Done.
I have registered.
And Thank you for the concerted effort this would have entailed to set up.
However I'm not good on any BB to be honest. Cannot add anything of significant value if I'm honest. Leave that to the more knowledgeable.
I'll remain on here as well.
GGP with SD can be left to get on with building a multi $b company. I'm happy to leave them to it.
I'll try to check in more frequently.
Thanks Again
Regards
Coach
Many thanks Liam for all your hard work in getting 'ggpchat' established. Hopefully I have completed all that I need to do open telegram and await your confirmation.
thedoors - excellent post - change is healthy, embrace it
Thanks Liam,
I appreciate all your hard work in setting this up. At least now I won't need to filter anyone.
Best wishes,
Davy.
Does this mean we're using only GGPchat now, gents? LSE's **** anyway. ??
Thanks to Liam and Costa for creating this space.........let's get back to doing what this GGP community does best which is sharing our skills and research to give us all an edge against a corrupt market that's loaded against hard working honest folk who just want to to do the best for themselves and their loved ones.
This is OUR space now - not some corrupt bunch of *insert rude word of choice* that allow manipulation and FUD - ensure you give your feedback to let the guys know what you like and what you don't - as YOU get to shape this space.
A community led platform created by PI's for PI's.
Please remember to be respectful to each other at all times and abide by the rules so we can all move forward in a positive manner and recapture the old GGP magic - exciting times ahead!!!
And good luck with the new venture Bottle hope it's a success. Atb.
Dip I like that post , nice words , plain common sense and respectful.
I agree with you as this BB at times has become a war zone. I am all for debate but its very clear there are a number on here who clearly want to enrage others or seed doubt. Its not always what you say but how you actually say it to engage in a civil manner. It really is that simple.
Good luck
Sani
Not on a lot theses days but I heard you were all leaving. Good luck with the new site. Been reading all the comments and it makes me laugh, NOTHNG you say or post on any of theses forums affects the SP no matter how much knowledge you think you have. So many delusional people full of their own self importance and a core group who think they ran the show and set about an organised campaign of group bullying when anyone dared to disagree with them.I agree from time to time there are trolls who only want to disrupt but it is easy to ignore them. It is healthy to have diverse and apposing opinions that make you question your own thoughts but the groovy gang ( mindless rampers) don't like that. Many people are under water with this share and less experienced investors reading any forum need a balanced view of opinions, not just those from people who got in early doors and are still sitting on nice profits. Self regulation is never a good thing particularly when they have tunnel vision, so be careful folks. Anyway I hope the Admin have good intentions and post from a perspective of investors who have entered at all price levels and not just those who got in cheap.
As I say good luck and I hope it works it for you all, but remember NOTHING you say affects the SP, that is way above your pay grade.
GLA JB
"but remember NOTHING you say affects the SP" I can't agree with that statement. What took the share price up to 37p? It was what people were stating on this board and elsewhere; mixture or facts, research, debates (and some ramping).
Small mining companies were not in the midst of a bear market then also a resource had not long been found and hot money piled in Mremc which then left. Waiting patiently for the next leg up. Atb
Good Riddance LSE. GGPchat is the way forward.
Greb
That is the kind of comments and fud that destroyed this chat site, I wish you luck and now move on please!
Let’s not clutter the board up with your new found utopia
Many thanks
Ben
MrEMC2 From Jan 20 to Nov 21the core group on this page ramped the sh.t out of it and the price fell fro 38p - 12p and subsequently lower, when it rose prior to that it was market conditions and the fact it is a good asset nothing to do with all your inflated egos and the fact you believe it is makes you a danger to less experienced investors, I will say again NOTHING you say or do on these forums affects SP , there are powerful market forces controlling the SP and they care little about PI opinions and GGP SP is a perfect example of that. I am happy to hold my shares for the long term and believe I will see good returns but that has nothing to do with blind ramping opinions that have bee spouted about on here. Delusional & Dangerous.
Well said Ben, we don’t need all these goodbye declarations!
I wonder if all the refugees leaving hear and saying goodbye will have courage of their convictions and delete their accounts, I suspect not.
All the best to GGP holders wherever they chose to post.
JoeBloggs - nothing to do with delusional & dangerous. If the first drilling results from Scallywag had been spectacular I have no doubt the share price would have continued to rise and that we would not be anywhere near 10-12p today. No, you stated as a fact that nothing said on here affects the sp. Clearly in your own words ramping did affect the share price. Maybe I am being pedantic in picking on the phrasing - bit like challenging spelling mistakes! A bit of banter?? I agree that powerful forces have wreaked havoc with the GGP share price but not normal 'market forces'. Come on, apart from the 5% issue (and GH selling) what bad news has there been in RNSs to justify +68% drop in the share price? In fact there has been nothing but good drilling results for GGP over that timescale. Going forward yes I have concerns about a foreseeable recession and its affect on the market in general but come 2024 or earlier rewards from the GGP share price.
@JB or anyone criticising a forum you haven't used, have you done anything on understanding the current position of the option exercise now we know a valuer has been appointed but there being a a distinct difference from being an arbitrator to clarify what is going on?
Example of the kind of work going on with PI's who are proactive, I'll ensure I post the reply back from GGP here too.=

MrEMC2, There is no bad news it is all good , that is my point we have no control over the SP in the short term, the market decides and it matters not whether news is good or bad. If Scally results had been amazing price would still be where it is because the powers that be in the market want it where it is, In January twenty my views were a bit different but I have learned a lot in the last 18 months. In a bull market everything will rise and in a bear market everything will drop ( there are a few exceptions so forgive the generalising)What can be said on these boards can be fun educational and interesting but they have no real affect on SP so I do get amused by certain individuals who take themselves too seriously and many of them have been proven to be very wrong in the last 18 months, I was attacked in quite a vicious way for suggesting SP would fall to 12p and that the stock was being manipulated, the stock did fall to 12p and my attackers now harp on about the stock being manipulated. But it matters not I just think it is very important to look at it from all angles no matter how Bullish you are, Aim is a lottery and even good ones can rip you off with dodgy dealings. Fortunately I think SD is on the ball and I am pretty certain some news coming very soon. Hopefully the 5% will be behind us in time for a market reversal for the mining sector. But we are all entitled to our opinions and that is the entire point of an open forum for debate. It is healthy. But enjoy your new group Mr EMC2 I hope it is everything you want it to be.
GLA JB
DIP, with all due respect I have not criticised the new group and have in many posts wished it every success. I have aired concerns about not considering all sides of a debate as I believe that to be a healthy thing to do in the stock market.
GLA JB
Wow…load of posts for nothing really. The new chat is not like telegram. You don’t have to join to read. Use the best of both however much you want (thumbs up emoji) - another blue day :-)
