@AA2020 - Your were right on the sell off this month likely to be from the warrants conversion.First batch is here (50m out of 137m) and new issue of shares is disclosed end of each month
Need some volatility in my life................. bored here now. konets svyazi.
I'd imagine they need to notify when they issue new shares. The entirety of 137m shares can take few months to unload and can create an overhang.Hopefully these banks have the sense to do block trades to place these shares. Also possible they do some buyback post AGM on the 5th.
Suspect the recent sell off is the banks selling off their shares they obtained from the warrants?
At this rate, 4 corners very shrewd prediction of 6p this year just may be right
Final batch scaled in @ 19p.. considered it a buy at 20.7p it's now 19p with improved outlook, FCF increase, debt reduced, divi and buy backs under consideration(AGM 5.06.24) and near 25% pull back from highs

4corners finally turns positive, and the shares plunge.. :)
In and out, pullback, stop??? There are not words the mac is familiar with!! This is a share to go all in on end of!! Investeverythingski we will celebrate big at 33p
I’ve been in & out, should of just rode it, but like you, I’m on a pullback, stop 19.5p
Welcome Sir, lots of money to be made here. Will invite you onto my Pershing in Porto Cervo when my sanctions end.
Been waiting on this stock for a while, recent pull back from near 25p appears to be an opportunity and with broker target of 28p and potential divi's being considered, reduced debt, decent FCF and a solid outlook, I'm in.

Morning Crew,
Another positive RNS on the debt level this morning, and a ten point reduction in the interest rate just continues to improve the situation.
I first bought in here years ago, paid 54.99 p for my first shares back in 2016, have been here ever since, adding along the way. I really like the way this company is being run at the moment and think we could get to the 40/50 p range over the next two years or so, simply on the value created by the debt reduction. But, first we have to get to Mac's 25p target, we got close on the 18th April, maybe todays the day, or tomorrow, I can wait.

Shareholder engagement always follows the fundamentals! Some are a bit late to the party like sir beaumant but they get there in the end! But the early bird catches the worm like the legends wigwammer and investeverything
Well....if it makes you any happy,I still think you are a ramper.I never once questioned the fundamentals or the upside, rather my issue was with shareholder engagement which has improved much.Awaiting the endgame as Chris calls it....
U have changed ur tune! U called me a ramper wen I told everyone to fill ur boots at 3p! Glad u r still in though! I always thought a pessimistic old gitlike u would have sold out at 8p
Welcome aboard Chris! We are all going to be very rich
@ AA2020 – Good to hear from you,and happy for your returns thus far.Patience Watson, more to come I think.Still here on the forum, but check out the commentary/posts on twitter (search using $GMS.L)
Thanks Chris for sharing your extremely comprehensive notes of your meeting with GMS management for us all to read on LinkedIn. I've only been invested here for 6 months but have been gradually increasing my position since then. I like the GMS investment case which IMO still has legs in it and the positives of the (hopefully successful) refinancing of the bullet payment next June and then, if all goes well, the prospect of a dividend in 2025/26. What's not to like as long as it doesn't run out of steam.

Hi all - first time posting on here (marginally more active on ADVFN boards). Met with Mansour and CFO Alex last week, and shared some of my thoughts / comments / investment case here, in case of interest. Some long ramblings but hopefully the odd bit of insight. Remain Overweight - for reasons described within....
