Oops , that's not the days of Piers (can't remember him being involved!) but Pires, obviously. (Predictive strikes again).
Btw..I always liked Nicholas Lee. Found him very straight and approachable.
I was in here during the heady days of Piers. These sort of companies always seem to have their day and then fall flat.
Just about all of them trade that substantial discount to NAV, because they can never realise that value.
However, the GetVisibility comment drew my attention. If the discussions to sell aren't pie in the sky , that alone would propel the share price to circa 1.3p (and it does state sale higher than the present value).
I'm surprised one of the telegram rampers crews (I'm not on telegram don't like it) hasn't latched onto this yet, as it has all the hallmarks of a decent rise.
Catalyst needed and I think it will go.
Its always been the case here...
The shares do seem mispriced, on those figures very clearly so.
Massively undervalued! NAV per share 2.13p against current sp of 0.45p. SP would need to rise 400% to get close to NAV. Really interesting to see how the stake in getvisibility is worth £2.43 million which is already much higher than the current market cap of £1.3 million....and is in discussions to sell getvisability at a higher price! Loads of exciting and cutting edge investments here, load up people!!
Seeing a lot more volume recently, looks like there has been a seller but new buyers have been soaking up the shares. It feels like we are ready to fly. Ridiculous market cap considering the NAV so very little downside, huge upside potential....
More positive news today, just need to build a bit of momentum and see some volume and away we go!

Mcap is around £1.4 million, they have £700k from the recent raise, £600k in cash and liquid assests and around £5.4 million in investments. Selling seems to have exhausted itself, price has begun trading sideways .....feels like it is going to go pop. Just need some volume or a little spark to bring in the buyers......

The Market appears not to be bothered one way or another. 1 trade suggests there are no surprises ?
Usually the traders get wind of anything untoward or otherwise long before the market and adjust the share price to suit.
But so far everything is as clear as mud.
I couldn't find it either, always concerned that they might take it private, what is the chances of that happening as it is AIM and all sorts of dishonest things happen there. Want to buy in at this price but not if there is a chance of a delist
Has anyone been able to find, and download the full text for the GM ? If so would it be possible to upload it here ?
In view of today's share purchases, thus so far as writing, 703,000 share equating to £4K in quick succession. Why not follow suit if you're brave enough and have the bottle to chase potential upside ? It is the best and only positive indication after a very long time of inactivity, FACT.
If you listen to comments made by those connected with the Company they believe that events are coming which will release value. However the share price clearly indicates a lack of confidence in the Company strategy.
There also appears to be skepticism about the true asset value.
Hi mbvb2: your obvious positive astuteness is falling on deaf ears. I still believe that the stock is overpriced, even at the current mid price. Sure Ventures share price has been allowed to retreat for a while now possibly due to the lack of Corporate City support. It is unfortunate that so many ordinary shareholders who bought into the Corporate package feel let down, as time and time again they bought in on highs following momentum buying based on the flimsiest of share enhancing news. So far there has been no substantial buying up of the stock at current levels suggesting that the market is sceptical as to any significant share enhancement forthcoming news or any share enhancing upside valuation ?
We will just have to be patient. One of the best investments they could make would be to buy their own shares whilst we wait for small cap investment co's to come back in fashion. To get close to NAV the share price is going to have triple or even quadruple from here. Whatever they do I believe that buying at these levels will generate decent returns over the next 12-24 months.
If MFAI has invested the £700k then it would have been appropriate and good Corporate Practice to update shareholders . If the £700k is still to be invested and sitting in the Bank earning nothing ? That is not good Corporate Business. Either way we need to know what happened to that £700k is that not a sensible question to put to an Investment Company.
Does anyone know when the next results are Due .There is not exactly a great news flow communication
It would not come as any surprise that the recent fundraise has been absorbed into the Corporate working capital black hole, or is that too cynical approach ? One would have thought that Investments were lined up ahead of any fundraising, and any investment/s were reported more or less immediately or within a reasonable time shortly afterwards.?
Nope, still not done anything with it. Market cap is now just over £1.7 million so over £700k is cash, means all Mindflairs investments are currently valued at £1 million. It was over £7million at last reported NAV but emergent was a loss of around £1 million. Still massively undervalued here, hopefully.when they announce what they are investing in sparks the share price into action
