like i posted on the 1st december this share is going only one way up. cant understand why so little interest in this company with the big backers on the board of directors and a company that is grossley undervalued.
bought 100k shares @10p each total investment 10k sorry for the misunderstanding however i take your point but alot of inm problems are now sorted and i am positive that the only way is up from this point. however i may be wrong not for the first time.
I'm interested in this company, but any investment now is a pure punt on recovery in the medium to long term. The rights issue is diluting the value of the older shares considerably, and any upturn in the company's fortunes will only become visible after a year or more. If the world starts advertising again, in due course the firm's products will generate revenue - and the shares at their current level could go well. But I don't think the shares are going to be in much of a trading range any time soon - flat, and waiting-to-see is what we're looking at from now until the picture's clearer some time in the fairly distant future. Day traders stay away........
bought 100k of inm today verry confident that i will double my investment in 2 weeks time from the news that i was told today by a verry well established irish brooker.
this share is going to lift now. all there immediate debt is restructured now. so wake up now and get ready for new highs in the immediate future. watch the big buys now
Hope this one will start to move soon. Being dead in the water a while now.

on this one day traders? Lots of buys coming in
... yes , such news often confirms how papers manipulate certain facts or even as you say , omit all together. Raising new bonds is going to be expensive in todays market and not certain. Offloading the Independent will reduce operating losses yes but will likely not get any real premium. It does not look like O'Reilly read his other investments well at all and having no dividend will not help , however , i doubt this will effect the quality of his wine cellar. I am in 2 minds on this one. They had a rally yesterday and more news has now been circulated , it will be interesting to see how they open first thing. I am going over some of their other assets likely to be off loaded and doing some cross referencing on some of their trading history to get more of a feel for INM. Very important to see how this one trades first thing.
... some of these transactions get confused in the void of electronic transactions. Equally , some transactions may not be notified to the exchanges as the brokers may hold and manipulate. L2 would identify a little clearer , but it is a frequent question. The important thing is that you got the shares at the price you expected to pay.
... the tweedy interest was a sell. If you click on the link and then go to 8. it states situation before and after. In this case they held 26.2m shares and they simply state that after the transaction it fell below a 3% holding. http://pdf.reuters.com/Regnews/regnews.asp?i=43059c3bf0e37541&u=urn:newsml:reuters.com:20090115:RnsO7416L
