.......... by the RF based solutions that apparently seem to be becoming more accepted, specifically in India. It shows the acceptance, at least to me, that GPRS now has competiton from other solutions. I am sure there will be other RF solution companies plying their individual solutions, in the RF market place, in India.
The report provided highlights the CyanConnode offer solution for smart electricity metering.

LTI.
Morning LTI..
Fair amount of buying yesterday. Updates on these 2 qtrs should see improvements. As all of the monthly expenses are accounted for, apart from possibly buying stock, then any new business declared should go a long way towards profit.
I may be wrong on this but is BCITS linked solely to Wirepas, if so would that not defeat the Indian Governments requirement for multiple applicants. So is BCITS agnostic or not, if they are would they not be trying to tie up with other manufacturers.
My next concern is Anil who I consider to be honourable. So BCITS has been going for 20 years, what progress in that time. Anil joins them and marries up with Wirepas. Cynical people people would think that there has been a leakage of knowledge, I don't think so as he is not like that.
So now we have CC imbedded in the meters of the 3 majors, Intellismart in MOU conversation, several independent contracts already running in India, Thailand and Africa and definitely not 1200 staff.
Dyor
You appear concerned, with more questions than answers.
In the real business world, that you again prove you didn't live in, a person employed is paid to enhance the company they work for. I know that sounds alien to a Civil Servant, but that's how it works. Anil is CEO of BCITS, he will be doing everything he knows to ensure that company succeeds in everything they can. I was talking Wirepas, long before Anil was pushed, and yet again the information I had is proving correct.
This is interesting....
'BCITS will be the first Indian local company providing an RF Mesh solution to the market which has been ruled traditionally by global players.'
Is Anil using the Cambridge UK based parent company as an argument for CC being non India local? It's a very clear statement.
Hello Colour, not a bit of it, the questions are there to develop your negatives.
To start Trilliant, you were constantly on about them, not now. Are they foreign.
Wirepas, are they foreign.
BCITS, does that do the bit in the middle like CC, or will they be the lead applicant.
Next, what is the maximum any India meter manufacturer can produce a year.
Are you saying BCITS will not be beholden to Wirepas.
Again, insults, you live on insults boy.
Why do you think EESL chose CC not BCITS. Any ideas or just forget it, not convenient.
You pull up little bits and pieces and talk drivel.
By the way what do you Assay in. Hopefully GOLD (not the black stuff)..
Colour do stick a few bob in before it's too late, you know it makes sense.
DYOR
Colour
I am with tonyj stick a few bob in now and I will not ask you to eat humble pie when the time comes.
Thanks phuckerty. Think I might just do that : )
In the meantime.......
“Wirepas has developed a perfect technology for massive IoT applications: easy to install and commission as well as infinitely scalable. Indian utilities can wisely have their investment in smart meters beyond getting monthly billing data and set up an IoT network with multi applications to be future ready. We intend to create utility’s own private network to communicate with various elements of grid at minimal cost and reduced dependency on external providers. Smart grid monitoring and controlling solutions, like transformer monitoring, feeder monitoring and remote control of these will now be a reality leading to smart grid. We will be able to deliver a “Make In India” product in the market,” says Anil Daulani, CEO at BCITS.
Morning Colour..
Definitely a wise decision to consider buying CC.
I would not worry too much about Anil, he said similar things at CC, he and JC are good showmen.
There is a massive amount of work in India, we have aliened with the main Indian manufacturers and doing well.
Just keep an eye on Intellismart.
DYOR
You've nailed it tonyj. I tend to invest in companies run by businessmen, or women.
The last thing a failing company needs, which CC still is after so many years, is a showman at the wheel.
DYOR LOL.
Once again Colour very selective. What about the other showman, Anil, at the other company who you are praising.
Have Wirepas made a mistake in joining with BCITS after all I did not think they needed more Comms, you said they were world leaders already. Any update on Trilliant.
DYOR
Out of interest, I didn't say BCITS or Wirepas were world leaders. But from your post it is very clear you don't know what either of them do. That's strange as there's so much information out there if you DYOR, which you don't : )
