I only post this stuff because I like the vast majority of you and firmly believe you're being swindled. I would add that I once called POQ do discuss his team's technical capabilities. He told me he didn't need a technical team.
"LOL, Falcon is using a slide published already by TBN in 2023 for their newest FOG presentation. Since FOG is not capable to update this slide with the newest test results from Shenandoah 1H we have to wait that TBN is concatenate this slide with the newest test results (as an additional proof that the Beetaloo will have better gas production rates than the Marcellus)"

What a pity Mr Smallfish you don't have access to the Formentera material. If you really think the Beetaloo is all about the small area around our Shenandoah South well then fine but don't be surprised either when you are rightly called out.
One of these companies thinks it wants to become an Exxon, the other is planning for an exit. It's as simple as that.
The Australian institutions clearly decided not to back the Riddle gang , and even though the company will establish itself in the US, the whole process will have proven very costly {and dilutive} to existing shareholders.
In the next 7 days or so, before the end of the month, I expect we'll have a further update from Cavendish Securities. The analyst's focus will be more on the next two 3 kilometre wells and the potential accretive value to Falcon's >one million acres in the Beetaloo. Assuming all goes well too next week, Tamboran will prove helpful {along side Bryan Sheffield and family and friends} in raising the profile of our company Falcon Oil and Gas. What's more the analyst sees 'the checkerboard' agreement at the end of the year further improving the outlook for our company.
B2b-The company that is planning for an exit has no clear plan. It’s now being described as an ever “evolving plan.” I don’t understand how the checker board benefits us. So we sell off small portions of our assets to use that money fund other portions. Sounds like ten more years. Hmmmm. Ok…to what end.
POQ’s word cannot be relief upon. This is clear and he has now inserted “ever evolving” into his narrative. Last meeting, there would be no issues raising money with our well results and no need to farm down. Both were not true. And he never answer the question of why he sold off our shares to BS for so cheap. At the time of the sale, FOG was not trading at 6p. They are now, because his poor sale communicated to the market the value of the stock.
He admits there needs to be more marketing of the stock. Yet he has no clear plan other than we need to market more in the US. I simply want to see a copy of calendar for the past year. What has he been doing?
Gas is there. But do we have the leader and board to execute? I grow less and less confidence each year. Why would anyone buy stock in FOG when you can buy stock shortly in TBN on the NYSE? The whole point of FOG was to develop an asset and sell it. Not we plan to play checkers. While I do not share the position we are getting hosed or this is just a scam….I do believe it’s all being poorly executed by POQ and the board.
State side we are down 11% on 20,000 shares trades. I know it was up Tuesday 12%. But clearly every time POQ tries to explain his ever evolving plan the price goes down. I do have a question…does anyone know if we have the money to stay in the four wells planned for 2025? Or do we have raised more cash?
You gave up the 22.5% interest on the acreage for the initial developement, and frankly to 1 bcf/d, in exchange for a 5% GOR. So, unless TBN moves the development, that is the five year outlook.
Born to Boogey, I am very well aware of the basin and have intimately followed every single development both technically and business wise for 12 years. I know exactly what the potential is and where it is.
Can you relay how this checkerboard is going to benefit Falcon? Can you convince the board why this development will move off of the spacing units that are to be cooperatively operated by TBN/DW in the short term?
bottom line - poq is probably doing about as good a job if not better than any other ceo would do given falcon's business model and position in the beetaloo! ****gers, whiners and amateurs now rule this board, unfortunately, not even sure why they are on here, it's become kind of a joke. . . seems to me for a company like falcon the dsu/checkerboard scheme is the only and best way to stay in the play and add value in very targeted way as the play now starts to get very, very active, starting with the upcoming pilots, production and gas sales! i think most of the green filters and many others got suckered into this by bruner/herriage way back when and because now we all don't see the transformational outcome they promised/pumped, etc. there's all kinds of negative sentiment and just flat out blaming. i bought in big before the origin/sasol deal thinking, and i think logically, that there was going to be a major rise in the sp and then it would just trade like that as catalysts proceeded. not to be and that has been the ridiculous history of the sp ever since, except for, following the amungee 1 discovery when it acted rationally and was in line with cenkos's valuation. maybe it's being manipulated, maybe not. poq came up under john craven and has joe nally at this side, not sure you need better mentors or advisers then them. and come on folks, at this point, with the major commitment and full on interest of sheffield et al., with bruner's original involvement (think ultra petroleum), tbn's american move and listing, does anybody with half a brain and a measure of common sense now really think that anybody, any entity, seriously in the shale gas space does not know the basics of what's going on in and the massive potential of the beetaloo basin, nt, australia, a well developed and governed country, similar to the u.s.?! come on?! all of them, repeat, all of them, much more likely than not know all about it and have personnel following it closely. thus, it's all about, repeat, all about results of these upcoming horizontals, full stop! . . . key issue comes back to where we started - if the share price stays ridiculously low despite continued good/great results, versus what is a legitimate analyst/expert valuation, such as cavendish has and will do, and empire's/tbn's analysts have and and will do, how much does that handicap fog getting full value in any m&a context, which is likely to happen at some point next year or thereafter! again, craven and nally were actively involved in the incredible cove energy story. . . fully expect to see numerous green filters following this per usual, but happy to hear from ww, btob, wetwater, etc. . . all the best, kmj
Don't know why the post is all small case. . . Meant to add Newtofo alongside the others I find are the more credible posters at this stage. . . Again, all the best!
KMJLiveson, IMO there is no doubt on the results of the next few wells. The rates in the basin are predictable within a reasonably narrow range based upon the gas in place and industry norm recovery rates. The geology is consistent, and with reasonable and expected operational practices the wells will do just fine. Large investors looking at this have know it for a very very long time.
What matters here is eyeballs, that know, being willing to put money into entities that are yet to produce cashflow.
Totally agree and beautifully written.
POODS
1,802,000 sell and the needle didn't move.
I finally had the opportunity to review the AGM presentation and I am a big fan of DSU and the Checkerboard strategy. However, I strongly believe we need someone from the US shale industry on the board or as an advisor. My concern is that POQ lacks the experience to navigate the complexities of this sector, and this is not the right time to start learning on the job. Additionally, I am thinking long-term, around 15 years, to see this strategy mature and generate significant returns. In the short term, the situation will likely remain the same until POQ takes a more aggressive approach to marketing. First Sale of DSU may start moving this stock in the right direction. May get back of buying some shares as price looks attractive and what another 15 years :)
And not for nothing, definitely meant to add POODS! I am going with the analysts views, full stop. If the stock markets continue to depress the stock, for whatever reason, hopefully there will be enough interest/bidders when the time comes. I just don't think an entity that needs/wants this gas, in these Asian markets, in this now gas friendly environment, will let BS and his cohorts continue to run and own the whole show. BS will start and maybe finish the bidding, but I gotta believe there will be others in there getting at this exquisite, multi-stacked play! Damn crazy with teh share price absurdity. Gotta be positive folks! Have great weekends!
Hi KMJ very good comment. Obviously I pressed for you the recommend button too.
I will be a lot happier to add further comment once we get the TBN IPO out of the way next week. In the meantime like you I have no sympathy whatsoever for some of those grumbling old geezers, some of whom have compounded their losses trading in and out Falcon and TBN.
Like you however I'm increasingly confident Falcon's value will sharply rise by the end of the year benefiting inter alia by greater appreciation that BS and Daly Waters are Falcon's new operating partner in key parts of the Beetaloo. After Origin, and TBN who made too many mistakes, this will be a game changer; and I'm confident the Falcon team, {with the Sheffield family's help} will successfully monetise the company's assets....
DP: Tom Layman is a Falcon director who has overseen over 4,000 Shale wells. Possibly he could be the guy you are looking for to help with navigating the DSUs and the upcoming checker-boarding? IMO, this guy has the shale knowledge to assist Falcon going forward.
Another whiner whining about people whining.
Didn't hear back. How's Oleo's PR skills? How did the letter to Santa go? Haven't seen him post since.
