Pure speculation but the SHEIN speculated ipo listing was filed early June - coincidence with itsarm cancellation of strike off on 8th June?

Is there any chance that company provide all financial year report etc., and come back to market? Or it’s a dead cat in the bag? 🤦
Interesting .... wonder what that means for S/h's ??
Strike off discontinued.
First gazette compulsory strike off 2 months from 28/5/2024
So ITS ended up going to ICON by the looks of things. What a total waste of time - and money.
David Craven and Jean-Paul Rohan
Just beware if you see these names arriving on any new company info. I did post here ages ago that more than half the companies Craven has got involved with have gone to the wall so we were all aware he’s got a less than sparkling track record. If you have money in anything they’re involved with I’d advise people to think very carefully about whether or not to keep your money invested in it.
AIM really is shocking at the moment.
Long term holding of anything is a complete waste of time and short term momentum movers are becoming so much harder to spot.
Robbing of private investors for company directors short term gain is all that seems to matter at the moment. The COPL fiasco might come on top for the wrongdoing there.
This was a risky punt, but still disappointing to be totally left in the dark until the latest RNS release.
👎🏼
Yep on to the next one.
The main gain from this was the multi bagger from the lows from Summer 2023. From then on with all the hope that Craven would give wild opportunities and the possible RTO’S turned into hopium that kept it going. The reality is was it never rose much from the top coming out of suspension in 2023 and mainly continued a downtrend until September 2023. I have lost massively on this one and it’s a hard one to take but I have learned a lot from standout contributors Neil, Reardon, Roger and Jimmy on the journey. This one’s done but there will be more and it’s that I keep focus on now!
It’s being wound up so it will seek to exist after liquidation.
The old board tried numerous times to get this liquidated but now it looks like the writing is on the wall.
No funds or the ability to raise cash with no listing only leads to one thing….
i have shares here in this plc.. the company still exists. it hasn’t shut down or gone into liquidation or anything. it just isn’t listed on the aim or lse stock market as of today… but i still have shares in it
so what stops this plc relisting again main or aim like a phoenix out of the flames we would still own shares in the plc…… or am i being completely ******* stupid?
I feel sorry for everyone who lost out here. Craven announcement was massive when it was released and luckily I managed to escape unscathed because of it. A real shame it has amounted to nothing as his appointment could have changed everything.
Best of luck everyone on your next investments.
Ha Hopefully you’ll find him resting at the bottom of one of those lakes….
Oh well,
life is life.
in it and all that, unfortunately ,this was not our day,
wish all who lost here luck with future .
craven has a abode in Kendal , south lakes, i visit there regular, if i bump into him i will give all on here's regards.
gla
Ah well . I treated the money as gone anyway but hoped I might get lucky .
A lesson learned and I agree with you roger aim has been dreadful in the last few years .
Sorry to all who lost out on this one .
Disaster. Always high risk especially when the Directors don’t have a penny off their own money in the pot.
So what happens to the cash that is left over? Do they patch their bills and Directors take the crumbs and existing share holders just walk away with nothing?
AIM over the last five years has got worse and worse. I hope financial authorities will have the courage to stand up for retail investors and eventually try to level up the playing field just a little. This is a tough one to take and if they want to help new businesses attract investment then things have to change surely.
Oh well. I’ll watch out for Craven in the future and steer well clear
Balls!!
Seems the UK stock markets are the last place people want to list these days.
So there was a share worse than VAST to be invested in ! What a pile of crap.......
Damn, goodnight all.
Itsarm plc

Itsarm plc (the "Company") announces the cancellation of admission of its ordinary shares to trading on AIM, pursuant to AIM Rule 41 ("Cancellation"). Cancellation will become effective at 7:00 a.m. on 2 April 2024.

Upon the Cancellation becoming effective, Zeus Capital will cease to be nominated adviser to the Company pursuant to the AIM Rules, however the Company will remain subject to the Takeover Code.
The board of directors will now commence the process of winding up the Company.

gla
Jimmy,
Did you manage to speak with David or Ed? I tried yesterday and today with no luck in speaking with either of them.
More info about who and how you contacted them would be good
