Lets see one of those updates now...
Anyhow, for those invested or considering investing here is the latest report again:-

And here is the latest interview from end of last week:-
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pv_EC0_XJ_A&t=6s
Small amount of slippage on trial timelines but frankly to be expected with Covid which did cause delays but back on track. I still believe its just a matter of time here really, much still going on at 4D.
Updates ARE expected at any moment and i have every confidence that Duncan will update us. Lets not loose the focus with the FUD posts and idiots distracting with calls of impending doom, markets were all down yesterday but they tend to bounce back ultimately and anyhow we will hear soon iro:-
FDA on Blautix due imminently and possible early licensing deal or support for P3 could drop.
Confirmation on first patient dosing in P2 for MRx0518 and Bavencio in urothelial carcinoma
Complete enrolment in P1 pancreatic cancer.
Dosing in respect of Parkinsons program, following Feb FDA clearance of MRx0005 and MRx0029, Would be a bonus if M J Fox foundation can add further support.
Presentation of the Asthma data MRx-4DP004 then commencing the part B, presentation next week
Expecting some sort of update on the talks with Oxford Finance that Duncan mentioned he was in. This was mentioned by him a before Easter and an update long overdue
Update on the vaccine program with Merck and milestone payments
One or all of the above may well drop any moment.
Meanwhile, still of the opinion that a bid could well be tabled at any moment due to this radio silence.
Lets face it IF they didnt do a placing 1/4 in line with the Oxford Finance requirement, they must know that either a) a milestone, licensing or some other revenue creating event is about to land b)are extending loan finance in some otherway or c)know that a T/O is guaranteed and on the horizon.
They all had pay rises, they have recruited additional senior staff, they have just filed more patents for further advances, these are not the signs of a business about close are they. They currently have sufficient capital into Q4 and Oxford Finance potentially on top taking them into 2023. Personally, i believe they will become an R&D division of Merck before the year is out - that's my call. If not Merck then one of the others likely
45 days without news and presentation tomorrow....
Time will tell how this goes,,, im still adding
GLA
@Porky
I donāt need proof. And Iām not undermining what you say. It is needed.
Are you still(!) genuinely adding??
I have added and added and am not ummā¦quite seriously overweight now. ( not just abdominally).
Thiscis in no way to undermine your post .
What you wrote is needed.
Oops
I meant I AM seriously overweight.
Ignore the ā notā.
Shame posts canāt be edited
@crl123
Yes, my position is overweight, I am currently sitting on a high percentage of cash in my portfolio. I have recently been buying more Gold and Silver TBH. I am adding here but in lower amounts. I could hit it really hard and might regret not doing so but trying to keep a balanced head. This could absolutely rocket on the right update.
The way i see it is that we do need the updates here. Its being shorted to death which is frustrating but that will need covering off. They have enough cash runway into Q4 and beyond with Oxford so that just doesn't concern me just yet. Between now and 9th June Duncan has to call an AGM as far as i know. The accounts were on time and no reason there will be any AGM delay IMO. They have the presentation tomorrow and i strongly suspect an update will be with us sooner than we think. As such I'm sticking with it for now but appreciate its not for the faint hearted. The SP performance has been absolutely shocking here and fully understand why some have cut and run.
@MTSparky
I still hold a chunk of stock in VAL and just seeing how events unfold. The results were delayed imo because they would highlight CAB to the year end which may well have been less than 600k. Cash burn 100k a month so they are almost out of cash runway but the SP is holding really well in expectation of the deal landing. As long as the SP holds above 22p CENKOS can cash warrants in August and that will add to cash reserves. I'm not adding there just yet but if it goes to placement i will support, likewise if she buys a lab and wants support i will back it. On balance i really like Suzy the long term is great. As a major positive it doesn't suffer from shorter's like 4D does either,
Currently, the Bio sector is on its ars@ but it might just recover yet. Good to also diversify. I understand Nick has been backing PLBY recently. i have that on my watch list... not the magazines you understand....
Take care
Porky
Thanks!
Yeah Iām not doing so great considering a half of what I have is in oil and the co. share price has actually gone down because of the govt. regime tax !!! With oil at $114 and thatās just WTI. Ncytā¦ānuff said! Lost 80%
And then thereās 4D which is being suppressed more than I have ever seen any share. Blatant. So Iām on an all-time financial low( apart from when I lost it all 2016). Not a moan. A description. Was doing ok Sep last year. The oil..ya couldnāt make up!!!! But I am used to getting it wrong:-) And then right and wrong again.,ā¦
I am bad at holding cash. Believe it or not, Warren Buffet was the sameā¦.hated it. Used to put it all to work. But ..umm..another level , eh?
ATB Thanks 4 sharing
Crl123 you canāt moan for a chunk of your post then say i donāt want to moan you did moan but you like the attention so you say you donāt want to.
Well that green box must be about 4D , mustnāt it. Not anything personal.
Eyes to Heaven.
