Life is hard for some of us.
The strong ones do survive.
They see the funny side of life.
Aware when something is not right
And if one is a ' Fire Rat '
One has the strength to fight.
Keep smiling and HOPE for justice.
Lovely Lady of the Mapp’s
To win a court case and shut their traps

I have been to 2 parties today and a 3rd one starts soon.
My HL comedy/tragedy is out. The clever one reading my H/L
letters encouraged me to go further and the lazy ones have no
idea. That is why the Financial Services Industry has become a
nightmare.
The LSE Board is educational but requires more psychology than
economy. This afternoon I found out that I am a Fire Rat, according
to Chinese Astrology. I was in a group and what was explained is spot
on. Pisceans suffer in silence. I am more East than West.
I like a fight for what is right. I see a light.
The general rule I have always taken is that civil legal action is really a failure to either negotiate or unable to negotiate. Whilst not a legal eagle I have appeared in civil cases often as an expert. The number of times I have seen a judge delay a case going forward tell both sides to bash each others heads together is very common sometimes with annoyance from the judge knowing that the attempt of legal action is really one set of lawyers forcing the issue with no intent of it going to full hearing. I am convinced that there has been some game playing especially with the Hope cases as the actions of ZM have to say the least upset the apple cart. Just a feeling in my water that this part of the conundrum is going to work out well. Lets just hope some common sense prevails re the negotiations and it is amicable. Judges always with the best intent intend to leave both parties feeling they have lost out
Keep going mapp, for a mere slip of a girl you have done well to pursue your case so far.
Legal battle is taking place in US where Hope is best placed
to win. It looks promising. MY HL correspondence has gone into
circulation. Experts are shocked and the Daily Mail is my next contact.
With luck I may be a success soon and then no more DIY Investment.
One reason why it has taken Frr & Hope, so long to try & do a deal.
Probably, is down to ZM doing all he could to prevent it & while Frr was battling against Hope then ZM was doing the dirty on Frr.
To add further context to your commend WHamBoy, litigation is expensive and should be avoided at all costs. So I think we can dismiss your option 3, assuming both parties are reasonable, which the information provided suggests they are.
Hope is not the same villain as ZM and if I remember correctly, saw an opportunity for a good, if not excellent, return on his investment. Hence the legal action. Although, contrary to my comment, you should not start legal action if you don't intend to pursue it to the end, are prepared to pay, but ultimately prepared to reach agreement based on common sense. This is what I believe has happened now.
Which suggests your option 1 being the most logical outcome.
Once Hope is resolved I am hoping matters can become more clear and a return to market possible. Speaking of which, there indeed has never been a better opportunity, with the situation in Ukraine affecting the Russian energy supplies, which will not be recommenced, makes an ideal opportunity for new and existing suppliers to provide oil and gas.
Funny how things work out. The situation with Russia and FRR could not have been predicted, but is actually a good opportunity for FRR, one no-one could have predicted, so maybe Hope and FRR see this opportunity and have agreed to work together to expedite growth, combined with a return to the LSE.
We can only hope this is the case, but its clear key pieces are coming together now, following the removal of toxic elements.
I have been thinking about the "meaningful settlement negotiations" into which FRR have entered with Hope. What could this tell us ?
I reckon that there are (at leat) 3 possible explanations:
1) FRR knew they were ultimately going to have to give Hope something - the fact that we are close to a settlement suggests to me that if Hope was indeed willing to settle, there might be real value in the FRR assets and Hope has been offered part of that. He could have been offered cash instead, but who would be paying that?
2) Hope knew he was going to lose - if this was the case, he may have been willing to walk away or even to pay FRR to close the case. Sounds good, but it would tell us very little about the value of our assets.
3) It may have been much less clear cut of course. Both Hope and FRR may have been wary of an expensive court battle and have opted to join forces in the hope that they may yet emerge triumphant. Again tells us little about how much our shares ultimately might be worth.

What certificate ???????
mine neither
worth nothing at the moment , anyone ?
We can only hope he's right and that we will get a share of the pie.
For Frontera, the Georgian government’s announcement they would back off seizing their operations offers at least a temporary reprieve — one they hope they can use to their advantage. Nicandros, now 60 and living in Houston’s Memorial Heights neighborhood, insists a big discovery is just around the corner. He just needs more time.
“You have to take something from the passion of the pursuit and the money we put behind it,” he said. “Look at an old friend in Texas, George Mitchell. It took him almost 25 years to figure out how to tap the Barnett shale.”
If all the articles, posts, pictures and RNS's are proved to be factual and not fiction, you would say the fight for the box is inter governmental, and will take a long time to transfer to.
Fingers crossed this is not another cross to carry to the grave yards
Yep, sums up things pretty well Riptonk. As it was published in 2020, they need to add an addendum explaining how Zee Em tried to run off with the kitchen sink. But then, nobody would believe it and the article would be moved over into the Fiction section.
A reminder of this grim dream - there maybe some who haven't read it.
