Actually a lot of LSE posters come from 'over there', because the LSE gives posters a chance to censor that doesn't exist elsewhere.
I am very surprised the companyhas not responded to the accusations being posted on ADVFN personally, i think it is their duty to do so because they are reaching the wider market as people discuss companies they are buyijg and selling.
There are two ways of looking at it, don't give the rumours credence by saying anything, or say something to addrss the rumours directly and they will be shot to pieces.
My opinion is by not saying anything they are possibly inferring they are true, because if they're not true, they can deny them and that will be it. If they are true and they deny them they are in hot water of course.
Given the recent fall in share price, I think they need to address this urgently now.
Hi securonomics, it would be great to see some positive news on funding. I would have hoped to have seen something by now. Let's hope it won't be long now.
All quiet on the western front, I assume the next updates will possibly be drilling results for The Great Flat Lode or possibly regarding funding.
That site seems to be where all the banned LSE posters end up. It's a bit of a lawless space with little to no moderation which is what they like.
There are several boards over there I know with ex-LSE members who spend all their time trashing the company, board and even posters on here, a lot of it is libelous too.
Some very bitter people and very toxic, I wouldn't trust anything I saw over there, but I have never looked at the CUSN chat over there, tbh
Not saying LSE is perfect as there are bad apples anywhere 'free speech' is allowed, but no comparison for me
You’re welcome Ginger, for some reason unknown to us there are certain individuals on there who seem hell bent on trashing CUSN. They have been at it for a considerable amount of time. Here’s hoping karma comes back to treat them a lesson.
Thank you Securonomics, for your reply and advice.
Ginger , don’t pay too much attention to the toxic narcissists who frequent that space.
Forgive my ignorance, but looking at the ADVFN chat site they're referring to 7b. Can someone please explain what 7b is.
Thank you for your reply much appreciated. That sounds reassuring. Looking forward to the future. Upwards and onwards.
Talk of a raise makes people nervous but you do have to wonder when it spent most of the year around 10p
Gingy,
The Q1 figures released for the period to 31/03 (22/05 RNS) had cash at 17m and the notes suggest a spend of 9m over that 3 month period although some of this looks like non-recurring costs.
They note in that RNS that funding would be needed before the end of 2024.
No indication of when, but using this 3 month period as a rough guide and allowing for some of the one-off spend, Q4 looks logical, but I guess you take an opportunity to raise when you see one, so it could be earlier. The Nickel King sale will give some breathing room to ensure they can arrange decent terms (you would hope)
Personally, I would trust the board on current/past form to raise at an appropriate time and for a suitable amount to progress.
With the election, I certainly don't expect them to do anything until they get any assurances from any new government that they still have government support for the project and to what extent that continues with/without changes, so this will be a factor to timing too with any post-election announcements that may impact on the sector and project.
I think this has a different feel to Sirius Minerals, the costs there were horrendous compared to here where much is already in place, a recommissioning of a past producer as opposed to e new project starting from scratch.
Not a given, of course and nothing is ever a certainty. I'm sure when funding is required, some will be unhappy at the price/discount as well as the dilution, but that is nothing new.
A big 6 months ahead, but I am ok with the rate of progress to date and not unduly concerned with the SP currently as I don't feel comparing to previous SP's is necessarily fair with companies at this stage of growth, not that I wouldn't like it to be higher.
Awaiting next news

There were one or two regular posters on here over this like a rash. Now they seem to have done their job and gone to ground.
Maybe government funding might be coming after election
The Sirius menerals saga left a very bad taste in the mouth for some, locals put their hard earned into it
I recall the CEO constantly saying all going well, funding good.
Until it wasn't.
Am not saying that is happening here, but it would be doubly foolish not to be wary.
I keep thinking the current is is a bargain, but it isn't.
What's happened to Croissant?
The remaining money must be diminishing at great knots, so the question is, how long till funding runs dry? There's no-one coming forward as yet with the backing.
ShS, hence why no one queuing up to invest, imo.
Larger investors will still see this as a big risk at the current stage with plenty still to be done.
Although all is seemingly going to plan currently, it may not always be the case over the coming months and plenty of hurdles still to jump.
Sticking to timelines and cost estimates not easy to do with projects like this, but they are doing a decent job of it so far.
The larger investors likely happy to perhaps pay a higher price further down the line when more of the risk has been overcome.
Awaiting next news
Where's the sushi guy, ramping this off the clock?
I notice. The old Sirius minerals project having further troubles.
Makes for a wary future here
There will be pitfalls
Were has everyone gone every one's gone to ground?
Investors don't seem to be queuing up to invest. I didn't think we would be sat around this price after the PEA report. Must admit, I thought we would be sat around at least 18p, so bit disappointed.
When tin hits 50k a tonne
It takes time but it will get there , this time next year
When are we going see this push north? At the moment, I don't think even if they reported they've found a seam of gold, it wouldn't make the blindest bit of difference.
Ok. I give up. The remainder of my post keeps disappearing. Unless it is my view
Not sure what happened with the rest of my post...
