What will happen to shareholders, if shares are suspended?

nice try.
but no
so you are prepared to be civil
respect if you did make several hundred k
i do admit to getting perhaps too attached to companies but enjoy that engagement in the whole thing.
my job is all about people and i am an honest man but yes perhaps have a gambling streak.
have always bought at times of most fear in hzm because believe it or not i have trusted in management.
for me there are some questions are what has happened but i do believe they are not fundamentally dishonest.
something completely left field has happened here that probably no-one could have predicted.
you guys say the company has screwed shareholders 4 times-i say complete bs
i have been here since their gold days and also know the assets and management inside out
have you been to agms and looked them in the eye ?
davids death was tragic and people particularly jeremy are likely hurting like **** in there and all you guys can do is bash on about dishonesty and screwing people over.
it actually makes me sick to listen to.
we will see where this goes
So easy for both of you to “predict this” after the event when obviously mine building is a risky exercise.
The second drop you were both just lucky and used it as evidence to back up your first predictions.
What’s not so easy and to quote you is “to have balls” is to hang on to your holding, stick by your convictions and buy more when fear is maximum like now.
Just like you have chamelioned overnight.
Tells us a lot about your angle and “shareholding”-not
Hope your long position now proves fruitful as again it will justify your rhetoric
You gotta be fing joking mate
You gone long now ?
(Sorry couldn’t help myself)
Another 50k for me today btw
(Painful post of course)

Yes if I see a trade I will take it. It seems there are plenty of "investors" here who want to average down I am afraid
~The company are not taking the cornerstones around the site for your benefit. It's for their benefit. When will u wake up!
Webba
I warned but it is all falling on deaf ears. Hold on to your winners not your losers. You along the other bunch of hopefuls here are flogging a dead horse. The company will survive and build the mine but you'll be left with next to nothing
Webba1 - nicely articulated…..
Can't see this going into administration - glencore want that nickel.
if it were just them as large holders then i think it would be game over...They would just take it over - dilute to hell and then take it over as private.
ironically orion and la mancha not wanting to go in with more cash could be our best bet - as they would not want to be further diluted.
still would like to see a chunk sold - glencore or a competitor to enable completion.
Contrarian - 87 posts in the last 30 days. For a non holder i get it, you warned us all. time to filter that one.
lots of new traders on here. lots of PI's hurting, i for one saw this as a great asset and heavily invested, it's now a case of holding and waiting for the next steps.
Admin doesnt suit anyone so don't see that as a realistic next step. Put it into administration and all holders effectively wiped out and debt / banks first to get any scraps. Salvage this, the board are taking the shareholders around the site to work a way to manage this so lets see what the outcome is.
hindsight is a beautiful thing and if we were all as astute as some we'd be rich. GLA holders, move on the spectators....
Here coupled with he risk is beyond comprehension. I keep giving you tips instead you are trying to get rich with a falling knife and hope. Look at the Russell 2000 index. It is about to break out. What are you people doing here? Spread your risk. IWM the ETF for Russel will hit 200. You are sleeping on the job with miners.
Commodities are out miners are out. You are buying into a sinking ship
A lovely mental picture you’ve painted for us No1p. thanks. We have more clarity on the state of your scrote than we have on the potential deal being brokered on our behalf by Horizonte.
I think a deal will happen and administration is unlikely but no idea what the terms of the deal will be. Would be gutted personally if twice the current SP is the end result. When do we all think the news will land?
Your welcome.
Lovely stuff, thanks for that
I’m balls deep in this
Got my scrote fully exposed
Any offer would need to be around 25p , which would be accepted.
A broad brush calc and my digest of yesterday thanks to all folks involved with answers.
Strictly personal opinions.
Admin won't be favoured intentionally - it will be a mere accident if it happens.
A 10x fold dilution may raise 200mil of cash.
Hopefully par can be raised with further debt for another 200mil.
So if a deal of that sort is stroke and say equity returned to pre RNS levels, we are looking for a 15-18x recovery from current levels. Divide that by such a dilution, takes you roughly double up from here.
Folks are kindly invited to chip in and correct if they see something fundamentally foul with this calc on those broad brush assumptions.
There certainly are some reasonable buys going through .
This could go up 100% today
Bibente, why are you name calling, this is a discussion forum.. Firstly I agree it is a standard set up. I also agree that if a HOLDCO goes into administration, the OPCOs can continue to operate for as long as the agreements continue to function. So i actually agree with your points, but it doesnt make the points i make any less valid. None of these companies are set up as a separate legal entities purely as a protection in the case of insolvency, although that is one of the considerations, but also for practical considerations that are outlined in my previous.
What an idiot, this is just a standard practice setup.
The parent company goes into administration and the subsidiaries are legally separate as this would enable the assets to still operate during the Administration process.
Most likely a restructuring process would occur thats agreeable with the creditors including a fundraise.
Otherwise it's an asset sale.
In this case there' also secured debt against the assets.
This process would leave little to zero return for HZM plc shareholders.
the mine does not produce nickel, it produces ferronickel. the ore is mostly iron, the target product is 31% ferronickel or nickel pig iron as it is otherwise known. rkef process uses a rotary kiln followed by an electric arc furnace which separates silicon **** from the ferronickel. obviously you can't separate nickel from iron magnetically.
incidentally the company was looking at nickel matte production potential as a post process option for line 2. matte can be used as an intermediate process feed for battery grade nickel.
Bibente, the reason why there is a legally separate entity to the holding company is because it has to comply with a totally different legal jurisdiction with different fiscal regulations that need to be ringfekced within the jurisdiction within which it operates. Of the owner goes into liquidation the asset is sold
Beneto, it might be a legally separate entity. But it has an owner, in this case it is Horozonte, which is an asset that needs to be liquidated
