GAME's £29m m/cap is backed up by its £14m cash pile, which will reduce at the year end but should still be pretty weighty. Rather a nice position to be in. And if California or Pennsylvania - or anywhere else in the USA - come though then GAME will be in prime position. Even without this, going forward it appears GAME's simulated gaming is starting to be extremely successful: Http://www.sbcnews.co.uk/technology/2015/01/27/gameaccount-on-the-up-with-135-billion-virtual-credits-wagered-in-december/ "GameAccount on the up with 135 billion virtual credits wagered in December Posted by: Ted Menmuir January 27, 2015 GameAccount Network, developer and supplier of enterprise-level B2B gaming software and online gaming content, has given some context to the popularity of its Simulated Gaming product with news that 135 billion virtual credits were wagered in December. The announcement comes in the week prior to GameAccount’s appearance at ICE (stand N2-310) where it is anticipating significant interest in the social gaming product which allows players to purchase virtual credits enabling them to play their favourite slot and table games on a website which may be connected to a land-based casino. Commenting on the level of interest Commercial Director Daniel Lindsay said: “I have gone on the record as saying that Simulated Gaming has the potential to be the online phenomenon of 2015 and the interest we are receiving from land-based casino operators ahead of ICE is substantial. It (Simulated Gaming) allows operators to effectively lift their casino floor and represent it online, with all of the associated benefits of increase patron-visitation on-property and the generation of meaningful levels of new income from an online channel. It’s perfect for land-based casinos that want to offer a form of online gaming in an environment prior to real money gaming legislation being in place.” Lindsey added: ”What’s important for a casino licence holder is that they do nothing to jeopardise their licence, so we work with the operators and regulators to ensure that Simulated Gaming is fully understood as a proposition and also comply with any harm minimisation measures which need to be included in the offering. What’s critical to remember with Simulated Gaming is that it is ‘Gaming,’ not ‘Gambling’ and there’s a fundamental difference there.”"
I did advise to buy at 40 , Now how low can you go with a 120 share with cash to match 40.? Now , profit for 1914 is important , no dividend , Prospects hold but no losses for 2014 , please.

From Wednesday - this all sounds promising, particularly the "very fast start in 2015". Long article, so this is just the start: Http://www.soloazar.com/international/noticia/12031-Lindsay-2014-has-been-a-transformational-year-for-GameAccount-Network "Lindsay: “2014 has been a transformational year for GameAccount Network” United States 21 January 2015 (SoloAzar Exclusive).- SoloAzar exclusively interviewed to the Commercial Director of GameAccount Network, Daniel Lindsay, who talked about the results of his company the last year, the performance of its products and the objectives for the future. According to Lindsay, “2014 has been a transformational year for GameAccount. 12 months ago we had only just gone live with our partners Betfaircasino.com in New Jersey and with that very large piece of work successfully launched we opened 2014 by moving to brand new offices in Central London and bolstering the team in every department to allow us to deliver work even more efficiently. Our content portfolio has continued to be embellished with additional games from existing content partners and exciting new content developers added.” “The landmark developments during 2014 commenced with our unique Simulated Gaming product launch with Foxwoods Resort Casino which was followed up with Empire City Casino: four additional Simulated Gaming partners will go live over the next three months in North America and Australia”, the Commercial Director of GameAccount Network added. The leading developer and supplier of enterprise-level B2B gaming software and online gaming content has completed integrations with WMS and NetEnt as well as adding Gamomat, Reel Time Gaming and High Flyer games to its roster. Novomatic will be integrated early in 2015. GameAccount Network is adding new real money gaming partners across Europe as well as driving success for its Simulated Gaming products globally. “We are excited about the progress made and look forward to a very fast start in 2015”, Lindsay said. etc"
somebody's buying in big , news soon, I hope so. atb
A large block purchase would be a tonic.
holdings RNS , Ennismore now over 5% . GLA
It has hit bottom value, as it's now pretty much worth what they have in cash at the bank. It's clearly undervalued IMO based on their potential future growth, particularly in the US. If you look at a few examples over the past few years, similar companies have been bought for a few hundred million bucks, so just wait and see.
Is this share price normal? 1.1 million dumped at 40P prior to end year results, a few thousand bought at 45P. Will some friend of this company explain to a small purchaser , what on earth is going on? It ain't speculation. I sincerely hope insider trading is not part of this share fluctuation?
You are probably correct although it does look like dumping ahead of year end results.
Looks like pocket money for them, don't you think? I'll have my money on other names ;-)
wow! 0ne of the major share holders got out ahead of 'us' the poor suckers. Was it Michael the hyper or Dermot snr losing his shirt . What a boring losing lot.
the current trend is litterally a joke with these guys and share price... market cap is ridiculously low for such a promising business. why on earth do the traders react this way? I was hoping it would change soon but if this goes on for another couple of months, I'll buy the entire business myself ;-)
Heuston, We have a problem.
Thanks Adastra. I will stage my buys but don't mind buying on the way up, funny old game this share dealing.
£25m MCap and only 56m shares in issue mean this will rocket when the next system sale is announced. As Desmond Smurfit stated, he expected one to close before December 31st. It didn't, but that's life, when it does close in the near future it will be a significant amount in the bank. We have a business growing rapidly by organic growth and have plenty of cash in the bank - a system sale is a whopping plus on top of that. Patience.
Welcome on board comeonvog. Fundamentals here are brilliant and new contract imminent. Result - immediate and substantial upgrade.
Fasten the inertia belts........ the spring has just been wound back.....................countdown begun and..........[DYR]....
just had my first buy in here 47.94p . atb
Probably give us total £1m profit for the year but H1 2015 will soar on imminent system sale[s]. Upside actually just improved markedly IMO at 47p! The games MM's play........................... Try holding it down on the RNS.....
Same thing happened when I called Porta! Share price dropped initially then soared...... same again? There is a big order [or two] waiting closure in the near future so happy to hold. The IP is worth far more than the current MCap alone.
On under-researched sleeping giants like this! Buy and wait. Patience here will have exceptional rewards but make sure that its all your own work. Do the research, check out the company and its directors. Yes, they have purchased at significantly higher levels. Does it have a unique SP and protected IP? Yes. Is it expanding the services it offers into growing markets and are its clients and partners dependable payers. Yes. Is it cash-rich - Yes. Has it got first-mover advantage - Yes. Interesting.................75-80p in short order? IMO - Yep.
