here’s the thing management only value the business at 1.5p per share. why would anyone else think the business is worth more. they have limped on from one raise to another and when this failed they went to the lender of last resort in riverfort .. this then destroyed the share price .. they have now gone back to the market for a **** or busy raise on 3 fronts when the share price is on its knees and leading to massive dilution.. all this while the business has produced almost no sales at all. and have not attempted to keep or reduce costs
the question is do you believe they are capable of getting the potential sales they suggest is available with in the time the capital raise will allow . there is definitely potential.. but it’s whether these executives can exploit this .. given what’s gone on for the last 3-4 years
They are just lining their own pockets before IP sold off or the company is taken private!!!!!
"the question is do you believe they are capable of getting the potential sales they suggest is available with in the time the capital raise will allow . there is definitely potential.. but it’s whether these executives can exploit this .. given what’s gone on for the last 3-4 years"
BELIEVE!!! THIINGS CAN ONLY GET BETTER! Click your heels, you'll see.
@GloriaMarket - So everyone votes against the OO and the fund raise doesn't happen.
What are the options - Liquidation?
How do you see Genedrive surviving without the funds from the OO?
"How do you see Genedrive surviving without the funds from the OO?"
details, details...
TonyHX, I can only see admin if we all vote against OO and GloriaMarket will be the only one here winning as he does not need to close the short to buy back shares.
Guys some good news , they have clearly delayed the fund raise dead lines as they have pending news they know about and will be confirmed .. hence the delay ..
Tiger, you are trolling surely
Anybody voting against the Open Offer must be out of their mind imo, or doesn't fully understand the consequences.
With the news anticipated in the coming weeks and months I'm expecting the market cap to be pushing towards £50m by the end of the year which will be huge upside from here and particularly for 1.5p placees.
Tiger, any market sensitive news needs to be disclosed ASAP, they cannot withhold such info.
This is my opinion , why else would they delay the funding dead line ... ??? I cant think of any reason but this .. and let all wake up here , this is AIM ., I pretty sure they would have no problem delaying market sensitive news ..
why is this now dropping to placing price ??? that is not a good sign right guys ?
", why else would they delay the funding dead line ... ???"
Perhaps, to give potential investors more time to buy @ 1.5p so GDR acquire as much funding as possible?
"Anybody voting against the Open Offer must be out of their mind imo"
SP @ 1.5p. Everyone with 90% loss should vote against it just to try to get some fun with whats left of their investment.
Who's going to agree to a fund raise simply to pay the very large unnecessary wages, keep it afloat for another 12 months and lock new people in to the SP when it falls again?
"why is this now dropping to placing price ???"
Probably due to El Niño.
"Who's going to agree to a fund raise simply to pay the very large unnecessary wages, keep it afloat for another 12 months and lock new people in to the SP when it falls again?"
Exactly, vote NO and put an end to this ridiculous salary circus.
It is easy to say so to vote NO if you hold no shares, GloriaMarket?
Thanks can get really nasty here
Big buys coming in , and yet SP is falling ... what the hell is going on guys
It's impossible to vote no if you hold no share Mr SWLC !
GloriaMarket,, I did hold some and have chosen to participate in both REX offer through HL and open offer through Halifax, how about you? I can see your agenda clearly.
Then you'll know I'll be at the chelsea flower show next week. Are you going too?
No one care about where you go, GloriaMarket. Enjoy your flower show then, just don't pretend holding shares and advise others to vote NO.
Swlc they are holding us hostage really.. approve this awful placing at an insane discount to continue paying their crazy wages .. or go bust
Guy_incognito, I agree with you, but anyone with right mind will have to vote for the placing unless you prefer liquidation when you hold no shares at all. At least there is a hope with funding sorted to get your money back or even make a tidy profit, so what do you choose?
