……😂😂😂…. .”I would have thought these tax credits would have expired as like UK HMRC rules?”
Volume Building ……
News Building ….
Sp Building …..
TBH this has been talked about since the MCR.l days....I would have thought these tax credits would have expired as like UK HMRC rules? But don't let's get too far ahead of ourselves......Keeping it real I repeat my post of today a.m.
"Clutching at straws for maybe £4m less adviser's expenses = £2m net......but every little helps. It would be nice to get sooome return to help mitigate my previous MCR/ECR losses!
GLA"
Some good volume buys coming in at the end of the day with a couple of 4m, a 3m and a number in the mid 1m's volume in the 0.29-0.3 price range. Mopping up all available stock.
The penny is starting to drop on what potential ECR has and it should be another interesting day tomorrow.
Who knows we may even get another '0.1 soon' one liner from SV ....lol
Enjoy your evening all !!!!
..........thar she blows
Techguru91, no, that's not exactly what's happening based on today's RNS.
The most likely realisable value from the tax losses is going to be a maximum of half the total. And there can be no guarantee that the right buyer can be found, given the special requirements needed to make a good match. Putting your wares in the shop window doesn't mean you get a buyer. But the idea is good and welcome.
Still not sure how anyone can be negative, bearish or selling at these levels
It has been broadcast today that we have $18m-$22m Australian US Dollars coming our way. Circa double our current Mcap. ts insane tyhe opportunity
Nick and Mike... dara. Nick and Mike.
I would suspect the Tax Advisor will get a nice cut if they can make a deal...
BlackHopper/ NGC - The print used in today's RNS is not large and I may have missed the point you make but where in the RNS does it say that the tax adviser Argonaut is being in shares ?
Meanwhile….Fully Funded For Our Work Program….(2024 )
Loads Of News To Come During The Course Of The Year …..
The Only Downside Is The Manipulators/ Chartists …….Other Than That ….Its Looking Rather Tasty …..
Will Already Have A List Of Suitors …..I Suspect….
Yes... they are paid in shares for a reason. They are not stupid!!
Maybe still realise that 1000% rise
I have only ever watched a ten bagger... never held one. I have been patient.... (oh EEE, oh Chill, oh GGP, oh KOD...)
Purely pie in the sky speculation. Why not just wait and see instead of guessing?
And those figures are Argonaut's figures , checked by the Nomad....and not ECR's.
Genuinely surprised this is still sub 0.3.....people will catch on to the significance of this eventually.
The figure estimated $18-22m......That's £9.5m- £11.6m
So if we achieve a sell at 50% that £4.75m to £5.8m.....with our current mcap around £4m
..........."The figure estimated $18-22m, we're advised an offer would likely be up to 50% of that."............unless a bidding war breaks out😏
............"One good question put to me today re #ECR RNS
" I thought you had already appointed an advisor?
Yes, we already work with a tax specialist assisting us on how best to sell/dispose of the ATL
This IB & CA is the next step (new partner) in potentially unlocking value (ATL sale)"

..........rxdiv.....it's "folks"......I thought you were a stickler for grammar?
Getting paid in shares really makes sense now…!
So you are fully conversant with the "same" company tests under Australian tax law??? Lol.
Grasping at straws for a positive spin on signing up a tax adviser at the early stages.
So any mining company would be able to utilise the credit....There aren't many of them in Australia are there? ......lol
Grasping at straws for the negative there Sausage.
Tame invester
"Australian rules on transferring tax losses changed in 2015, the main change being that the "similar" business test replaced the "same" business test. As over 80 per cent. of MGA's losses predate 2015, any buyer will need to comply with the tighter historic rules."
Tighter historic rules.
Read the RNS tame investor.
Any buyer will have to buy the company including assets if they want the tax losses. Of course, in my opinion, ECR isn't going to transfer its best assets into the company it's going to have to sell if it wants to sell the tax losses. So they need to find a company that passes the "same" company test, that went to buy some land to also get the tax losses.
...........perfect post techguru
