Haydale have made further updates to their website:
hxxps://haydale.com/products/graphene-face-masks/
There is now a shopping trolley and a price list, with discounts for bulk purchases.
Hopefully the Haydale sales team is ringing round the nation's care homes, pharmacists, NHS, etc.
SELL, SELL, SELL!!!
bought 3 to see the difference with other masks I have,
Order number: 1614
so if anyone make purchase in next few days we can see how the order number increase.
Very nice looking masks (thats something i never thought i'd say) But they're a bit pricey. They need to drop the price, if they can, no matter how many times you can use them people are not gonna pay these prices for one mask.
Why do you guys think the price is expensive? Did you see the price of other providers?
For example Versarien(VRS) is selling their mask at £9.95. Haydale's price is more competitive.

Polyester or paper mask you might as well wrap a newspaper or socks around your face, they offer basic cover therefore you get what you pay for. Both have just 3.1-3.4 stars as review. Not going to defend the HAYD price as I'm yet to see what they offer but if they offer much better protection and it cost more to make them I'm not going to cry about £8 for a mask which might protect my health in the long term.
I don't doubt we have an excellent product and quite possibly well worth the money, but your average Joe faced with the option of buying 10 for a fiver or 10 for £75. I know where their money will go.
This could be used by NHS etc, which will order in bulk and get a better price in doing so, thus affecting our profit.
Shut the **** up JooJoo, you daft ****. Must be a shorter. How is selling in bulk going to hinder a company? ****ing hate scumbag bastards like you coming on her giving it big licks. Must be getting twitchy with the buying pressure at 6p. Away and **** yourself, **** mother****er.
*here
And you can work out which stars begin with f or c
??
Calm your head down Liam, its only an opinion, mate.
Lol got to be scottish reading that! Haha. What a paragraph.
Great shout, I just bought myself a 3-pack as well as to, it'll be good to try one out and of course for the GF and I to rep Haydale in public.
My order number is #1821 - the fact it's incremented by 200 orders in less than 24 hours suggests there's a reasonable demand coming through.
Overall these masks won't be the making of Haydale but it's a good little sideshow and if they're successful it will serve as good publicity and help establish them as a name.
This is an open forum JooJoo and yes, you are entitled to your opinion.
I have a lot of time for folk who do their research, scour the internet for anything that can give them an edge. They post it on here and other forums, obviously out of self interest, but a happy consequence is that they can help their fellow investors gain an edge as well.
There is not the tiniest shred of doubt in my mind that your comment suggesting that bulk sales, and by proxy the economies of scale that go with it (one the absolute fundamentals of supply and demand economics), could somehow be harmful to the profitability of the plc, is the most stupid thing I've ever read on any investors' forum ever. EVER.
At first I thought you must be a shorter. It's crystal now that you are a moron.
shame no sound but something else I found
hxxps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nWIvL4dLLZc
got my masks delivered today :),
will see how they are when I wear them for a bit outdoors
anyone else ordered for trial to see how the orders increase ?
@don_vercetti
I also ordered, mine arrived a couple of days ago. I think I like it more than my previous mask, my face doesn't sweat anymore with it, it does feel more fresh. I like the hexagonal pattern drawn on it, looks stylish and also I like that the fabric goes all the way to the ears i think looks more resistant than the ones that just have the string. Overall I like it, definitely better than my previous one.
@dr3k4l3
did you order after @don_vercetti if yes what was your order number just out of interest ? would be nice to see how it increased.
[Order #4686] (03/02/2021)
Mine arrived yesterday, my girlfriend and I tried ours on last night and they're comfortable (especially around the ears) and look very smart. I went out wearing mine today and it felt good, much more breathable than the cheapie supermarket one I've been wearing for the last 9 months, I wish I'd been able to buy one of these back at the start. Sadly I can't comment on how much more Covid proof they are...
FWIW if I had to wear a mask for work I would much rather wear one of these than those nasty blue & white disposable ones, they feel better, look better and are comparatively way better for the environment.
@don_vercetti
I am assuming that the day you placed the order is the same day you posted your comment on the 27th of Jan. So my order was placed on the 3rd of Feb.
4686 - 1821 = 2865
So the days between those two orders were 8 this means the amount of orders per day could be:
2865 / 8 = 358
So 358 is an increase of 179% from 200 that somebody else rough mentioned in another message earlier.
I don't know what would be the realistic increase, I feel that if I just compound and extrapolate I will get a number that is probably off so I don't want to do that, but as things stand if this is the level of sales per day it means that in a year we would have 130670 orders(358 x 365).
Thoughts please? Is that low or high? Also we don't know how many masks in each order maybe just 1 or many so it's hard to kind of predict the volume of sales.
@sharki9 Do you have a better approximation please?
I think the amount of orders will increase as days goes buy as more and more people will hear / know about those masks
lets hope there are some big corporations in those orders who will be happy with the trials and order bigger bulks,
on the dispatch not you received there is another info as Sales Order Number which is all total sales I assume including other products
mine is 91485
will be good way of tracking the total sales of company :)
Just bought some, will report on order number once received
the number should be displayed after you paid or in the email confirmation of the order.
Don and Sharki: Good work on this thread - immensely interesting stuff.
Just my two penneth, but I reckon most folk will buy a pack of three at least and I'd weight the next most popular towards 10 for 75 rather than one for 8.40 (what'sthe point, like?!).
That would put the average price per order in and around the £35 mark. So with c.5k sales, that would lead to revenue of approx £175k (in a couple of weeks!).
Hopefully, they can keep momentum going and the margin per unit is 75% plus.
