Hargreave, well said.
I certainly would agree FCM is well positioned and not appreciated by the 'markets'.
FCM have some fantastic grades popping up from their gold properties. See company update.
FCM seriously undervalue at the moment, 18p down to 2.5p due to large seller. Seller out, now partnered with Seventy Ninth Group who bought two assets for £270k and who have 3 more properties under scrutiny to purchase.
13g historical au at Sunbeam, Dead Otter Lake structure reporting 19.6ppm Au, Coco East Assay results have returned values of 0.56 g/t Au and 2.83 g/t Ag.
Barrick have recently been onsite going by the photos on social media.
Just for starters!

Coco East
Earlier this week we released news that work was planned for Coco East, in true FCM fashion we didn’t hang around and a team started prospecting work earlier this week.
Coco East At a glance-
-8km east of the Superior Lake Zinc project
-Contains eastern extension of Big Duck Lake porphyry
-Big Birch showing returns gold and silver
Exploration is focussed in the NW of the claims where a significant geophysical anomaly centred off the property extends into the claim block.
The property holds base metals (Zinc/Copper) and precious metal (Gold/Silver) potential.
Pictures below are from the team onsite this week, include prospecting and sampling of a quartz vein located in the target area. Samples bagged and off to the lab.
We move on……

Some de ramping beardie weirdies this week. Honestly can't see the point in wasting breath, and time. First Class Metals is one of the professionals. They put their money where their mouth is and deliver the goods. Just look at the grades, from every single property. They are all off the scale good for this level of exploration. Buy a property bring it on, sell it. That's the strategy and it's now proven. I hope the next asset sale is a BIGGY but no problem if a smaller non core comes in 3rd. Save the best for last as they say while I load up the cheepies. FCM put Kerrs and now OnGold in the funnel along with Coco loco and I'm one happy chappy that this is going to be making me rich. That magic funnel that increases anything they put in it. The Incubator model, look it up, metal midget.

Looks like Peter sellers is still around🙄
Possibly they don't want disingenuous agenda driven individuals with an overly negative slant, bwtfdik?
Go banned for putting thumbs down on a comment. No thanks. Echo chamber.
They have a habit, in that group, of banning people for questioning anything about the way the company is run. I would not object to that so much, but they then tell lies that the individuals have chosen to leave the group, when several screenshots from various friends and co-investors prove that they've actually been banned by the FCM Telegram admin.
Search firstclassmetals on telegram to get access to the forum... Very informative indeed. Shareholders for Shareholders.

Good summary. Looking forward to the results from Sunbeam and further advancement of North hemlo.
Happy to focus on the gold in 2024, lithium taking a backseat for me this year
Https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8r7ZeZyj5Q8
The interview confirms that 79th group paid 270k for 2 non core assets, and that a drawdown was also organised for 230k over 12 months. That Sunbeam property is pretty much where FCM want it to be and that they are going to progress the Dead Otter Lake where they discovered the 19.6 g grab sample to drill ready by doing some stripping first.
They also confirm that there are still 3 properties in the 79th Data room where they could potentially see further sale/deals done with 79. And that they are not just talking to the 79th group!
Also explains that the audit delay was due to the deal being concluded with 79th, rather than anything untoward.
Give the interview a listen, well worth it, gives a great summary.

"...not 'just a geologist' which he isn't by the way for FCM if you knew anything at all about the company."
Jonnieboy - you seem to struggle with English, old chap! I never said MS was the company's geologist. And yet you are sufficiently arrogant/illiterate as to then state "he isn't by the way for FCM if you knew anything at all about the company"! If you knew anything about the English language, Jonnie, you'd know that I never said he was the company's geologist. But you crack on with your stupid comments which show how little you seem to understand about anything!
You assume too much Donkey, I stated Marc was not FCM's geologist, not that he was not a geologist by profession.
Personally I prefer my CEOs in exploration situations to have technical capability. Nothing worse than a CEO who cannot lead his own company on the main thing that matters I.e. finding the metal without having to 'consult' a third party opinion to make his or her own one up.
"Marc has worked on project assessment, exploration, and development in Africa, the Americas, Europe, and Australasia. He has held Technical Directorships for several listed and private companies, including Brancote PLC, Landore Resources PLC, Gold Mines of Sardinia, and Patagonia Gold. As a ‘Competent Person’ he is accomplished in the preparation of Company reports and overseeing JORC/NI43-101 reporting as well as the delivery of presentations to investors, institutions, and shareholders."
I find it strange, to say the very least, if he has had a career as a technical director, and is a "Competent Person" for JORC/NI-43101 reports if he is NOT a geologist!
How much is FCM worth to POW
I suspect FCM will be trading closer to 5p per share within six months.
https://ftseaim.co.uk/power-metal-resources
What a strange remark, you ever spoken to him Donkey or got any other reason for this suggestion other than him possibly being honest in one of the many interviews delivered.
Personally always thought he comes across to be very capable, driven and not 'just a geologist' which he isn't by the way for FCM if you knew anything at all about the company.
Would be good to see why you have come to this conclusion, differs greatly to others I have spoken to and feedback given to me.

Just remember, Marc and Bruce at EGS have over 9m Oz Au discovery between them, I think Sunbeam could be the next:
Sunbeam Property historic core review
Whilst a review of the Nuinsco core was previously conducted by FCM through Emerald Geological Services (EGS), the identification of reportable gold values in the host rock - a felsic porphyry, has significant upside for a radicle re-rate of the potential for additional mineralisation on the Property. Accordingly, after exhaustive searching EGS located the TerraX core. TerraX undertook several short drill campaigns over many of the prospects on the Sunbeam property.
Background:
In 2010, TerraX drilled five diamond drill holes (SP10-01 to SP10-05) totalling 661.5m in the Pettigrew area. The first four holes targeted chargeability highs from an IP/Resistivity survey, results were anomalous but not 'high grade'. The main structure was not drilled.
In 2011, TerraX drilled three holes (SP11-06 to SP11-08) spaced 50 m apart along the trend of quartz vein system and the mineralised zone encountered by Nahanni, the 'Road Zone'. (In 1982, Nahanni Mines drilled an intersection at the Road zone of 4.8 g/t over 8.5m, including 15.8 g/t Au over 1.8m). The alteration zone in TerraX hole SP11-06 returned an intersection 1.11 g/t Au over 13.90 m.
At the WN12 occurrence, early 2012, three holes (SP12-14 to SP12-16) were drilled. The first two holes tested the 65m intermittently mineralised stripped outcrop with hole SP12-15 intersecting 18.0 g/t Au over 0.95m in the footwall zone.
At Roy, two holes, SP11-12 intersected 4.01 g/t Au over 1.85m. SP11-13 intersected 1.05 g/t Au over 3.78m, see figure 01.
A white board with a sign on the top of a staircase
Figures 01, TerraX core from the Roy zone showing gold grade in the porphyry 'wall rock'.
The stripping at the Roy zone reported high grade gold intersections as well as gold in the porphyry, highlights previously reported:
· Results from the stripping at Roy have confirmed high grade gold assays up to 18.8 g/t gold (Au) / 0.3m channel sample at Roy.
Other highlights include:
· 6.27 g/t Au channel / 0.35m in mafic schist with quartz veinlets;
· 4.98 g/t Au channel / 0.5m in sheared porphyry; and
· 5.58g/t Au channel / 0.5m within a quartz vein.
The total number of samples for assay (with blanks and standards) will be in the order of 90+ samples, over 80 being new half core samples

The odd broker seems to be missing out on us buyers. Although I do mostly use IG.
My broker was the same, call them and ask them to put the stock on the available list, they likely missed yesterdays RNS
The Sunbeam project is one interesting me, always liked it and hope they do not sell it to the 79th Group. The potential here is truly 1m Oz Au+. large scale project next door to a major with now what appears a secret being unlocked in the porphry host rock.
If these samples from the Sunbeam Core run it will be like having a new drilling campaign for a fraction of the cost with what hopefully delivers the results which moves this project to the next stage of economic deposit
Still can’t buy through Halifax, anyone one else having same trouble?
Comprehensive update, they have been busy whilst suspended.

By then, and with no doubt FCM will likely have sold more assets and out more money in the bank. Today's interview already said 79 are doing due diligence on other assets, fantastic first sale and sets the scene going forward. Happy with it myself. Today Marc said other conversations also happening. More to come imo. Well done to the 1st Class Team I'd say!
Well done, wwal17, you seem to be the only one on here who realizes what this means about their confidence in getting any other sales over the line in the near future. And 15% is hardly cheap money - if they'd said 5% or 8% I'd have supported that, but I'm frankly surprised that they couldn't have done better than 15% with any commercial lender.
270k lasts perhaps 4 months. You pretty much have to be looking for funds again immediately. Having an 8 month runway provides time, more negotiating leverage and ability to add value to other properties.
Auditors may not be prepared to sign off a 4 month window as a going concern
Why get a loan (15% interest) with a sale already agreed and more sales speculated down the line?
"We're not just talking to the 79th group about our properties"

Two insignificant properties for £270,000 does tend to prove the model, on that basis I would say Sunbeam & North Hemlo are worth 10x that, they are ten times larger and are 'district scale'.
Zigzag also holds a known potential meaningful lithium deposit.
then you have 400,000 Oz of gold at the new property
One of the better articles I have read of late, risky but a shed load of potential, I think this 79th Group relationship will be the making of FCM, a lot to look forward to from that direction I reckon
Good assessment of the risk reward:
https://theoakbloke.substack.com/p/paying-premim-prices-for-first-class
"That gets us to a £12.2m valuation across the top 4 properties alone."
"It’s true £270k is a small amount, but that, and its loan, keeps the lights on for 8 months more. A lot can happen in 8 months.
Other asset sales and further exploration for starters.
"
That's over 5 times current mc.
Risky yes, but the potential upside is high from here
Does the sale of two insignificant licences prove up their business model? Will this be worth more than 3p on re-listing?

There does appear to be a emphasis of JV's or outright sale of projects in the AR today, that has to be good news moving forward. Creating shareholder value.
Great week for FCM , the future is looking positive. GLA
