Well explains why it was falling.
Man, I feel sorry for Mr and Mrs Higgs. They have been truly screwed over here. I desperately want to sell, but I'm just going to tough it out. I do believe in the products, but perhaps not the people involved, The BOD should be ashamed. Mr and Mrs Higgs have lost a fortune.
Ha. Well let's hope we regain some losses. They just need to update the market!
They have been selling into the roses..now they’re out this will re-rate.
can anyone be kind enough to tell me what this RNS basically means ?
Distressed seller has left completely...meaning the SP can motor on now!
..without being sold into by this seller.
Mr and Mrs Higgs bought close to 10% of the shares a few months back. They have been selling them off over the last few weeks/month , which has been driving the share price lower. They have now sold all of their share (at significant loss). There will be no large selling now (hopefully) and the price will stabilise at the least, but potentially rise even without news.
wont it go down if they have sold all there shares tho ?
They have been doing it gradually. They only need to notify the market when they have finished.
I disagree that the Higgs' have lost money. On the contrary, I think they have made substantial profits.
I think they were the warrant holders and had to file TR1s when they exercised their warrants at prices of less than 1p per share. They have now sold out at 3p+.
So what do the Higgs' know that we don't?
Remember that being spun many times.
If you believed it then time to sell?
GL.
Yep they’ve made substantial profit already..good for them. But obviously they wanted to cash in. However they’ve been holding SP back by their selling so it’s good for investors now that they’re out
They are investors just like you and me fella lol
The Higgs were still buying buying 4 or 5 weeks ago...they've certainly sold some at a loss
7th July...they purchased over 200 million at over 6p....
3rd and 5th July..another 400 million at over 6p...they've been royally spanked by the looks of it
You're quoting the total shares in issue, not the holdings they had (about 20m all said and done)
It seems odd that they were building a position up until a few weeks ago and now they've all been sold through back to zero. Could they have been transferred to another entity and not sold back to the market....
Very good point...it could be a transfer?
I think your idea is possible. If that’s the case we should get another TR1
Yes apologies...but the point is, they purchased loads at 6p and over,,obviously just over confidence or maybe 'in the know ' and it just hasn't worked out...they're not the only ones who got spiked
Agree another TR-1 likely..
No, it's a disposal..it would say if they'd been transferred
£18,860 buy at 14:21
Time to snap up all the sold shares :D
