I did say on 24th June...
"Might find ourselves hovering in .30-.35p range until we get some more 'meat on the bone' on any of the Projects or TR1's."
If spreadex are dumping stock the price is holding up quite well considering.
Could do with some news soon though.
All resolutions passed
What happened at that AGM?!?!?!?!

I think they're waiting for 100% confirmation of the mentioned RTO.
The Uranium 9.9% holding is a complete "Brucie Bonus" and I'm sure that will be updated also in due course.
I don't mind the silence as we've had years of interviews which have done zero so I'm patient.
...but could do with more info. Been several months now since the idea of a reverse takeover was floated. Has the plan changed due to the latest news from Kazakhstan?

I think because SP been rising from 0.045p and now recent news that MNRG is still got 10% of an asset it thought it never had, now worth at least $500m at these prices, that we can expect no less than 1p S/T on any good update relating to this asset and others from now on, but as always DYOR
Did anyone attend the AGM, any news or hints coming from the RTO?
I think the BOD is now much more aligned with us since Chis Chadwick and his team are on board. There is now a huge amount of mining experience there hence the concentration on mining. It bodes well for the future imo
Will Rolf take the obvious route of selling our stake and rights for the Uranium play and use the monies for his/our new strategy of RTO (Copper?), or find another rabbit whole to go down?
He has a real opportunity to finally deliver a return to shareholders, will he?
Just hope he and the other directors look past the potential for personal remuneration/reward and actually realise they have a responsibility to shareholders!

Anyone heard anything yet?
Little bit of buying on. Little bit.
How can we join the AGM, I cant see the details anywhere?!
However after, as soon as things are passed, let's hope we can expect immediate news. This SP cant stay this low for long!
No, not going, as Gooner said it's probably going to be a 'rubber stamp' affair. IMO the lifting of the Uranium ban has brought a lot of previously unlikely options into play. This will probably take some time to work through.
Might still see a bit of an uptick on anticipation of something coming out tomorrow.
Maybe?
Anyone wholl be attending AGM??? Fridayβ¦

And...
"Demand for uranium is expected to increase rapidly over the next decade, driven by governments' efforts to increase nuclear power capacity to meet zero-carbon targets.Β The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) estimates that 60,000 tonnes of uranium are needed annually to fuel the world's 410 nuclear power reactors, butΒ demand could reach 100,000 tonnes per year by 2040.Β This would require nearly double the current levels of uranium mining and processing.Β "
Almost makes you want to top up π
Let's tag along for the ride with our 9.9% Uranium play or better still increase to 51% .
"The authorities in Kyrgyzstan will spend 1.6 billion som ($18m) to pay the Kara-Balta Mining Combineβs tax debts. In addition, the enterpriseβs specialists will be paid wages they have yet to received in years.
Earlier, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov instructed the government to take measures to preserve jobs and assets. He also demanded that all the plantβs facilities be restored for fully-fledged work with uranium.
βThus, the enterprise has created favorable conditions for sustainable work, and most importantly all unique specialists have been preserved,β the General Director of the Karabalta Mining Company LLC, Kubanychbek Risbaev stated.
The Kara-Balta Mining Combine was built in 1955 and was one of the largest uranium processors for the nuclear industry of the USSR. In the 1990s, the plant was privatized and sold to a foreign company. Unsuccessful management by the new investors led to a sharp decline in production, and in 2016, the mill suspended its uranium operations and was declared bankrupt in 2022.
In 1998, Combineβs laboratory was accredited by the UKAS service and was tested by the London Precious Metals Association a year later. Since then, Kyrgyzstan has officially become a trading participant at the London Metal Exchange. The ongoing modernization work includes the launching of additional facilities, and the introduction of new technologies and modern equipment."
To follow up from the below. The Kara Balta uranium refining plant, 60km away, has just been recommissioned by presidential order. He has demanded that "the plants facilities be restored for fully-fledged work with uranium." Potentially even more good news for this project!
Just a reminder: " The State Reserve Committee of Kyrgyzstan had previously granted an application for a mining licence in January 2019 (the "Mining Licence") for 3,371.1 tonnes uranium reserves (8.731 million lbs uranium 308) which had an in-situ value of approximately US$253.1 million at uranium spot prices on that date. The uranium price has since increased fourfold from approximately US$22/lb to approximately US$86/lb.
Β· The Project offers a potential exploration upside of an additional 2.58 million lb of uranium from a partially explored zone (subject to being brought into a compliant resource), plus as yet untested prospective ground.
Β· The Project was intended to be developed on an In-Situ Recovery ("ISR") basis providing for lower initial capital outlay and operating cost of production. The pilot using this technique was completed and reported on in the Competent Persons Report ("CPR") carried out during the Company's due diligence of the Project in 2019 and can be found on the Company's web site www.metalnrg.com
Β· Infrastructure around the Project includes road access, together with electricity and water supplies.
Β· There were three uranium refineries within 550km of the Project before the ban was imposed, the closest being at Kara Balta, 60km away, demonstrating that the region was familiar with development of uranium production opportunities. There will be a need to establish the current state of these refineries before decisions can be made on how and if to progress the Project.
Β· MetalNRG's internally estimated NPV of the Project is approximately US$250m (based on current prices of US$91/lb for U3O8). The figure is subject to revision after the reversal of the uranium ban comes into force.
Β· Based on the previously completed CPR and internal assessment, the estimated initial costs to complete the build-up of the operations, CAPEX/OPEX, is around US$11 million. Further validation of this figure will be required to determine the best way forward."
Company owns 9.9% with an option to acquire 51%. Current MCAP Β£4m currently. Huge potential here without an RTO even being considered. Very excited to see the new figures based on current Uranium prices. Analysts suggest Uranium is entering a bull market over the next few years albeit a small consolidation from the recent highs (which typically takes place over the summer months). Hopefully by the time it reaches production the financials will be even better. The IRR could be insane!
Are we forgetting how things have changed since Chris Chadwick has been brought on board? Who's driving now? My money is on Chris bring the driver.

It is massive news and agree not fully digested yet. This sort of low capex project does not come along too often. At the right price it shouldn't take much to flog it and reduce dilution on an RTO. Then we really will see some rockets.
Talking of Rolf, agreed, he's no Alan Sugar, but as he said today...
"market still not getting it, fuller picture will be an eye opener!!"

Fortunate or not, this Uranium policy reversal has landed in our laps and should/could be a game changer.
We were trading at 0.18p last week without this?!

So looks like the recent (yesterday's) drop was to help someone load up with another 20m+ shares?
Nice.
Tick tock...
Very quiet here considering we're heading towards a RTO. Major holders are silently increasing in the background.
Wow this is flying! Have held along time for this !
Good luck all lth !
Turned blue? Since 2022 priced .22-.27, what have I missed?
Did not. It was an adjustment TR1. There was a TR1 in Dec 2022 quoting 90m shares and 7.2% but although still 90m percentage dropped to 6% after the recent premium raise. For some reason it quoted a percentage raise so you'd think shares added but sadly not

Current MCAP is less than 2m! An RTO must be much higher!
The ducks are being lined up and there is no hanging about. The date has obviously been set so its all systems go when the RTO is announced. Does anybody have any idea what the mcap could be post deal?
A month earlier than last year. I wonder why that is? They seem in a hurry about something recently. Let's hope RTO related.
Also no circular attached. Unlike last year... Let's see what they announce before the AGM to be voted on. We're set for a busy month.

Solicitors I believe.
Interesting that the new company secretary is at the same address as the new registered office.
From what I've seen this is a vacant office, presumably they're looking for bigger premisses for the new company.
You can sense another big move coming here at some point. Still very under the radar.
Change of address to solicitors... Seems like a big step towards the RTO!

Whoever this gentleman is, I suspect this is more than a wild punt.
The speed of the notifications suggests he wants people to know he is accumulating too.
I continue to watch with interest and see if Rolf can deliver any value.
I suggest you read the latest accounts, renumerations has changed significantly, now is linked to the SP... Good news for investors...
I have some copper bottomed saucepans for Rolf also the cash raised is about 12months salary
Looking forward to seeing what its used for!!
Raise at 60% premium, decent. Quite encouraging.
RTO inbound, look at today's Market Cap, then look at what they are chasing, sit back and enjoy the ride
Nice to see Rolf driving the business forward cause he can't find anything to reverse into he must be the most useless bloke in this company time for change .
Snout in the trough
40k is nothing in the scheme of things ..
Rolf needs to get off his ass and put some work in to show where this company is heading .. his deals in the past has not been great and always entangled in court battles .. this is why we are where we are at !!
GLA
He's in the Telegram Group.
I've messaged him. He says he knows nothing...
However, he has previously met up with Rolf and always has been fighting his corner. Really strange timing to suddenly top up. Someone knows something!
Quite a few TGs on LinkedIn in investor areas. I thought he crossed threshold on 8th so should be well up.

@MetalNRGplc is currently exploring copper and gold projects as part of its strategy to reposition the company. It has shortlisted approximately ten projects, several of which could lead to reverse takeovers. #MNRG is in advanced discussions regarding one copper project. The funds raised will be used for due diligence and advisory expenses in preparation for a potential transaction.

maybe finally whittled that rto target/s down to a deal in progress, would like to think its not the usual p&d to get a placing forward sold down from a high.
Better still the Uranium arbitration settlement , that's big if it happens and would be potentially leaky
Guess they will tell us , in their own sweet time but Golds on the up, a near term production asset, would light a fire under MNRG........... π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯ππππ

Been a steady stream of +500k and upward buys this past week or so.......of course low value due to the supressed SP, but does make me wonder if somebody knows something..........surely something, anything must be happening sometime soon with this company ?
As always the silence from Rolf & Co is deafening !
Rolf's got Β£373k burning a hole in his pocket. Maybe we'll hear something when he gets back from his skiing trip and needs to spin another yarn for his summer excursions?
Is going on here?
No communication from the BOD.

Lots of things still up in the air with the IMC case and the possibility more money heading MNRG's way if Britnrg get compensation from its advisors.
The estimated current value of the asset is accordingly in the region of US$ 151 million.
At the time of the ban, MetalNRG held a 9.9% equity interest in the asset; since the ban, MetalNRG has supported IMC with a convertible loan facility for a total of US$ 341,441 to date. The agreement between IMC and MetalNRG provides that repayment of the convertible loan facility is either (i) via a conversion at 3 times the principal amount advanced into equity in IMC, if the project is reinstated; or (ii) repayment of 300% of the principal amount advanced in cash, in the event that IMC receives or reaches a compensatory settlement with the government of Kyrgyzstan.
Either around Β£1m in IMC Shares or a similar cash amount from settlement. Shares would be nice, IMC will roar and multiply the million, if the asset returned (not the likely outcome) but Β£1m cash would still be kerching.
Latest entry 22nd January , looks like it's finally gaining traction, or at least the process is, for those that do not know, if settled in IMC favour, its worth millions to MNRG, we can but hope π
