im still confused to why the share price is below the 1925 offer price....nothing is going to stop this now - right?
now we get the time frame for takeover
Possibly some people getting out on the increase SP rather than wait for the buy out with no guaranteed time frame, at current closing price 55p per share profit on the table for purchases at this price if buy out does happen
Very strange dropping so much, wish had topped up at the small risk of it not going through but looks like that dip has been brought back up now.
Why not buy more up to 1,925p and arbitrage the offer?
Anyone with a view on why the share price would drop substantially below the agreed price? The RNS sounds like it is a done deal
My father's AIM IHT portfolio has a good chunk of these now showing a 50% profit, which is good news. Sadly not in an ISA so CGT will need offsetting against some losers. As the acquirer is US listed, he will need to reinvest proceeds into another qualifying AIM company before the takeover goes through.
Been invested here since Sept 2019, my weighted average is 972 so sitting on a tasty profit
Well done to those that had the RNS alert on and managed to grab a few in that small window before it was gapped up above 1900.
I have been in and out of this share since 2015 and its grown well, with an ok divi to boot. Got back in March before the
results. Seems to be a very well-run company and has rarely put a foot wrong. Was on the verge of topping-up - doh!
For me, this has come out of the blue but have decided to sell now for slightly less than the offer, as I didn't want to wait to re-invest elsewhere. At the offer price, I can't see this failing to go through as highest historical price was about 1450p.

11.80 that should say! Bought back at £11, seems reasonable
Sold 1080. Nothing wrong with it just got to where I wanted (I normally invest in low multiple or early stage stuff, this was an exception)
Still holding
Bought here last week 1040
A buy of approx £30k by the finance director is not insignificant. Which suggests that - despite the c. 50% rise in sp since the last poster's wonderfully unbiased and accurate comment - there may still be plenty more to come.
GLA
GS
immediate family member was on an EMISWeb training course in her practice yesterday and told me that they found a number of flaws on reporting functionality (ie) searches did not create accurate reports. Guy from EMIS accepted that something was wrong when presented with the gaps. Didn't inspire confidence. After the event the doctors discussed the risk of audits etc missing out patients so there could be knock on real world risks from the problems discovered. It would be interesting to hear from other GPs what their view is of EMISWeb functionality. For me, we're out of EMIS as there are clearly still issues which could have huge risk ramifications.
