Hi All - At 13.43 I posted that the Appeal was upheld by which point the SP had been dropping.Who is their right minds would invest £290k at 13.44 when our case had been lost, there is so far no news on a financial deal yet, no update on contract news, no trading update etc etc.It does not make financial sense & so I believe it must have been a Sale.
In addition currently there is £10.5m on the balance sheet under intangible assets for Gas Storage development which unless the situation can be rescued the auditors may argue that it should be amortised fully. However I note & had missed today the following in the BBC article - 'The court will decide whether to fully quash the granting of the marine licence and the awarding of costs in a hearing on 27 June.' which is 3 days before the accounts are due to be announced.Fingers crossed the license is not quashed & it maybe has some life left.
I have not given up on H&W as I believe they have made great progress but we now need to see financial proof of that.Tomorrow is another day we can but hope for better times.
Next on the agenda will be a 5:1 share consolidation, followed by a placing. JW running out of options to keep HARL afloat (pun intended).
I've had a quick gander at it from various sites trade info and here's my initial interpretation, fwiw.
The trades immediately before it, that were posted as sells, had slowly decreasing bid prices 9.61, 9.60, 9.51 and the last at 13:44:13 was posted at 9.50p. This large trade, a few seconds later, was posted at smack on the Ask price. The Bid/Ask at the time was 9.50p/10p. The next trade went through at 9.20p as they had then dropped the Bid to 9.0p They then also dropped the Ask to 9.50p. The reaction of them dropping of both at the same time as the trade would indicate a sell. But, if I had to make a call, going just on the evidence available, I'ld say that it was a buy. As there was a mass sell off at the time it certainly would have been easy to soak up some of them with a large trade.
A more cynical take would be a Killik buy back after getting the nod of the results in advance. Sell out and wait for the drop. ;) Maybe not. But a more considered take on this would be that the majority of the trade was the missing 2,649,327 Killik shares with a few more to take it up to 2.9m. In normal circumstances I would expect a TR-1 RNS would to show another reduction from them. But, as they are now under the required percentage to do so, we may not.
You were right all along. Glad I listened and was long gone from here like 2 to 3 months ago. Felt unease with soo much uncertainty. Yes lse, my message last week should have been a warning sign but you twisted my post to make out I was trying to get in cheap for today's judgement lol. Results out soon. Wonder how the market take the news of the debt levels harl has amassed imho gla
Thanks for opinions on trade see what it does tomorrow to price , got a feeling we may see another rns very soon imho
The bid/ask at 13:44 suggests it was a buy but the share price was plummeting at the time so it doesn't make sense. That said, the trade a couple of weeks ago didn't make sense either when the share price was up 5% on a large sell then we got the TR-1.
What is interesting is that there was a 2.1m trade a week ago and now this 2.9m, so if they were both sells then they weren't both by Killik as they had 4.9m left. Could be a large PI but I imagine not many hold that number.
Anyone with a decent IQ may be able to see the irony in your post Look up the word. I dont think they teach it in Fake Law school. PS still no explanation on the cases legal matter. I wonder why.
I think you’ve lost moral authority to offer advice here BC. Maybe time to get a new profile and tone it down a bit so what you say comes across as a bit more believable 😅
It's all over the press why Harl lost the case 🤡. It's funny how you revert to personal attacks when you're on the back foot.
You ramble total garbage at the best of times and call out other people's IQ when yours is lower than whale dung.
Is this project still going well for everyone?
Of course the vindictive vicar thinks it was a sell. Mind you , he thought that HARL were producing free cash flow. hmm.
Ill wait to see what Kaeren SiD and BT make of the trade t.b.h. but Sp jumped to 10 so it does look like it.
It was a ordinary but delayed trade, the bid/ask are printed at the published time, not the trade time, so therefore I think it was a buy. Still a poor day, what is JW's plan B ?.
Looking at the time line I’d say it was a sell, the result had just become clear and I can’t see anyone buying on that scale at that point with the SP in free fall
The Fake Lawyer ,who claims to have a legal education, doesnt seem to have the faintest idea why HARL lost the case. I expect that all her other ideas are similarly without foundation.
Perhaps consider it's a worked trade. Printed today.
Maybe Arun’s dipped his hand in his pocket!
Likely to be a buy. My reasoning being that if any PI tried to sell, say £50k's worth, in one hit, the MM would likely have dropped the price to circa 8p.
IM was never on the radar as a strategically important project from the DoE reports. The verdict is only "Bonkers" because it didn't go your way.
Even if it did go in H&W favour they weren't getting built so could yourself lucky...
Aww jfk, getting touchy on the news?.. bless you. There was a very good reason why it was pulled from PCI and it didn't even make the second cut so even calling it out as a "Was", was brave.
It’s clearly someone getting out on the way down. The other buys around then were tiny in comparison, who has £300k to splash on a coin-toss?
Xenor. Might Consuela be sinking a few Vodkas with her Chow mein tonight?
That's all we need to know about the 5th Columnists!
The political class sold us out to China a few decades ago. And yet they are strangely adverse to Russia - or are they? Our sanctions against the country appear to be making it into a global player at our expense?!?
A buy typo apologies
It looks like abut as all trades around that time where buys correct me if am wrong
Certainly this kind of thing is why the UK is falling behind the likes of China and other nations that are able to build infrastructure. I'm not against net zero and anti climate change measures but stopping this project is foolish and short sighted as it just means we will be shipping gas around the world at a higher price instead of storing extra here. Gas is a transition fuel and will be needed for decades. These protestors don't seem to understand that. Got to wonder who is funding this kind of sabotage.
