEY DO,
It’s not MOS might pay ignite THEY DO ,hundreds of thousands of pounds
It was not if ME who owns 33% of ignite didn’t get to vote on latest ignite deal by mos ,while the other two significant people in ignite who owns 66% did get to vote as MOS BOD members.they did( it’s posted in mos own RNS)
ITS NOT Mos might have given 1.4 million pounds to Krunch THEYDID ,
It’s NOT ME might be CEO of MOS and major shareholder in ignite and Krunch he is ,got money paidall
ITS not all other owners and employees of KRUNCH and IGNITE might be MOS BOD members they are …and nobody else
You have tried to indicate I’m some kind of tin foil hat wearing conspiracy person, again I ask you or city or anyone point out any fabrication in my statements ….its not if Mos ,ignite,Krunch have a convoluted relationship they do with the entire BOD of MOS getting paid from all 3(latest 2 board members recruited in last 2 months not included yet ,let’s see if they get jobs with ignite in near future) and this doesn’t include TS relationship in all this …..
Its not ignite might have charged Krunch for rent and service they did .
It’s not if everyone employed/owned Krunch also employed/owned ignite and are MOS BOD they DO
Absolutely 100% no conspiracy all facts all true all posted on Mos RNS or company house data …
So not complexity running through my mind actual reported financial records….
So the answer to my earlier question is nothing to stop them … and no Q&A to clarify…
