Why is Ben just doing the Q&A in a Telegram group? I don't do Telegram as FK79 doesn't so why choose just some people? That's biased, surely it makes sense to reach everyone? or don't the others opinions matter?
Also putting trust in them to make the right decision on our behalf is dangerous I think, BT is still sat on Eridge & Teathers from years ago which got took private.
I see it that now's your one chance if you want to try to change and the route of this as it doesn't seem the way, I don't think (unless you are PureBond, BT or the team who will probably do quite nicely thank you).
Especially as the Mikes appear to have moved in next door in Botswana...
Just my thoughts, I look at the facts, not the salesman flannel.
Telegram has probably been chosen because the owner of the KAV group is very supportive of Ben so it gives him a more friendly environment. Telegram can also be moderated / censored whereas in forums like this one people are pretty much free to air their views openly. Strange that this is not done in the usual Stockbox format but hopefully the recording will be published later for everyone else.
I don't do Telegram but I believe the Telegam host has access to the IP addresses of participants. This can give a view of the demography of shareholders. I don't think individuals are subject to the same data protection regulations as a company is (eg stockbox).
Hi Purdy,
What evidence is there that the 2 Mikes have moved in next door?
I referenced a post 3 days ago on Twitter by Alby_Tross regarding Braha Investments pty limited, with a prospective licence PL2390/2023 commenced April 2023.
Hi Purdey,
The Reunion aspect of that tweet and the Braha investments aspect are independant. MM, MF, Hillary, Brett Grist and Petey are all ex Reunion Mining. I don't know who owns Braha.
For Clarify on what I saw, I have posted below. more has been added to the thread since I last looked on the 14th, - The tweet thread reads: AlbyTross @Alby__Tross

#KAV
Who are Braha Investments?
They have a licence next to KAV which commenced in April 2023.
This gives some background on the 2 Mikes and Mr Wright.

"App location and time interesting, came across something that suggested Braha had imported rig ( or rig parts) into Bots or SA.
KAV Snr management, apart from the public face, appear to have links to Reunion.
No idea about Braha, but the Reunion link is interesting."
May15
"I realise the above statement may be misleading. The Braha Investment licence and KAV /Reunion Mining links are two separate items. I have no evidence of any link between Braha Investment and the Reunion Mining guys. I am interested if there is any link between Braha and KAV."
So are is that stating that Braha Investments pty limited are not the 2 Mikes & they have not moved in next door? With the addition of the extra tweets it definitely needs confirming.
I see the Mr Turney has changed the name of Telos Invest Limited into Rapid Exploration Limited earlier in the year & now owns 75% or more.
Ella there is a Reunion Mining on UK's CH with PFWB who resigned 15/11/95, MJEF who resigned 5/5/99, DS who resigned 21/4/95 with Anglo American Corporate Secretary in 23/3/2016. The company dissolved 25/2/21.
Not sure if you saw this, looks like the visible month/year dobs match, or if it has any relation to your research or not. But thought I'd mention it.
Thanks Purdey,
I was aware. From the info I posted on twitter (from KAV's website) it also appears that Hillary worked for Reunion Mining.
Any idea where you saw the rig info on Braha, Ella?
I did say that things would get interesting very interesting!
Care to elaborate.
Yes, whilst we are waiting for the link to the Q and A Meeting with Ben to be posted, can anyone who sat through and listened to the event give us their opinions on what was asked/said and the general feeling at the end of the Meeting. Were any worries or concerned assuaged.
Hi Eric - the call was well organised and the host Mark Fairbairn from stockbox as usual did an excellent job in pressing the right questions and in keeping the discussion flowing. People will of course be able to make up their own minds as to wether their concerns were allayed, confirmed or in fact heightened. At the end of the day Turney is basically saying that Purebond is the only deal on the table - take it or leave it. He has not appeared to have made any effort to negotiate a better deal and refuses to go back to Purebond to ask for one. The only glimmer of hope was that if the “KSZ drill hits massive sulphides and the share price rockets up to say 10p then shareholders may think twice about approving the second part of the deal …” or words to that effect ….He has now asked Purebond to join a future event on Tue 30 May to answer questions and put their case forward …
Difficult to judge how people generally felt as there were only 2 others who spoke including myself…hopefully stockbox can release the recording soon for everyone to make up their own minds. Thanks
Thank you for that FKCapital. Good to hear your take on the event. I now have my Letter of Representation in my grubby paws courtesy of Jarvis and paying them £20 in Silver pieces of eight. I Hope to see some of you at the AGM for Tea and Biscuits. (They'd better be good ones Ben). It would be nice to put some faces to names.
That’s great Elric. Another gem from the presentation was that KAV have managed to blow $11.5million so far and just drill dusters. However, money coming in from Purebond soon so chocolate biscuits at the AGM no doubt.
I think the questions were well put together. I felt Ben's enthusiasm for this deal was overwhelming! Question then if it's rejected will he stay on as CEO. Personally I think not.
Hopefully it [the 2nd part] will be rejected!!!!
What happened to the recording of the Q&A?
Emmmm....not great now is it?!?!?
Ooh and as a FYI - have now vote AGAINST the whole bloody lot!!!!
As covered previously hopefully at least the 2nd part of the proposed financing will be rejected!!!!
A week tomorrow....
Remember that all shareholders can go to the AGM* but if you want to take part in the vote you might be required to show some proof of shareholding. This is now likely as the company really are on the back foot!
* the more the merrier - make them have to try and find a larger room!
As the AGM is being held at the office of the company's lawyers Druces the non exec Chair won't have much of a commute!

If someone publicly stated ‘this will be the year of discovery’, discovers nothing,p but dust, raised multiple funds at heavy discounts and large dilution, did terrible deals, arranged for generous financial options for themselves - would I ever believe a word they said again?
If I ever trusted a word they said what would that say about me?
Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me, try and fool the market multiple times shame on anyone who falls for it.
I don't think it's fair to say they discovered nothing. They haven't made a discovery yet, is true.
They drilled the high siemens target that turned out to be two targets l, as confirmed by the DHEM. While it wasnt the discovery drill that was hoped for it's provided very valuable information about the target(s).
This is largely why many (myself included) wanted Kavango to crack on to a second drill campaign into the anomalies at the KSZ, after reworling their models with the extra information obtained from the first drill campaign.
If they hit nothing from this current campaign then is the time I'll personally reconsider my investment, either entirely or in part.
