Am I right in thinking that to buy a 500m company with new shares valued at 9p we will be creating over 5.5bn new shares?
With only 385.52m in issue that would me a massive dilution, no?
(Even 3p per share wouldn't get you out of that hole)
Granted, an extra 40m profits to play with each year would put us in a much better position but would that really out weigh the potential dilution?
These are genuine questions I do not know the answer to.
I believe with ohrid organics we've already got enough to build the first plant, is that not a safer (all be it slower) way to grow? - avoiding dilution.
I would be grateful to gain a better understanding if you can help.
Thanks
It sounded a very positive interview, new opportunities coming.

Won't be per harvest that won't make sense. either strain or a general license with spot checks / samples sending in for testing I would have thought. If it took a few days then sure per harvest but so far it's been a month or two and it is imminent.
I hope it's a one-off certification for the strain and not per crop/ finished product.

According to the CEO interview
Anyone know if we are expecting regular updates?
Re. Sales etc.
This should rocket after reverse takeover completion, providing they pull their finger out and get the plant built on time, there is the opportunity for this to blow. Imagine its value with a plant up and running + 2 extra shares for every one held. They have a clear runway now, all goes well we're taking off.
4 to 6 month
What is the expected ETA on a reverse takeover?
The share might be more on completion its not 9p for investors
9p + 3p on completion + 2 x 9p shares within 3 years if targets are met.
It's still a good investment at 10p.
UK taking some. I'm well aware their is intrested for it
On time
