OK looks like they have around £0.5m in cash but a mc now of 10x that at £5.0m.
So anybody any idea what the plan is or is everybody going to pile in here regardless.
The strategic investors bring the funds that's how it works...
Uncle Sam hasn't come over to sit on his hands. They are here to make a deal..
So this fund will come onboard and obviously provide funding.
Will there be a placing, or some other type of funding.
What are the funds going to be used for, exactly.
MMM website very vague.
That's the point jono, the Plan has not been published yet, strategic investor are in, plan to come. Hope you guys can buy in before news. Gla
Thanks Stretchum but can't see why this company is worth £5m, it has nothing, but there seems to be a lot of companies on aim with nothing but high m/c 's.
Is this going to be like a firework rocket that zooms into orbit only to come crashing down to earth with a bang.
Will probably watch as price goes into overdrive driven by rampers and promises.
Good luck
No worries. 5m mk cap is peanuts in this market..overseas strategic investors make things happen. Gl to you if you buy in.
So from those TR1s, I make 40% of the shares wrapped up today in sticky hands.
I can't find a share register. Surely the BOD own shares and this info is in the public domain. Essentially i'm trying to calculate the free float.
Any ideas?

Sausage-dog you could look at morningstar.co.uk, and prospectus is on website.
Very interesting to see shareholders list which accounts for about 95% of shares in issue, strange!
So todays new shareholders didn't buy on open market so some shuffling and shenanigans going on behind the scenes.
Let's see if they are going to own up to share shuffling in the way of TR1's showing selling by others to todays tr1's.
If not I will stay clear as it won't be clear whats going on.
Don't know what the plan is but they need to clarify the shareholder list for a start.
Not so strange Jon.
The percentages are incorrect., despite them showing on a previous RNS. There's roughly 32 Million shares in issue.
Collectively, they hold roughly 7.4 Million shares, which is roughly 23%.
Add that to the three new interested parties, with roughly 40%.
Remaining free float, roughly 37%, or 12 Million shares.
Thanks Jono and Mark
Yes, morning star has a shareholders register with 27million shares allocated (circa 5 mill must be the free float). The Fermain and Haddon TR1's match up. Covalent energy had 8.67m so could be the source for the american investors allocations from the other TR1's. TBH i didn't think the 40% would have been acquired in the open market as the SP would be through the roof.

Sausage, posted just before,
Have a read.

Impossible to be bought on the open. They have bought at an agreed price presumable with a lengthy tie in.
Anyway the real interest is what they are up to. Strategic investors have a target..
I'm no guru, just a layman in stocks and shares but the tick up and down at around the 9p mark over the last few weeks had me wondering what was going on here. More behind it than what my knowledge can unfold unfortunately.
18,053,036 shares - gone
13,996,963 shares - free float
Stretchum
You think UK Lithium.
My hunch would be Platinum, Gold or Copper.
Two of them were SA based, one instrumental in getting the Selous Metallurgical Complex back into open pit Platinum production, which has a 300 Million oz Platinum resource.
Selous Complex had to relinquish a large acreage of the resource in the last 18months to allow other producers to get involved, as such other producers are not yet named.
Regardless of what it ends up being, the TR1 Holders have collectively thrown roughly £ 1.2 Million at it so far, so the money is doing the talking.
I'm sure they're not doing it just for show.
